一連三天以包類做早餐。澱粉質多變又細緻,價廉,在香港早已是早餐必備。今日光顧的是中式包點先生。早幾個月才完成裝修,增設堂食座位,相信以其價錢來說會相當受歡迎。今天買的是雞球大包。年少時有幸經歴一元一個雞球大包,童年回憶。從前師傅用下欄貨尾做餡成包,志在清貨宣傳,一元一個賣大包,現在指益街坊,大包也不在用下欄,餡料各有各做。今日買到的,靚仔飽滿。飽種用舊式叉燒包發種,不知道各位有沒有發現?現在的叉燒包沒有爆開的,這就是分別。但舊式多用老種,和以大量糖以及臭粉,較繁複,所以另一連鎖包點店早已棄用。包身有老風味,略痴牙。餡料豐富,臘腸不是靚貨,但腸衣也不靱。鹹蛋黃半只,豬肉餡混香菜,馬蹄,冬菇,雞肉大堆頭,調味稍重雞粉,到尾口渴。整體而言,售價16元,飽肚,早餐來說有點多,但久不久一次相當滿足,現在舊式茶樓也不一定有的了。建議當早午餐來吃。Read More
