[ Australia Dairy Company | 佐敦 ]Finally a review of this famous cha chain tang that has queues all day and every day. I came on Saturday around lunchtime and there were already 20+ groups queuing. Fortunately, there is a high turnover rate and we were seated within 30 minutes. I came to this place a long time ago and this is my first time back in 8 years. The place is still very familiar and cosy. The service also got so much better and the staff is even playful with the patrons now. But please do show respect when talking to them and ordering. —— —— 快餐 $43I got the fast meal which has 2 eggs of my choice, 2 toast and a choice of hot or cold milk. Of course, I got their scrambled eggs which are my favourite eggs ever. Not soft-scrambled or hard-fried. The texture and consistency are perfectly smooth but still firm and tender. The taste is absolutely perfect and oh-so-creamy, maybe they added an extra yolk? or the eggs they use are just that good. The only slight improvement they could make is to have it less oily as it does make you feel a bit woozy afterwards, but it is honestly no big deal. I love adding a lot of white pepper to add another layer of flavour and some spice. The bread is bigger and thicker than the bread in the breakfast or normal set. I got it toasted with butter (I believe the other option is un-toasted) which is a must and even though it is not crispy and crunchy, it is still delicious as the butter melts and coats the white, fluffy bread. The crust is so thin it is also non-existent which some people may love I personally like crust, but I guess they have to cater to the majority. As for the milk, I got it cold and there is just something about milk in a bottle that is so much better than carton milk. I know the milk here is as fresh as it could get commercially and it is so delicious. I always get whole milk and never those skimmed, low-fat or high-calcium milk as the manufacturers always alter and fortify the natural milk that already has all the nutrients you need. Drinking from the bottle also makes it tastes much better and more nostalgic. As for the flavour, you all should know what whole milk tastes like but it is creamy but not heavy, sweet but not saccharine and simply unctuous. I also wanted to get their milk pudding but I was surprisingly very full so that will have to wait for next time. —— —— 推介 🙆🏻‍♀️💬 Overall, great food and service here. 今日落完雨涼左好多, 食完飯咁岩經過澳牛, 諗起佢個蛋牛治烘底, 唔使諗都即刻叫咗一份黎食下👅👾蛋牛治烘底 - $27夜晚9點鐘左右, 係門口叫完比錢, 等左2-3分鐘就有得拎, 拎上手熱辣辣💓食落去個蛋牛好滑嫩, 脆皮底又香脆, 味道夠濃郁雖然貴啲, 但係呢度嘅食物質素真係有保證, 值得一試! continue reading

平時去開呢頭剪頭髮,都會去澳牛食個Lunch。食咗咁多次都無幫澳牛寫番個comment,今次要寫番支持吓先。閒日晏晝等位唔算要好耐,一坐低就自動波識嗌,澳牛個哥仔都唔駛講啲乜已經搞掂晒。十年如一,炒蛋仍然都係咁好食,香滑唔油,又唔會過火變咗一粒粒。厚多鬆軟仲暖暖哋,火腿就一貫地無乜特別。叉燒意粉,正如飯氣攻心啲叉燒,唔會特別好食,填得飽你個肚就得。但正正係呢啲柴皮叉燒整叉燒意粉先好食,用太靚ge反而會唔夾。食到咁上下哥仔走埋嚟問飲乜,平時喺其他茶記都係嗌凍檸茶走甜,但去到澳牛,因為個茶膽okay,所以會嗌番正常,唔好嘥咗杯茶嘛。前後10分鐘落單到走人,好一個光速澳牛餐。 continue reading
