品香樓真係由讀書開始食到而家,畢左業咁耐有時都專登過黎呢邊食,一班朋友炒下小菜,鐘意熱氣野嘅不失為一個選擇。平日晚上都仲係好多人幫襯,所以通常我地都係打黎訂左枱先,唔想等位,不過如果你係想靜靜地食餐飯就應該唔得喇,因為人多起上黎,真係嘈到坐對面都聽唔到講乜。點左幾款炸野,兩個菜,雞等等,食得好飽,人均都係百零蚊,價錢就真係幾抵食。豬手、雞翼都好香脆;另外四季豆炒雞軟骨好惹味,唔係好辣,送飯一流。炒菜我地點左小白菜同油麥菜,但黎左芥蘭,落單果個話冇寫錯,廚房出左,問我地照食得唔得,我地都冇乜所謂,照食。黃金花枝就真係唔掂,以前好好食,鹹蛋黃味道都仲係好出,但花枝韌到冇朋友,咬都咬唔開…大腸都合格,份量頗多。雞嘅肉質雖然唔算好滑溜,但都幾好肉地,我都好鐘意食。環境就真係唔算坐得舒服,不過人多坐大枱,唔會逼狹。服務方面就個別人士啦,唔係個個都唔好態度,都有啲幾好禮貌,催催單都冇意見。鐘意黎品香樓真係個人回憶,仲有必點朱古力沙冰、芒果沙冰。 continue reading

星期日同屋企人食晚飯,佢地鍾意食小菜,所以我地去咗品香樓開餐,好彩一早訂咗位,因為我地坐底咗,出面已經開始有人等位。叫咗紅燒乳鴿,皮脆肉香,新鮮熱辣勁好食,原本叫咗兩隻,要追加多兩隻先夠食。火焰牛仔骨,每次都會叫,鍾意有火燒住,唔怕凍咗D牛仔骨變靭,需且又切到細細地,好惹味,食得又方便。酥炸大腸,我自己好少食,不過屋企人叫咗,就食咗幾嚿,炸得好乾好脆,而且又洗得好乾淨,點埋D汁,好好食,仲有菠蘿做配菜,好清新。南乳炸雞翼,小朋友最愛,雞翼好大隻,炸得好香口,裡面又唔乾,小小辣辣地,好惹味。煎蠔餅,煎到金黃色,少少乾乾地,入口好多肥美蠔仔,不過要趁熱食,凍咗無噤好食。麵醬炒唐生菜,好大碟,加咗麵醬嘅唐生菜,特別好食。炸饅頭,一碟八隻,面層煎到金黃色,望落以為好油,但原來好乾身,裡面就好鬆軟,外脆內軟,點埋煉奶,甜甜地,比小朋友食晒。契媽炒飯,個名夠晒特別,有菜脯,肉碎,豆角,肉鬆同埋兩塊大大塊嘅蝦片,感覺有D似印尼炒飯,味道OK,有少少鹹香,不過就油少少,同埋唔大碟,感覺食小菜抵食D。仲有叫咗個白菜仔豆腐魚雲湯,好住家feel,味精唔多,都幾鮮甜,大受歡迎。喺品香樓食飯要有心理準備,個度會好嘈,好熱鬧,而且會迫迫地,不過佢D小菜又真係好有鑊氣,好出色,所以都唔理,專心食嘢就算。 continue reading

品香樓是我讀書時常去的茶記。每次在九點/石硤尾附近,都想來回味一下。每次吃完都同自己講不值再來,但人類總要重複同樣的錯誤。 凍朱古力 $21凍朱古力賣相依然,但朱古力味愈來愈淡,香濃程度不復再。 香蒜爆鱔球 $98 上菜時還以落錯單,與相像中的香蒜爆鱔球出入甚大 0_0" 整礙餸份量很小,鱔肉更少得可憐。酸甜汁與鱔球還算夾,但香蒜不知去了哪。 芝士西蘭花伊麵 $103 滿滿芝士,加上翠綠、爽脆的西蘭花,味道不錯。 但伊麵略嫌太腍,一pat野般的口感,吃得不𣈱快。 在這裏吃飯,從來不計較服務,因為食物足以彌補。但面對每況愈下的食物質素,已足夠把回憶的味道奪去。 也許午市來個碟頭飯還可,但晚市的話,真的要再三思了。 continue reading

讀大學時成日走去品香食飯,畢業多年後重遊舊地,番黎回憶呢道既味道今日約左大學同學黎食飯,不過有別於以前,以前食午飯後繼續上堂,今日就食晚餐我地人少少嗌既餸唔到,先黎個咕嚕雞球,呢個真係冇得輸又脆又香仲好大碟,三條友仔食極都仲有什菜煲超多料,菜都有幾款,仲有幾款菇,仲有魷魚,蝦米,粉絲...好正!啲湯好好味呢個係白飯魚煎蛋,有驚喜,食落啖啖都有白飯魚。平時食開白飯魚乾既今次食呢款煎蛋係另一種口感同場加映大支可樂樂同埋出名既凍朱,飽哂! continue reading
