2025年6月22日 星期日呢個週末去左東涌一日遊,去左好多地方,返到東薈城已經差不多7點,就決定係果到食埋晚飯先走行到3樓竟然見到banchan & cook,突然間好想食蛋包飯同炸雞,見到暫時都唔需要等位,所以冇諗太多入咗去,遲少少啲人都開始要拎飛等入座坐低慢慢睇餐牌見到裏面有好多唔同種類嘅食物,當然包括我期待嘅蛋包飯同炸雞,另外仲要咗紫菜包飯、飲品同甜品添,價錢唔算太貴,而且店員都話呢個份量足夠兩個人食點完餐等咗一陣飲品就首先嚟到,分別係左邊軟綿綿紅豆豆花沙冰同右邊既紅豆鮮奶沙冰外觀已經令人垂涎,底層係冰涼細膩既豆花沙冰,口感介乎豆腐同雪糕之間,綿密細緻上層擺放左滿滿既紅豆同輕盈鮮奶油,再以薄荷葉點綴,清新感十足一口食落去,豆花既香滑同紅豆既香甜係口中融合,冰涼解暑又不失層次感右邊就係紅豆鮮奶,樸實卻深得人心底層紅豆飽滿、煮得軟糯,配埋順滑鮮奶,口感豐富飲用時可隨意攪拌,令到紅豆同奶香融合,係一杯令人安心既甜飲,適合不喜歡太甜既朋友,清爽又有滿足感之後蛋包飯就登場,係芝士和牛漢堡蛋包飯,成塊蛋鋪咗喺飯上面,店員幫忙用刀一切開,成塊蛋就完美包住晒啲飯,滑蛋帶住淡淡嘅牛油香,夠晒柔軟,配埋飯一齊食簡直一流至於中間既芝士和牛漢堡排,厚厚一塊和牛漢堡排煎得啱啱好,外脆內嫩,肉香濃郁,咬落去仲有肉汁爆出嚟,滿口幸福感!!呢個係明太子蟹肉紫菜包飯,個壽司一上枱就令人眼睛一亮,上面淋左滿滿明太子醬仲有橙紅色魚卵,大啖咬落去蟹肉鮮甜、明太子鹹香剛剛好,米飯軟糯又夠味,超有層次,會令人默默一口接一口咁食食韓國菜當然唔少得有炸雞,我哋要左韓式蜜糖味炸雞,外皮超脆之餘,雞肉juicy唔嚡口,蜜糖醬甜甜地又黏身,食落甜中帶少少鹹,超有層次連底下既薯條都沾滿醬汁,好邪惡但好正!!最後甜品有開心果芝士蛋糕,蛋糕本身帶淡淡綠色,口感滑溜綿密,入口即融上面灑滿開心果碎,唔單止加咗香氣,仲有啲脆脆口感,咬落去層次感好豐富味道方面芝士味濃郁但唔膩,同開心果香味融合得好自然,而且甜度啱啱好,唔會太甜,食完唔會有負擔埋單每人百幾蚊,性價比幾高 continue reading

終於捱到放假,得閒入去東涌outlet行街街,梗係順便喺度搵好嘢食,食韓國菜都好喎!好,坐低睇吓有咩好食先。燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉大醬生菜,黑毛豬半肥瘦厚切,啖啖肉,個醬汁好惹味,配料有蒜片、青椒、泡菜,夾埋一齊食,辛辣得來去油膩感。橡果黑毛豬卡邦尼意粉,意粉掛滿醬汁,每一啖都好濃郁,黑毛豬切成條狀,同埋草菇一齊食,個忌廉好Creamy無骨炸雞半份,叫左甜辣醬,又甜又辣好味味,炸雞香脆啖啖肉。軟綿綿紅豆、豆花鮮奶咖啡,帶少少紅豆香,咖啡做得唔錯。濟州綠茶鮮奶,綠茶同鮮奶比例啱啱好,有綠茶味又有奶香。Banchan & cook Tiramisu,最後仲有甜品,個Tiramisu厚厚cream,裡面仲夾有紅豆。 continue reading
