今日嚟到呢間店試越南菜,場面好有氣氛😊。首次試嘅順化湯檬,個湯辣到我嗌媽,但係香得嚟過癮,啲牛𦟌和扎肉煮得岩岩好,有嚼勁啲。再嚟個香茅豬肉撈檬,呢個係明星啊!豬肉片香茅味十足,外脆內嫩👌,同埋個撈檬個麵量多到食唔曬,又唔會膩得慌!越式春卷嘅脆度令我驚喜,即使係外賣都炸到外脆內嫩,仲有新鮮生菜包,食落去真係爽口得嚟有層次。每樣嘢食都足夠震撼味蕾,我話你知,呢啲美食令我回味無窮,真心推介畀想食越南菜嘅朋友嚟試下,總之就係...正!😍👍🥢 continue reading

呢間越南菜小店已經榮升我嘅跑馬地必食👍🏻每份點餐都係即叫即整,好想再次推介俾大家👍🏻首先,必點一定係牛油雞翼‼️價錢同一般越南菜店相若,因為order得越南小食就知一定唔平,但最緊要係好味!雞翼即叫即炸,所以需時大約15分鐘。然後廚師會用牛油煮一煮新鮮洋蔥,再將炸雞翼放入鑊炒一炒。呢份雞翼嘅奇妙之處係上碟時炸雞翼保持到超級脆口,唔會有油浸到濕哂嘅感覺。加上牛油香中帶點蒜味,非常出色!所以呢份雞翼真係必點‼️‼️呢碗生牛肉pho上次都講過好正!湯頭濃,略嫌少少油,但唔會食得好辛苦。洋蔥香葉等配料好足夠,而牛肉選用安格斯牛肉,個人好喜歡呢款牛肉,因為無咁肥,又有咬口。另外今次試咗佢嘅香茅豬頸肉湯河。湯底比生牛河少咗份牛肉味,但清得嚟都好美味。加上豬頸肉非常香口,可惜選用嘅豬頸肉偏肥,喜歡肥膩口感嘅人會覺得入口即溶。但本人偏好較瘦嘅肉質,但嫩口反而覺得好似食梗肥膏。小總結💬牛油雞翼同生牛河真係必食!(滿分為🤤x5)好味指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤抵食指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤回頭指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 continue reading

今日嚟到跑馬地試吓越南嘢,順便去睇吓附近嘅打卡店😆餐廳開業三年,門口放咗花籃,加上餐廳座位唔多,好多人喺門口外面排隊,好熱鬧。 由於太多人嘅關係,決定買外賣🥡越南順化湯檬 ($118)Bún Bò Huế有牛𦟌、牛坑腩片、豬手、扎肉。湯底好香,但實在太太太太辣🌶️🌶️🌶️辣到要不停飲水,但好惹味。越式香茅豬肉撈檬 ($70)Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Cold Vermicelli豬肉片份量多,亦好入味。肉片唔乾柴,好淋,但又唔會淋到梅。麵嘅份量好多,撈完鬆起咗,仲大碗。份量多到食唔哂。越式春卷 ($68)Vietnamese Deep Fried Spring Roll有啲驚喜,無諗過外賣都包埋生菜,俾客人捲埋一齊食。菜葉新鮮,大小一樣。就算外賣,春卷都keep到好脆,餡料好飽滿。食物份量比想像中大,咁岩遇上餐廳開業三週年,餐廳仲送一份甜品俾我哋❤️係雙色大菜糕,甜度岩岩好,唔會太甜。食物偏濃味,食埋個甜品就可以清一清口。主食味道好食,如果順化湯檬個湯底冇咁辣,容易啲入口就更好。推薦大家嚟哩度試吓👍🏻 continue reading

係香港試過好多間phô 一直都未搵到一碗各方面都5*嘅phô✨河內安格斯生牛肉湯河$108對pho 好嘴刁嘅我試完呢間越南人主理嘅生牛河之後終於搵到全香港最好食嘅phô🥹 🫶🏻估唔到會係跑馬地嘅一間小店湯鮮甜 唔油膩 唔會過咸過酸 生牛肉 生熟程度岩岩好 夠牛味之餘份量又多又有口感 唔會碎哂 河粉又掂 性價比真心高 好值得試同再去 Revisit : 100% 下次想試埋小食😍 環境方面小店比較樸素 只有幾個坐bar枱嘅高櫈 continue reading

經過上一次維修冷氣白走一趟後,今次再經過見到有位,即刻入內坐低,先生叫咗個牛坑腩可($88),我就叫咗個火車頭($138)看似非常清澈湯底,但味道都相當豐富,少少咸,但可接受,其他配料品質亦好好。另外叫了個青檸咸檸檬梳打($36) 可以中和味道濃郁湯底。👍 continue reading
