手抓饭和拌面的味道都不错。手抓饭里的羊肉配上孜然闻着很香,吃到最后可能会觉得有点腻。拌面吃起来很有北方的感觉。隔一段时间就会想去吃一次,去吃了应该有十多次吧。价格有点贵,不过毕竟附近只有这么一家独特的味道,也算合理。最后一次去吃的非常闹心。上菜很慢,也没给我们上茶,把纸杯放在我们这里就不管了。等上菜等的急了我就把纸杯捏扁放在一边了,结账的时候居然态度很不好的说我把纸杯弄坏了。我来吃饭为了个纸杯还要看你的脸色是吗,会不会做生意,有毛病吧 continue reading

it is michilin 3* restaurant with 5 years cosecutive awards. my expectation is really high on it and it never let me down.onion mutton rice:this dish isnt on the menu, and it just stick on the wall with chinese letters. if you want try this please show this photo to waitress.the taste is slightly salty than i expected, but i love it very much! the meat quantity is big almost 1/3 portion of your bowl. it deserve 88$ with such big quantity. it feeds me so full even for the big adult eater like this. meat are tender and with xinjang flavour. yummy!88$ without service charge 10% for lunch with such quality food, 對得住天地良心! continue reading

昨午慕名而至,餐廳環境很好。點了烤羊排和串燒羊肉,另女店員推介了新彊伴面。食品味道不錯,尤其串燒羊肉很好。新疆伴面有特色,烤羊排可能過火了,有點偏乾。不知是否人手不夠,未能及時上菜,個人覺得食物熱度不夠。另餐廳使用外賣餐具給客人用餐和上菜,感覺不太好。最後餐廳防疫意識不足,一男店員長時間把口罩拉至下巴位置,他又是負責上菜的,真的希望餐廳有所改善。 continue reading

偶然經過呢間新疆菜,見到好多人喺出面等緊。原來全部都係一早預約好等最後一輪入座。我又醒起自從某一次喺外地食現烤全羊,之後一直念念不忘,於是問老闆可唔可以walk in ,苦等一個鐘,好好彩咁啱有一個booking 冇嚟。佢夜晚餐單選擇唔多,嚟得嘅都係食烤羊腿,唔好覺得三百幾蚊好貴,大份到嚇死人,for你一大班人食。但原來烤羊腿要好早預約定😔所以老闆娘推薦手抓羊肉俾我。本身仲覺得好失望,食唔到烤羊腿,點知原來手抓羊肉一樣咁出色😆😆本身麻麻哋鍾意食羊肉,因為接受唔到太羶嘅味道,呢個羊就恰到好處,既有羊味又唔會太smelly👍🏻👍🏻 老闆娘介紹話佢以蒸焗法烹煮,一邊蒸佢六個鐘一邊倒入高湯,怪唔得啲肉又嫩又juicy ,睇個樣咁白淨以為好淡口,點知好入味。唔同部位仲有唔同質感!另外就係佢超級大份,雖然真係好好味,食到完全行唔郁,逼不得已都要食剩兩舊。強烈建議唔好眼闊肚窄,淨係叫呢個都飽到暈。咁因為我就係眼闊肚窄嘅代表人物,所以仲叫咗個土豆絲同酸奶同羊肉串。有別於川菜土豆絲,呢隻有酸辣味,好開胃,爽口!But 個酸奶真係好睇個人喜好,我就覺得味道太重,似原味嘅希臘乳酪。羊肉串都好出色,油脂分泌均勻,孜然香味撲鼻而來,仲好燙口真係即烤畀你。我以為係兩枝竹籤咁上下,點知個size 有你手臂咁長,枝串可以用嚟舞劍,見到都窒一窒。好少喺香港食到咁有風味嘅羊肉串。好可惜好可惜好可惜冇食到本店鎮店名菜烤羊腿,但無論如何都會再叫多啲朋友嚟食,下次一定要試到! continue reading

第一次和家人吃新疆菜,很好的體驗。4人晚餐訂了烤羊脾,外脆內嫰,啖啖肉,十分回味;手抓羊飯足有4件帶骨羊肋扒,大大件的,肉也嫰,下面是熱腾騰的有味飯,份量足,如果飯少些盬油更佳;熗疱是炒椰菜,和炒扁豆一樣,微辣可接受,如果少些鹽油更佳,主要是吃了肉需要清淡一些的食物平衡; 酸奶比我們吃的yohurt略酸一些,也是可以的;杏仁羊奶凍沒覺杏仁味,但羊奶味很好,帶些煙靱,份量很小,但不妨一試。總體來說香港新疆菜不多,這是難得的體驗,值得推介。埋單才800多元。 continue reading
