去咗屯市三樓食泰菜，由於即日想食但已經冇網上訂位，所以5點幾就walkin 去咗，限時 90分鐘！上菜都快，加上有啲肚餓，所以都好快清哂😂泰式燒豬頸肉真係好好食，斜切片上再沾泰式酸辣汁（青檸汁、魚露、糖、指天椒、乾蔥），勁開胃。厚薄啱啱好、有咬口，肥瘦分明，外焦內軟！再跟一碟馬拉盞炒泰國椰菜苗，唔算辣，麻麻地辣既屋企人都食到！重點係馬拉盞蝦醬香，夠惹味，而家係椰菜苗夠爽脆夠嫩，完全冇菜渣。由於都肚餓，所以叫左兩碟飯！第一係青咖喱炒虎蝦有機糙米飯，一般屬於中辣，屋企人話只係少少辣。其實辣味來自指天椒，不過有椰奶中和左辣味，成件事幾溫和！而且糙米飯夠軟綿又吸左咖哩汁、加埋大隻虎蝦，好好味！泰式火車頭和牛炒飯係用和牛、番茄、炸乾蔥一齊炒，飯粒有鑊氣、和牛都幾嫩口。不過牛肉份量係少咗啲，好似先得4-6粒，每人得一至兩粒。而呢個火山排骨真係必食，賣相已經夠吸引，堆到似火山咁高！而排骨都算多肉，側位全部都係肉、燉得軟腍又冇豬騷味，配埋酸辣湯汁，勁開胃，配白飯一流！最後，因為用匯豐卡埋單，就可以送一個芒果糯米飯！糯米飯Q彈、椰奶香濃，芒果正常甜度，作為埋尾甜品又幾好，平衡番口腔啱啱嘅濃味配料味道！ continue reading

我未試過係香港遇到一間咁有泰國風情既餐廳 ！ 唔單單係裝修！ 最有誠意既係連溫度都模仿到同泰國街頭一樣 。 我一入門口未坐低都已經開始出汗 ，職員見到我既情況都提供左杯冰水俾我 亦都有推介佢地既沙冰產品。 食到咁上下 我真係熱到有小小暈暈地。忍唔住問職員 其實係咪刻意安排的？ 個答案令我有好大驚喜 。 個商場竟然聰明到 係5，6月 咁高溫既月份進行冷氣更新工程 ， 職員都一臉無奈同汗水 。 我坐係到都暈暈地 可想而知佢地做緊野既有幾咁舒服。 食物好，服務好， 都敵不過人禍 我真係頂唔住 我諗商場整好個冷氣之前我都同呢間餐廳無緣再見 continue reading

六個人食晚飯，依間餐廳有得book位，加上位置都算好，座位都唔算太迫。叫左好幾樣嘢食青木瓜蝦沙律正常沙律蒜香炒椰菜苗份量比較少香茅雞肉炒飯個味有d似菠蘿炒飯精選拼盟有魚餅蝦餅春卷仲有米紙卷，share 一流。不過想切細件的話，店員比左鉸剪你自己剪。火山排骨（走辣）外表一流，但味道一般，唔知係咪因為走咗辣，所以好大陣蒜味。芒果糯米飯就算冬天，芒果都幾好食，糯米飯軟硬適中。總括而言，感覺唔算太正宗，但價錢都唔算平，為咗一大班人食飯的話都可以試下。 continue reading
