約咗朋友嚟尖沙咀一聚,想搵間坐得舒服,食物又有質素嘅餐廳,上網見有唔少人推介呢間「峇里堂」。餐廳主打爪哇風味印尼菜,店內裝潢亮麗,以暖和嘅木色系為主調,配上開揚景觀,充滿活力同青春氣息。點咗 2 款主食,峇里堂招牌巴東牛肉 同 印尼沙爹牛肉炒米粉,一於齊齊開心 share。巴東牛肉選用了牛腱炮製,肉質腍身得嚟仲保留著一點咬口,食落軟熟又唔會太肥膩,醬汁用石栗、月桂葉、椰汁及香茅等製成,入口香料味十足,微辣惹味。沙爹牛肉炒米粉賣相亦非常吸引,牛肉炒得啱啱好,帶微微焦香,入口肉味好濃,腍滑又冇雪味;沙爹醬鹹香微甜,米粉幼滑煙韌,乾爽又彈牙。飲品點咗杯開心果拿鐵,Latte 用料十足,面頭灑滿粒粒開心果碎,入口順滑,散發濃郁堅果香。

今天去尖沙咀的宴峇裡島餐廳吃晚餐,真的好食,我們點了幾道菜,第一道是炒飯。咬上幾口飯粒分明,加上香料和配料的加入,吃起來很有層次,而且不油膩。真的非常開胃!接下來我點了沙爹串。我選了雞肉,雞軟骨和魷魚丸。雞肉營養豐富,口感酥脆,咬起來的感覺不一樣。魷魚丸嚼勁十足,美味可口。沙嗲醬濃鬱但不會太鹹。真的非常美味。另外還有奶油蜂蜜雞翼一定要試試,皮脆、奶油和蜂蜜的味道充分滲透。其味道甜美,略帶奶油味。我無法停止吃它!整體來說,菜色品質還是不錯的,還會再去的。
