[地方易找,環境好]這間Babbo Trattoria今次第二次來光顧,因為會再食,所以再次推薦!餐廳除了會供應傳統的意式風味意粉和Pizza外,還有好多好味的餐單。因為之前是午餐,今次嘗試食晚餐,沒想到晚餐的份量十足,而且服務亦非常周到。因為地點就腳,所以在時代廣場逛完街就過來食,雖然在鬧市中,但餐廳環境寧靜、舒服,環境很有格調,兩個人在微微昏暗燈光中慢慢食,回想當時都幾寫意。今次頭盤點了蒜炒蘑菇佐羅勒鮮蝦Mare a Monti ($138)蘑菇味、蒜味、蝦味混合,再加上麵包乾,作為前菜,很有質素!而且份量不算小,推薦!主菜點了威尼斯茄汁雞肝粗管義大利麵($188)每次都想食正宗的意大利口味,在這間餐廳,可以找到傳統的意大利麵!粗意粉煮得口感,而雞肝醬味道濃郁,令粗意粉在咬落去時,味道和口感配合得剛剛好,不會太乾或意粉太硬。雞肝醬混入了肉醬和蕃茄,吃起上來又幾好食,加上mozzarella cheese ,很香。惡魔風窯烤春雞($288)有點辣的烤雞,肉質鮮嫩,愛食肉的友人,邊食邊讚。即使雞胸肉部分,不會太乾,烤得入味下次再去,可以試試甜品!

粗意粉煮得口感,而雞肝醬味道濃郁,令粗意粉在咬落去時,味道和口感配合得剛剛好,不會太乾或意粉太硬。

用上兩款不同大菇切粒,加上蘿勒醬快炒、香菇柔軟入味、充滿牛油香。

質感細嫩芝士令香味更昇華; 顏色鮮橙的大蝦肉, 肉質爽口,富彈性,整體沒地方可以挑剔。 

我相信作為一間意大利餐館, 有幾樣食物一定要做得好,而 PIZZA 當然是其中一種唔可以失分的。

每一個PIZZA 絕對是即點即做, 客人可以親眼看著PIZZA 的製作過程, 保證是即點即烘。

每當在意式餐廳用餐我必點這款經典的意大利甜品

賣相十分常精緻, 絕對能夠挑起我第二個胃食慾。  

可可粉佈滿Tiramisu面,   令層次更豐富; 每一口也透出咖啡酒香,味道由淡轉濃;mascarpone cheese 又香又滑,口感濕潤之餘,入口即溶, 不容

錯過。 

再次來 Babbo Trattoria 感覺更好,所有食物也超乎預期地出色。

這家全統的意大利美食絕對令我留下了很深刻印象 。

今晚去的餐廳距離時代廣場很近,是一間意大利餐廳。環境很classic,坐得很舒服。由於友人不愛食肉,所以今天點的菜式偏向素食。蔬菜盤是經過碳烤的,有洋蔥、紅椒、黃椒、茄子和蕃茄仔,配上蕃茄醬,很清新,亦很開胃。意大利通心粉亦選了以蔬菜為主的,配了蕃茄汁,但有不少紅辣椒仔和青辣椒仔,感覺有少少辣,刺激了味蕾,更加有胃口。經典pizza有蒜片、香草等,簡單但十分煙靭。此款沒有厚厚的芝士,適合不愛芝士人仕。Tiramisu 好creamy,又有新鮮水果,正。

因為今日有其中一位同事生日嘅關係,所以我哋就食啲比較高級小小嘅食物🤤 公司自己上網搵咗間意大利餐廳去食😂 去到感覺上幾似一間bar😂😂😂 而且見到佢有一個好大嘅投影機,應該係播放運動賽事😂 咁你哋中午都有一啲午飯嘅套餐,咁我就叫咗一個海鮮意大利飯。上咗嚟雖然份量唔算多 不過都幾creamy 而且我哋仲叫多咗個ham and melon 🐖味道都係正正常常😂 不過我幾鍾意個waiter ,覺得好型😂😂

今天朋友約了吃午飯,由她安排訂了銅鑼灣Babbo Trattoria 意大利餐廳。午市套餐包含主菜及咖啡或茶,客人可隨喜好加沙律、湯或特式飲料,每款都只須另加$10-$15。今次要了兩款主菜套餐,另加兩份餐湯和一份沙律開心share。粟米餐湯:放了肉絲入內烹調,令口感綿綿的,更加添美味。新鮮什菜沙拉口感清新爽口。辣味忌廉青口意大利扁平麵,青口鮮甜,意大利麵烹調得軟硬度剛好,加上微辣味道,更豐富了口感。酥炸比目魚佐奶油野菇醬,比目魚炸至外脆內鬆軟,沾上洋蔥蘑菇醬汁更添嫩滑,伴上新鮮雜菜和黃紅甜椒,十分清新。整體而言,地點、環境、服務和食物質素都很好,很適合三兩知己或朋友聚會的好地方。
