聽講元朗廣場新開唔少餐廳,但一去到發覺原來幾間都裝修緊,正當灰機之際發現門面望落唔錯嘅台式餐廳--桂花小幸。仔細睇個窗口,有句相當正面嘅說話「用你的微笑改變世界,但別讓世界改變你的微笑!」晚市套餐有幾多選擇,去主打牛肉麵嘅餐廳當然食牛肉麵(我未入餐廳已經諗好咗食咩)。見Menu上的台式飯類好似都幾好,尤其是滷肉飯。飲品種類同出面台式奶茶店有得揮。-麻辣雙丸米線套餐貢丸同花枝丸感覺係好普通嘅食材,但要做到好食唔容易。市面上好多粉製成嘅花枝丸,食落完全無口感,呢度嘅花枝丸食得出飽滿結實嘅花枝塊。至於貢丸,唔係一般嘅貢丸,而係超巨型貢丸。食落彈牙、啖啖肉,配牛腩湯底亦相當夾。紅燒三寶牛肉定食喜歡食牛的人一定很開心,滿滿的牛肉就放在眼前,上枱時非常吸睛,先講牛肚:廚師將牛肚切成條狀,方便客人進食,而且令牛肚塊更容易吸收牛肉汁的精華;牛腩:非常入味,重點係唔黐牙,而且帶有少少根部,咬落口仲有陣好香嘅牛脂肪味;牛筋:都係細細舊,非常之淋,但數量太多,好溜⋯⋯最後要share食先食得晒。白飯選用珍珠米,潔白晶瑩、顆粒飽滿均勻完整。面頭加了些黑芝麻,提升賣相,撈埋啲牛肉汁簡直一流。麻辣牛肚比起紅燒牛肉三寶入面嘅牛肚,我更鍾意呢味麻辣牛肚。剛上枱,濃郁嘅香味撲鼻而來,麻辣恰到好處的牛肚,讓麻辣完全滲透在牛肚內,口感絕對超彈,會令人吃上癮。唯一敗筆之處在於有部份牛肚切得唔夠細條,入口有些少笨拙。-芝士奶蓋阿華田濃郁醇厚的芝士奶蓋加上阿華田,阿華田的香甜與順滑的鮮奶交織,口感好特別。-2個套餐+1個小食+2杯特飲足以食到好飽,埋單只係$260左右,性價平唔錯。 continue reading

So lucky we don’t have to wait for a table haa, this shop is decorated in green simple feeling Noodles soup with popcorn chicken fillet a bit disappointed me sadly, the noodles tastes indeed too light…taiwanese noodles got nothing special, and chicken fillet covered by thick cover of  chicken skin and cooking powder, and honestly the flavor is just soso, adding island sauces is better, but honestly the look is better than its taste a bit sad Rice set with beef tendon, brisket, triple with braised vegetable in broth and rice is good, the beef is so tender and the flavor is good tooOsmanthus chicken wings is quite nice with crispy skin though it seems not well cooked cause i still see red bloody color ohmygod the osmanthus sauce is sweet which you can dip it with the chicken wings Cheese peach oolong is nicee, no drink cheese covered drink for long, when you have a first sip, the taste is indeed so light but when the cheese cover sinking, the flavor getting stronger and i get to love this even more haa, it’d be better adding more cheeseBlack sugar pearl milk is way too sweet laaa, i ordered light sweet but still soso sweet the level of sweetness is super high ohmygod guess it’s cause it’s added with black sugarGrass jelly with sweet potato, barley, green bean and black sugar shaved ice is a good dessert if you want something to cool down, grass jelly is a good one, the texture of sweet potato would be better if it’s softer, i like a little piece of leaves on the top it’s cute haainsidesutsides:menu:Honestly the taste just soso, the staff is nice, the drinks not bad and i like the grass jelly dessert  continue reading

帶文青同悠閒寫意嘅餐廳 ,又要係元朗市中心,真係較少有啦!最近發現到食台菜既 "桂花小幸",依間完全有齊晒想要嘅環境同地點,可以慢慢食番餐,享受吓啦!餐牌上有好多選擇,四季/牛肉麵、台灣/傳統麵、台南米飯、天天手作湯汁餃子、古早味小吃、台式特飲等,款式多而且抵食。特盛秘罈酸菜魚 (二人用)    $128第一次食台式酸菜魚,好大鍋,真係足夠兩個人食呀。魚肉份量頗多,肉質鮮嫩多汁,而酸菜味道少少鹹酸酸地,真係好開胃,加上清甜嘅湯底,鮮味十足,下次一定要再點依個菜。紅燒腱心牛肉麵   $65我覺得依度啲食物份量都幾多,真的抵食又好味。另加錢$4選咗特濃蕃茄湯,濃郁嘅蕃茄味道,清甜而不膩,啖啖蕃茄香,飲完都唔會口渴。一塊塊嘅牛肉炆煮得非常軟淋,亦又少少咬口,牛味豐郁  ;  麵條爽滑,配合新鮮蔬菜一齊食就最夾喇。日式紅豆抹茶    $28依款台式飲品可揀熱或凍,我選擇咗熱,依杯雖然係熱的,但size都幾大杯,抹茶與紅豆永遠都係咁夾,帶出抹茶嘅甘苦亦有紅豆嘅甜蜜,美味在心頭!超濃郁可可     $26愛可可一定必點,真係非常濃厚嘅朱古力味,可以揀少甜少冰等等自選個人口味,香濃可可,甜而不漏,好好飲。 continue reading

今天跟朋友出去逛街了,走到又熱又累,就選了這間又可以堂吃又有台式飲品的來吃,而且跟餐台式飲品還可以便宜一點,感覺挺不錯的!滷水蛋牛腩滷肉飯(69元)這個雖然會貴一點,但來到的感覺其實還不錯,牛腩的份量不錯,又粗又長的牛肋條,還是半肥瘦的,吃起來肉質鬆化,充滿油香,牛味香濃,而且滷得非常入味!滷水蛋也是滷得很入味的!滷肉飯的話,我個人覺得如果滷肉的份量多點會更好,但味道挺香濃的,特別是有點燉煮得軟糯的豬皮跟飯混合在一起來吃,味道真的不錯!鹽酥雞排麵(59元)來到的份量比想像中的要多,雞排都炸得非常香脆,不過可能會覺得有點硬的感覺,但雞排還是很嫩的,加上椒鹽粉後,味道更惹味了!麵就選了台灣麵,吃起來有嚼勁,不錯!湯底選了紅燒牛肉味,我覺得有點淡,如果濃一點會更好!現做煎餃子(28元)這個挺意外的,煎得表面脆脆的,一口咬下去在口裡爆汁,肉汁非常多,味道挺好的!紫薯珍珠黑糖冰仙草(38元)這個挺不錯的,單看就覺得值回票價了,滿滿的一大碗!上面黃色的是黑糖沙冰,質感很幼滑,黑糖味香濃!下面的是仙草,還有椰果,珍珠和紫薯,滿滿的料!仙草滑嫩,椰果爽,珍珠軟糯Q彈,紫薯軟綿香!鐵觀音珍珠鮮奶茶(32元)這個挺特別的,是將奶和茶分開的,上面的奶打成奶泡,下面的是鐵觀音的茶底,還帶有茶包,最底的是珍珠!所以一開始可以先試試奶,再喝一下茶底,最後再將他們混合一起成為奶茶!鐵觀音味道挺濃的,加了奶後更幼滑了,還有軟糯的珍珠,真的挺不錯!夏日水漾鮮果茶(34元)夏天喝上冰爽的水果茶真的既消暑又解渴,我叫了半糖,所以茶味會更香濃,中間帶有水果的香甜味,喝完以後再吃裡面的水果,更是香甜多汁的感覺! continue reading

晚餐間中會到元朗覓食,元朗廣場的桂花小幸,是我會一再回頭的餐廳。下雨天,人少了,可以不用等位,平時一定要取籌等叫號碼呢!蜂蜜檸檬蘆薈,味道清甜,但又有檸檬的微酸味,還有粒粒蘆薈,爽口過癮,非常開胃又清新,如果食煎炸食物的話,喝一口能夠清新口腔。珍珠紅豆奶茶,味道沒有淨珍珠奶茶的濃茶味,有點像紅豆冰,糖浸紅豆煮得夠粉,入口甜絲絲的,加上煙韌的珍珠,是港式與台式的絕佳配搭。小食現做餃子8隻$52,餃子煎得非常好,金黃色外層,皮不算太厚,外脆內軟,而且爆汁,剛上桌的時候非常熱辣辣,要小心吃,裏面豬肉很鮮甜,與朋友一起分享很適合。秘製酸菜魚米線$73,將米線轉了台灣麵,因為這裏的台灣麵很有名,口感非常煙韌有嚼勁,浸在湯裏也不會變軟,而且湯粉麵能吸收酸菜魚的湯味。魚片份量算多,口感嫩滑。這個酸菜魚與四川的味道不同,它的辣味來自薑和花椒香氣,夠薑味令到湯有辣味,但能令喉嚨舒服的,驅寒。酸度適中,湯也有魚鮮味。這個台式的酸菜魚,自己覺得頗特別,挺喜歡的。食肉獸點的酥炸排骨雞肉飯$59,愛吃肉的人必定要點這個飯了,因為白飯上面還有很多雞絲,而且不細碎的,是粗條的,口感也很滑,飯裡原來也拌了滷肉汁,鹹鹹香香的非常好吃。酥炸排骨即是炸豬扒,炸得脆而不會太乾,豬扒肉質爽口,點上沙律醬更好吃。主菜可以加配小吃,兩款的話每款$8。食肉獸點了鹵水蛋,是他的最愛,雞蛋滷得非常入味,口感幾乎比美鐵蛋的蛋白,帶點煙韌,蛋黃新鮮又香,超好吃的,推介要試。我點了涼拌黑醋茄子,味道微辣,有黑醋的微微酸味,又有麻油的香,拌勻後吃,咬下爆多汁。茄子份量算多,三大件,幾乎是半條茄子了,試過後成了我的至愛呢!今次吃到新口味的酸菜魚,感覺有驚喜。我們間中也會來光顧,這裡的食物水準一直能夠保持,希望餐廳繼續努力,研發更多新菜式呢! continue reading
