同同事係公司ot完諗住係上環求其食d野,呢個時間可以選擇嘅餐廳實在不多,就搵咗一間泰國嘢填飽個肚入面坐得都算舒服正正常常,我叫咗泰式豬肉船面,黎到見到湯底夠晒黑色,味道夠晒濃郁,面底其實就係米線嚟嘅,煮得亦夠淋,豬肉同埋其他配料亦都好食,索晒啲汁。同事叫咗海南雞飯,個飯充滿油香亦都粒粒分明,好食。雞肉夠滑雞皮亦都爽脆,唔錯。另外叫咗一個餸,就係虎蝦粉絲煲,一個煲有兩隻虎蝦,非常大隻,肉質彈牙,好食。 continue reading

呢間餐廳係平日中午會選擇的一間餐廳。怎知今晚帶朋友去食便知道完來是最後一晚。我們還是最後幾個走的。上環又少了一間餐廳了。既然是這樣就分享一下今晚食過什麼。海南雞半隻-正。有雞味。醬汁調得不錯。炒金邊粉-色香味俱全。其他菜都好好食。唯獨碗蕃茄蝦糕札肉檬就麻麻地。既然最後就問多幾句,原來是正中泰國㕑師做的,怪不得味道正宗。^_^ continue reading

諗起食泰國野,但係要去到九龍城又有d 遠,於是就即刻搵下附近有冇泰國野食。比我發現上環有間正野!仲要超方便, 地鐵站c 出口就係佢, 都可能因為咁, 嚟到要排一排先有得入去。見到曼谷志明, 仲以為老闆叫志明。原來係代表泰國同越南, 所以又可以食到泰國野, 又可以食到越南野, 正!坐低諗都唔使諗, 即刻叫番個賣飛佛嘅生菜包,d肉碎唔係先整定, 拎出嚟出哂煙, 好香好多肉汁!食得泰國嘢, 咖哩係唔少得,叫左個曼谷黃咖喱豬頸肉。好足料, 唔似出面果d得2,3塊,有椰香味, 唔會得個辣字, 大人細路都啱食!有得咖喱, 就緊係要有包, 用嚟點哂d 咖哩汁。叫左個蒜蓉包, 即叫即整, 所以佢個邊係好脆!既然係泰越, 就順手叫個飽肚野。呢個香茅豬扒撈檬,所有餸都好足料, 佢d豬扒唔細件, 全部都啖啖肉,再加埋檬粉, 花生碎,滿瀉咁制!夜媽媽真係唔應該飲咖啡,但係一場嚟到, 唔試下佢杯志明熱滴滴咖啡, 又好似爭咁d 野!香味好濃郁, 略帶少少回甘, 唔錯唔錯!滴滴答答,真係睇住佢滴出嚟!下次如果想食泰國野加越南野,可以唔使突登出去, 嚟番呢間已經可以一次過滿足哂兩個要求! continue reading

一直都很喜歡吃泰國菜和越南菜,但是往往要二揀一真的令人很忐忑!「曼谷•志明」正正為着我這種愛吃這兩國菜式,同時選擇困難的人而設,非常欣賞老闆這麼醒目,能想出這個組合呢!!平日經過,看到店內座無虛席,並出現人龍。所以今天我決定六點半就到,勢要一嘗「志明」的魅力!上環站C出口,一出左邊就到,非常方便!馬上瘋狂地點食物,首先點我大愛的米紙卷,仲要係夾芒果同軟殼蟹, yeah yeah !! 好中意食米紙,明明它是沒有味道的,但配上沾汁酸酸的,芒果香甜,軟殼蟹新鮮即炸,是醒胃的前菜!泰式豬肉生菜包,一上菜香氣已經撲鼻!肉碎好香,炒得乾身,包喺新鮮爽脆既生菜入面,辣得好滋味!之後有馬拉盞炒通菜,通菜很嫩,最怕吃到起渣的老通菜!配馬拉盞炒真的無得輸!叫了兩杯飲品。其中一樣肯定係最愛的椰青,清清的甜味,解辣又解渴!最後我連入面嘅椰青肉都刮哂尼食!!青檸梳打,青檸好足料,梳打夠氣又夠凍,一飲落去個人即刻醒到上頭殻頂喇!食完出尼見到塊板有為獨身人士而設的單身狗套餐,配濃情椰汁冰,幾得意! continue reading

放工過咗去上環食泰國野,呢間泰國野喺正大街,好易就會見到。本來係比門口個泰國火鍋餐牌吸引到,但係坐低見到蛋咖哩就流口水,所以即刻轉陣。我地叫咗個蛋咖哩軟殼蟹,生牛肉河同馬拉盞炒椰菜苗。先上嘅係椰菜苗,坦白說碟頭唔係好大架咋,不過我地係重質不重量。啲菜好新鮮好食,其實我地兩個人食係剛好的。然後就係生牛肉河,幾喜歡的。原因係佢雖然同香港其他地方嘅生牛河一樣,有好多蔥同芫茜,但佢地唔會多到搶晒生牛肉同湯味,變相係似吊出啲味咁,剛剛好的。而芽菜係分開上,我估佢係唔想攪到啲芽菜好淋。蛋咖哩軟殼蟹係讓我轉陣嘅原因,完全無後悔,因為個軟殼蟹好香口好厚肉好好食,仲係剛剛炸起,熱辣辣,外脆內嫩的。一百蚊多啲有呢個size 都幾抵食。仲有佢個蛋咖哩,係我喜歡嘅味道,唔係辣係香,係蛋香。軟殻蟹沾落個咖哩汁度,好配!最後仲有個椰青。其實個椰青啲水好青甜,不過唔知點解啲肉好實,刮唔到出黎食。 continue reading
