相約了咖啡同好暨本帳戶的頭號粉絲(喂!🤪)共晉早餐,千挑萬選之下,最終來到這間放在想去名單內很久的餐廳😊🍑「倒屎咁早」來到門前,可幸不用排隊直入,放下行裝後來到心臟地帶,佇立在琳瑯滿目的麵包櫃前,選擇困難症又來襲,若不是來前已想好吃啥,小的應該要站多久才能下抉擇呢?🤔🤪😋Sourdough Egg Tart撻皮部份較港式的深色很多,入口很酥脆,蛋漿仍能保留滑溜感🥚😋Croissant咬下咔嚓一聲是鬆化的指標,本來想影內部架構,但已散碎一地了🥐😋Mushroom Onion Quiche西班牙菜中有蛋餅,法式鹹派中也有蛋餅,這裡的應該是後者派別吧🤔蛋漿中混著蘑菇及洋蔥,餅底既鬆且薄,所以不太膩🍑👉🏻基於以上食物是共享的,吃畢彼此也意猶未盡,所以再點以下的「不要空肚吃早餐」系列😋Apple Crumble Danish面層的金寶甜甜的非常鬆脆,配上帶酸的蘋果餡,令包體的膩感降低😋Mille-Feuille (Chocolate Praline Cream, Caramel ised Hazelnuts)同行者隨了是本宮的頭號粉絲(夠喇!😎),亦是法式千層酥的蕃薯,所以早餐吃甜品就變成理想當然的事了😝酥皮脆得咬下已四散,夾層的朱古力忌廉香滑不過甜,配上脆卜卜的焦糖榛子,快速吃掉就是表達美味的最佳指標☕️Americano咱們也是咖啡迷,所以飲品點上黑啡是必然的事,遺憾這裡的咖啡帶濃烈醋酸感,雖然在不想浪費情況下喝光,但著實不懂欣賞呢! continue reading

終於拜訪排長龍嘅麵包店!都已經有心理準備要排隊,好彩可以留低電話可以實時睇幾時先有枱,最後等咗40分鐘,等嗰陣時去咗隔離囍帖街行吓😆。Soup of the day - Potato & Leek soup好足料,唔會好淡,但係又冇乜忌廉味,我比較鍾意☺️但係都幾飽肚😅Mushroom toast ($108)終於試到出名嘅蘑菇吐司😩酸種吐司太好味🥺麵包烘得啱啱好,邊邊唔會韌,又唔會太乾。蘑菇加菠菜最好配搭😍個人覺得菠菜調味唔夠,蘑菇就好味。一隻蛋冇流心,但又唔係熟嗰頭嘅👌🏻份量好足,夠晒飽🥰Shakshuka ($108)蛋都煮得啱啱好,汁唔會好辣,配白酸種麵包,都幾脆😋雖然排咗40分鐘,但係對食物冇失望👍🏻好彩而家可以留個電話,係電話實時睇仲要等幾耐,行一陣再返嚟。但係唔係好夠人手,有陣時想叫侍應都唔得閒。下次可能試吓買佢哋嘅麵包,牛角酥&蛋撻外賣😋 continue reading

去得灣仔區當然唔會淨係食一間餐廳就收手,我就去咗大名鼎鼎嘅bakehouse 試吓佢哋嘅嘢食啦!一去到嗰條街發現大排長龍真係好耐都冇見過咁誇張,最後我排咗大概20分鐘先可以去買嘢食,好遺憾我最想食嘅葡撻佢賣晒,而下一轉都要等一段時間,所以今次就買咗佢其他嘅麵包酥皮甜點試吓啦!我今次買咗佢哋嘅士多啤梨雲呢拿丹麥酥,朱古力酥,同各式各樣唔同口味嘅冬甩。除翻開一個都要大概30至$40其實都唔平㗎, 不過係前五星級餅房總廚既配方就好想試吓。買完外賣之後,就急不及待試吓佢嘅抹茶冬甩,冬甩糖霜有玉桂味,抹茶cream 食落口唔會太甜,仲有一股回甘嘅味道,麵包口感好鬆軟,我覺得都唔錯。士多啤梨雲呢拿丹麥酥超級香甜,士多啤梨冇酸味,而且丹麥酥入口好鬆脆,配上一杯熱茶或者咖啡真係相得益彰。我自己都拎咗一個榛子朱古力冬甩留返今朝當早餐食用,之前我淨係用咗微波爐叮大概10秒鐘,估唔到食落口嘅口感都唔錯,麵包依然保持鬆軟唔會太硬,入口好重嘅榛子同埋朱古力味,但係又唔會太滯,我覺得買返屋企自己hightea都唔錯㗎,希望下次再去嗰陣可以買到佢哋遠近馳名嘅葡撻試下啦!🇭🇰Bake House 香港灣仔大王東街14號地舖🇭🇰 continue reading

呢間超級麵包店, 非常出名, 今日中午時份同朋友嚟到灣仔, 專心就係想食到佢。點知, 去到門口已經見到.....人大條人龍.....真係好多人幫襯!排左20分鐘, 終於到我啦, 不過好可惜!!! 想食既蛋撻一早賣晒, 大家想食的話一定要早好多嚟買!由於條街好多人,咁所以我地決定買上車食, 至少安全D!賣左3款, 食落超香軟, 熱辣辣, 好好味~~~~食後分享:真係好好好好味, 無誇張!我會願意為左佢下次再早好多起身,  再嚟試佢最出名既蛋撻! continue reading
