秋意不嬲都係愛雞之人必食之選,上次食左觀塘店, 今日終於的起心肝去埋新開嘅分店試下!!🚶♂️餐廳舖仔細細,裝修簡約,只做外賣,係晚餐時間都吸引到唔少附近嘅上班族!😋單點左一隻鼓油雞。番到屋企叮一叮一上枱已經聞到好香嘅豉油味,隻雞皮光肉滑✨,色澤均勻,睇見都流口水🤤。雞皮薄得嚟又滑溜,皮下脂肪甘香豐腴。雞肉嫩滑無比,完全唔嚡口,肉汁滿滿。豉油嘅味道調得啱啱好,鹹香中帶點微甜,完全滲透到雞肉裡面,但又唔會蓋過雞嘅鮮味。最重要係,佢哋嘅雞有濃郁雞味!絕對係心機之作。👍💯跟住係我期待已久嘅「口水雞飯」🌶️。紅油鋪滿喺嫩白嘅雞件上,再灑上大量香脆花生碎同蔥花,賣相非常吸引。雞肉同樣嫩滑,掛汁能力一流。個醬汁先係精髓所在,麻、辣、香、酸、甜五味紛陳,層次感十足!嗰種「麻」嘅感覺喺舌尖跳動,辣度溫和得嚟好過癮,食落超級開胃,忍唔住一啖雞一啖飯咁扒,好快就清晒成碗飯。🍚實在太滿足!最後加點咗一隻「酒釀溏心蛋」🥚。橙紅色嘅啫喱狀蛋黃緩緩流出,畫面極度療癒😍。一咬開,淡淡嘅花雕酒香喺口腔散發,同蛋黃嘅甘香完美結合,甜甜地,好滋味。作為一個小配角,佢絕對為呢餐飯加咗唔少分。

陳年醉汁去骨雞飯:雞肉經過陳年花雕酒浸醉,時間拿捏得剛剛好——既讓酒香深深滲入肉質,又沒有蓋過雞本身嘅鮮甜😌去骨後嘅雞肉入口嫩滑極致,底下嘅白飯更是吸足了醉汁精華,入口有香醇的酒氣與飯香,想不到一間外賣食店可有呢個水準🫢酸菜魚淮山麵:大大片新鮮魚片厚薄均勻(唔似急凍魚片😝),入口有魚肉嘅口感😋湯底酸辣味道適中,搭配了爽口淮山麵,麵條吸附了湯汁,比普通麵條更添一份清甜與韌性,不僅健康感滿分,口感層次也豐富了好多。蟲草花烏雞燉花膠湯:烏雞燉得軟爛,蟲草花提鮮,花膠軟糯膠質足,湯頭濃郁醇厚,喝著溫潤養人,我呢啲養生派嘅心頭好。撈汁皮蛋:蛋黃溏心流動,沒有一般皮蛋常見的澀味和腥味。淋上的秘製撈汁更是靈魂所在,和口蒜味及刺激嘅辣味均勻裹住每塊皮蛋,無論是單吃還是配飯,都夠惹味。芥蘭配自製蝦頭醬:芥蘭選材新鮮,焯水嘅火候掌握得好,咬下去清脆爽口😋自製的蝦頭醬更是這道菜的靈魂,濃郁嘅蝦香鮮味,再帶一點點辣椒的辛香,用來送飯又係絕配。蔥油涼拌雙耳(木耳、銀耳 )蔥油香氣足,涼拌雙耳脆嫩爽口,木耳有嚼勁、銀耳軟滑,蔥油的香和雙耳的脆搭配,清爽解膩,當開胃前菜或佐餐小菜都不錯。味噌雞腳:雞腳處理得乾淨,肉質煙韌狀態又唔會太軟爛失去口感,彈牙有嚼勁,能食到皮與筋的膠質香。整體這桌菜搭配多樣,有湯有菜有主食,兼顧家常與特色,能滿足不同口味需求,從滋補湯品到清爽小菜,再到重口主菜,一間外賣食店可以做到咁多認真又好味嘅食~ 我會推介及再幫襯

因為太大雨, 沒辨法出去找美食咁就在鰂魚灣隨意找晚餐在車上吃, 沿途有不少外賣店, 朋友喜歡吃雞, 又見評論不錯, 便去試試 估不到用平靚正來形容我們買了半隻去骨豉油雞,一碗去骨豉油雞飯, 一碗貴妃雞飯, 再加二隻酒釀溏心蛋,蔥油涼拌雙耳二碗飯超大超多, 有台式便當感覺, 有伴菜各半隻蛋,賣相味道俱佳, 而兩款雞也很入味, 貴妃雞更配有薑蓉 , 錦上添花, 很喜歡雞很滑, 沒骨容易入口份量很多,而且件件也是靚, 我們也認同豉油雞是最好吃, 下次必試埋口水雞至於溏心蛋真有風味, 估不到此類小店也可做到咁美味蛋, 少少酒味很合我, 不喜歡太重酒味會苦另一小食非常健康, 淡味的, 是有雲耳和雪耳, 加上芝麻粒, 是一款惹味的小食,因為天氣太熱所以我很喜歡此款冷盤, 加上雪耳是窮人燕窩山楂飲已賣光, 那我們點了羅漢果飲, 應是自家制, 因為包裝很特別, 是用透明袋裝的, 少甜很健康的飲品半隻去骨豉油雞就留給我家人, 年紀大比較合無骨食物走時見到那優惠很正, 所以一定要再光顧, 原來消費滿三百再送半隻雞優惠劵, 很抵啊有心的小店一定要多多支持

收工OT到成個人散晒,諗起公司附近有間外賣店,位置又就腳,一於試吓佢!✨蔥油涼拌雙耳✨🥢雲耳同雪耳爽脆,蔥油香得嚟唔油膩,當開胃小食一流! ✨招牌豉油雞飯(轉髀)✨🐔見到餐廳寫住「食雞唔食雞皮不如唔好食」,心諗知唔知減肥有幾辛苦!點知一啖咬落去...真係要跪低食咗幾嚿。雞髀肉真係幾滑,最癲係塊雞皮吸晒鼓油香味,食完即刻明點解話雞皮係精粹!✨蒜辣牛魔王(配淮山麵)✨🐮牛舌腍到入口即溶,牛腱入味得嚟帶少少筋,咬落好過癮!淮山麵爽口彈牙,中和個辣味啱啱好~ ✨酒釀糖心蛋✨🍳呢個真心有驚喜,一食滿口酒香,蛋黃流心程度啱啱好~聽落簡單嘅菜式,但要遇到如此高水準嘅酒釀糖心蛋實在唔容易。✨蟲草花烏雞燉花膠湯✨🍲足料到嚇親!湯料佔成三份一,花膠大大塊好有誠意,烏雞都有幾嚿但飽到食唔落了…✨Shake shake芥蘭✨🥬淨食芥蘭略嫌清淡,加XO醬鹹香帶微辣hake勻之後就啱啱好。✨自家製羅漢果菊花茶✨☕用透明膠袋裝住好有泰國feel~甜度適中,飲得出真材實料,食完重口味嘢飲啖佢超解膩! 🤌🏻外賣盒夠密封,返到屋企湯同汁都冇倒瀉。下次OT一定再encore,試吓佢個「滿$300送半隻豉油雞」優惠~
