保持水準的咖啡。其實常常幫襯,經過上環都要喝一杯,難得能每次都保持一樣的味道。不推薦skim milk 香味偏淡。其他都很好喝 甜點三文治都值得一試。 樓上位置不舒服建議坐樓下。 continue reading

屋企附近嘅咖啡專家,所以黎一試~熟食方面,自己覺得賣相就唔係咁吸引,所以就冇叫到~呢度同其他附近嘅咖啡店個分別係呢有cake食,d cake嘅賣相同款式都算特別~ 自己叫咗個蘋果焦糖撻,上面有好多蘋果,撻嗰部份因為係雪櫃攞出黎嘅關係,所以佢係凍身的,所以個撻皮個口感都唔會係鬆脆,變咗感覺就冇咁新鮮~因為自己唔係咁鍾意飲太苦,所有叫咗個hazelnut latte,可惜hazelnut味道比較弱,苦味重d~ 所以唔係咁啱我飲~ continue reading

素聞這咖啡小店的大名,可算是香港精品咖啡店的佼佼者之一,星期六下午於上環閒逛經過便試試。坦白說,小妹對咖啡沒有太多研究,只是喜歡與男友於咖啡店聊聊天消磨時間。Barista Jam共有兩層,其實談不上有什麼裝潢,都是簡單擺放一些桌椅,與中上環半山那些型格咖啡店的感覺截然不同。小店出名澳式咖啡,當然要來杯源自澳洲的Flat White,香港好像也較小咖啡店提供,咖啡味濃郁之餘又富奶香,香醇而不帶半點酸,好喝。男友鍾情Mocha,但很多時都會遇上朱古力味偏重,令咖啡失去原有的苦澀味。小店的則帶有咖啡香味及輕微朱古力味,挺幼滑。小店藏於各式舊店內,附迎有雜貨店、五金店、凍肉店及膠袋供應商等,門口又不太顯眼,經過蘇坑街千萬不要走漏眼呢 continue reading

平日返工做到放工的我,逢星期六日都只想係屋企倒頭大睡。星期六的今晚約左朋友去演藝睇表演,我今日難得早少少去平常唔會去的中環行逛,舊舖頭,海味街依然林立,行到蘇杭街,被一間coffee shop吸引住,"Barrista Tam" 係它的名字,營業時間到每天6點,剛好是食晚飯的時候,門口咖啡香味已經吸引着我。舖頭入面的灰色牆,黃色吊燈,同陽光普照的街外有強烈對比。假期的態度就應該如此!入面有3張枱,另外有bar枱,客人唔多,有同waiter傾計,有默默玩電話,有睇書,waiter哥哥見到我笑一笑就叫我隨便搵個位坐,跟著就同bar枱既客人繼續傾計一張簡單的木枱,枱上面有張簡單的menu,不同咖啡種類同價錢一目了然埋去counter點左杯細capuccino加mint,望一望下面既玻璃櫃,不其然舌一舌口水,因為有好多唔同款的甜品,雖然望落去係朱古力味,但原來大部分都有其他味道夾雜住,我叫左chocolate and raspberry ganach坐低唔夠5分鐘,蛋糕同咖啡都到了。因為咖啡係加左mint既cappucino,唔使落糖,攪一攪飲落去,溫度剛好,好香的薄荷味,提神之餘亦令我覺得悠閒的一日終於開始細心看看周圍,有黑板介紹不同的咖啡豆,不同的書放滿周圍,waiter哥哥跟客人談著不同咖啡的不同味道,產地。而我,很喜歡看著不同的人專心做著不同的事,旁邊的妹妹專心看著韓劇,每隔數分鐘就笑一笑,前面的太太一啖啖享受著面前的蛋糕我發覺係我枱面的chocolate and raspberry ganach都等著我去享受。Texture偏硬,但放落口朱古力夾雜著酸酸的raspberry味道,比起一般coffee shop的蛋糕顯得有點不一樣。整個ganach不是太大件,大概4至5啖就吃完了,但性價比還是高的接著就開始上網browse網頁,看舖頭入面的書,轉眼已經兩個多小時,埋了單出舖頭天已經黑,但因為蘇杭街沒有太多車行過,微風吹來相當舒服,看看錶只是5點45分,就慢慢行去金鐘吧,反正剛剛過了一個慢活的下午,沿著海邊一路行大概是40分鐘左右就到金鐘咖啡室的環境給人相當舒服的感覺,蛋糕的味道很好,咖啡還好啦,但想再一讚就是內裡的環境給人慢活的舒適感,星期六的下午就應該如此吧,而且價錢亦不算貴。 continue reading
