Last week we went to Basehall and was excited to explore the vibrant culinary scene.First up was Yuan is Here, a new gem that completely wowed me! Their dishes are a perfect blend of traditional and modern flavors. I loved their signature beef noodle, which were bursting with fresh ingredients and served with a zesty dipping sauce.Next, I indulged in the unique offerings from Twins Liang Pi Limited. 間唔中都會去幫襯，貪佢選擇多。不過今次有啲失望，我哋夜晚八點幾到，有好幾間舖頭都已經收咗。今次決定試台灣嘢，落咗單之後我哋坐喺Bar枱位度等食，食物都好快就上咗，可惜啱啱開始食就見到有小強喺前面啲拉麵碗度散步。我明白所有餐廳都有類似嘅問題，只係見到見到與見唔到嘅分別。不過當你食住碗牛肉麵，見到有小強喺堆拉麵碗度行緊嘅時候感覺真係唔係幾好，亦都忽然之間冇晒胃口，最後食咗兩啖就走咗。希望餐廳會見到呢個評語，可以改善吓衛生嘅問題，當日見到你哋嘅員工都好有禮貌好俾心機，唔想影響到員工準備收工，所以我哋即時冇提出。…Read More
