約左朋友閒日去BAKEHOUSE食LUNCH 佢地LUNCH做緊 (1130﹣1400)2 courses $108/ 3 courses $148聽講創辦人之前係五星級酒店餅廚 所以食物有一定質素 好多人冒名而來1點幾去到門口約有5個人排隊 好彩好快有位 等左唔洗15分鐘 出面熱辣辣呀食物賣相真係唔錯 所以食物一到就即刻用FOODIE影左幾張相 一於相機食先!叫左兩個MAIN COURSE: MUSHROOM TOAST 同埋 COTTAGE PIE 聽講係人氣食品 甜品方面 同朋友SHARE左一個CHOCOLATE EXPRESSO TART 食物味道好好 好滿足既感覺 環境方面 好好坐 可能因為地理位置關係 客路以中產/外國人/ABC為主美中不足之處係飽到食唔落舉角包了下次會去試埋佢地個招牌牛角包 continue reading

哩間餅店由前四季酒店餅房總廚Grégoire Michaud開辦曾經蟬聯多年米芝蓮三星嘅Caprice入面嘅麵包都係出自Grég雙手聽到個來頭都覺得唔簡單所以長期都有人排隊㗎入面最出名嘅就係sourdough egg tart不過筆者當日臨收舖先到所以就同egg tart無緣啦據朋友所講 egg tart 13:00就會售罄想食嘅朋友記得早啲去到啦🙈Apple Crumble Danish $30酥皮酥脆 甜度適中 蘋果粒煮得剛剛好不過肉桂味唔重 而且可能因為凍食嘅關係 牛油香欠奉 只係普通水準 堂食嘅話可以要求加熱 希望下次堂食加熱左會好味啲啦Almond Danish $30酥皮嘅部分同Apple Crumble Danish一樣要讚嘅係杏仁味極重!不過杏仁奶油餡略嫌少左啲多返啲奶油餡 再烘熱埋 應該就好好食啦💕☺️ 下次會再返去試下佢嘅sourdough egg tart同埋食之前一定要加熱!凍食嘅口感同味道真係差好遠☹️ continue reading

留係屋企咁耐,今日終於約朋友出去食飯 ~ 星期日一點左右到,人齊入坐,等左大概半小時入坐。樓上既位置唔錯,方形枱兩個人坐可以靜靜地傾下計。 主菜點左Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon$158,麵包無menu,想揀麵包可以到時睇左有咩款先,我地叫左Cheese Tomato Danish $26,Almond Danish $30,Egg Tart $12。主菜牛油果好多,多士夠硬,直接用手食比用刀食更開心。Cheese Tomato Danish好香,同主菜牛油果一齊幾好食。Almond Danish 有d似蘋果批,做甜品唔錯。Egg Tart 似葡撻既皮好特別。問左店員如果想外賣麵包既話,唸好左隨時可以落單。店員非常有善,由帶位、安排入坐,到點菜都好好,我地係上層都不時為我地加水。店員包好兩袋外賣,問我地:“朱古力力冬甩係邊位既? ” 我朋友示意係佢既,我地都拎左自己果袋,先準備埋單。埋單前店員貼心叫我地check一次單,睇左無錯,可惜我地check漏左袋裏面既野,九個撻變左四個撻,牛角包變左鬆餅,走左之後先發現,唯有返轉頭換返。感恩蛋撻未賣曬,拎蛋撻果刻最開心 continue reading
