相約了咖啡同好暨本帳戶的頭號粉絲(喂!🤪)共晉早餐,千挑萬選之下,最終來到這間放在想去名單內很久的餐廳😊🍑「倒屎咁早」來到門前,可幸不用排隊直入,放下行裝後來到心臟地帶,佇立在琳瑯滿目的麵包櫃前,選擇困難症又來襲,若不是來前已想好吃啥,小的應該要站多久才能下抉擇呢?🤔🤪😋Sourdough Egg Tart撻皮部份較港式的深色很多,入口很酥脆,蛋漿仍能保留滑溜感🥚😋Croissant咬下咔嚓一聲是鬆化的指標,本來想影內部架構,但已散碎一地了🥐😋Mushroom Onion Quiche西班牙菜中有蛋餅,法式鹹派中也有蛋餅,這裡的應該是後者派別吧🤔蛋漿中混著蘑菇及洋蔥,餅底既鬆且薄,所以不太膩🍑👉🏻基於以上食物是共享的,吃畢彼此也意猶未盡,所以再點以下的「不要空肚吃早餐」系列😋Apple Crumble Danish面層的金寶甜甜的非常鬆脆,配上帶酸的蘋果餡,令包體的膩感降低😋Mille-Feuille (Chocolate Praline Cream, Caramel ised Hazelnuts)同行者隨了是本宮的頭號粉絲(夠喇!😎),亦是法式千層酥的蕃薯,所以早餐吃甜品就變成理想當然的事了😝酥皮脆得咬下已四散,夾層的朱古力忌廉香滑不過甜,配上脆卜卜的焦糖榛子,快速吃掉就是表達美味的最佳指標☕️Americano咱們也是咖啡迷,所以飲品點上黑啡是必然的事,遺憾這裡的咖啡帶濃烈醋酸感,雖然在不想浪費情況下喝光,但著實不懂欣賞呢! continue reading

終於拜訪排長龍嘅麵包店!都已經有心理準備要排隊,好彩可以留低電話可以實時睇幾時先有枱,最後等咗40分鐘,等嗰陣時去咗隔離囍帖街行吓😆。Soup of the day - Potato & Leek soup好足料,唔會好淡,但係又冇乜忌廉味,我比較鍾意☺️但係都幾飽肚😅Mushroom toast ($108)終於試到出名嘅蘑菇吐司😩酸種吐司太好味🥺麵包烘得啱啱好,邊邊唔會韌,又唔會太乾。蘑菇加菠菜最好配搭😍個人覺得菠菜調味唔夠,蘑菇就好味。一隻蛋冇流心,但又唔係熟嗰頭嘅👌🏻份量好足,夠晒飽🥰Shakshuka ($108)蛋都煮得啱啱好,汁唔會好辣,配白酸種麵包,都幾脆😋雖然排咗40分鐘,但係對食物冇失望👍🏻好彩而家可以留個電話,係電話實時睇仲要等幾耐,行一陣再返嚟。但係唔係好夠人手,有陣時想叫侍應都唔得閒。下次可能試吓買佢哋嘅麵包,牛角酥&蛋撻外賣😋 continue reading

之前講過新加坡小店Rempah Noodles,今次就講吓另一間灣仔食店Bakehouse啦。呢間以新鮮出爐麵包打響名堂,開業多年人氣依然高企。排隊買外賣嘅人龍長時間喺大王東街出現,為嘅係買新鮮麵包同埋非常出名嘅蛋撻。雖然Bakehouse喺中環開咗間分店,但對灣仔店嘅人流好似冇咩改善,日日都排晒長龍😬😬印象中只去過Bakehouse堂食一次。今次趁早收工呢個機會去Bakehouse碰碰運氣,預咗要等位㗎啦。去到可以同餐廳職員登記自己個手提電話號碼,到差唔多有位嘅時候就會發短訊俾你,咁樣嘅登記方式係好過企喺街度等嘅。一個人叫咗個3-course set lunch (HKD148)▫️前菜:Tomato Bruschetta▫️主菜:Roasted Mushroom Toast▫️甜品:Mille-Feuille我呢日午餐食咗好多麵包😂因為難得喺咁短時間內入座所以心情好好😂😂呢份主菜比我想像中多(我以為只有一塊麵包),蘑菇堆到滿滿的,再加兩隻水煮蛋😋如果菠菜可以多番少少就好喇。甜品二揀一,我對Coconut Cheesecake 冇咩興趣先揀另一款法式甜品。一塊塊puff pastry好鬆脆,中間嘅吉士雖然好creamy但味道就甜咗少少。+$15 要咗杯凍檸茶+$12 要咗件sourdough egg tart: 一坐低就同店員講我要一件蛋撻堂食兩件拎走。點知店員話蛋撻賣晒,嗰一刻真係勁失望。後來店員話蛋撻焗緊應該好快會再有👏🏻👏🏻 到我食完主菜啱啱好就有得食😋店員們忙於將剛焗好嘅蛋撻送到客人面前,有段時間餐廳係充滿濃濃蛋香味。蛋撻皮由多層酥皮製成,咬落口軟淋淋,同港式蛋撻好唔同。蛋漿滑溜甜度啱啱好,啱我呢啲好怕太甜嘅人😝食完仲要買多兩件蛋撻返屋企俾人食😬咁食嘢法你哋終於明我點解最近要減食啦😂😂⭐️No Service Charge continue reading
