最出名的酸種蛋撻,真係層層薄脆鬆化,蛋醬甜度適中,即使放凍咗亦都很好食,難怪成為必食之選,一次過食2個都唔夠喉。另外買多個士多啤梨丹麥酥,中間的吉利醬超好味,加上酸酸哋的士多啤梨兩者味道超夾,不過,$40一個係有d小貴。我去過銅鑼灣店同灣仔店,灣仔店的店員比較禮貌同有效率。 continue reading

食過外賣包,想試堂食好耐。星期日諗住又排等,點知都係等咗一陣。地方雖小,但環境唔算逼夾。Yogurt同牛油果新鮮,蛋煮得啱啱好,味道幾好。麵包對我嚟講有啲硬,可能食唔慣,但係味道OK。塊牛話要五成熟,就真係五成熟,要俾like,但係黑咗啲。叫咗2杯咖啡,一杯flat white,有酸味,多氣泡,味道一般。一杯cappuccino,無酸味,味到唔錯。難道唔係同一部機沖?唔同人沖?用唔同嘅奶?定唔同一種豆?味道可以差咁遠? continue reading

灣仔開早會前梗係要搵個舒服地方食早餐,今日同同事揀咗Bakehouse。入到去有少少人排隊,但輪轉好快,冇等太耐。點咗個牛角包同一杯flat white,早餐簡單但質素高。牛角包外層酥脆唔會飛散到周圍都係,入面仲有少少牛油香,咬落鬆化,幾滿足。咖啡方面,奶泡打得滑,唔會過熱,入口順滑得嚟有啲堅果香,好正!坐位唔算多,不過氛圍好chill,有啲歐洲café感覺☕️。坐低慢慢食,一邊同同事傾下project update,一邊享受食物,開會前放鬆一下,真係幾寫意。之後仲買咗牛角包外賣返office做下午茶。Bakehouse唔係平,但質素對得住價錢,下次會再嚟試其他pastry!🥐💻 continue reading

其實呢個食評我真係諗咗好耐寫唔寫,作為bakehouse多年顧客嘅我,以前真係好鍾意食bakehouse,但係最近真係覺得堂食嘅質素每況愈下 😵‍💫最近lunch食咗Cured Salmon Royale(2 Courses $138 + $15 = $153)1. 食物份量縮水上完菜真係俾佢個size嚇親,雖然張相睇落好大,但係其實佢只係普通方包大細,嘢食嘅份量真係俾以前細咗好多 😨恕我直言,$153真係好唔抵好懷念佢以前嘢食嘅質素 🥹附上2022年2月嚟食嘅Smoked Salmon Avocado Benedict ($158),份量真係大好多2. Menu 選擇少咗喺cafe最常見嘅Smoked Salmon Avocado Benedict冇咗 (雖然都已經冇咗好耐),選擇冇以前咁多,而且得噃啲比較特別(偏門)嘅選擇總括嚟講,我覺得佢pastry嘅水準依然唔錯,但係堂食就真係不了 🙅🏻‍♀️ continue reading
