💁‍♀️💁‍♂️ 1/7/2023(Sat), Lunch🍽放假嘅一日,為食妙妙同A先生朝早出咗去九龍區有啲事情要辦,之後到接近中午又要搵食啦,忽然諗起好耐無食過澳牛嘅光速餐,即管兜一轉過去睇吓食唔食到先。我哋大約正午時間到達,離遠已經見到店外嘅人龍,大約排咗二十幾人左右,好在呢度翻枱嘅速度都係同上餐速度一樣咁快,我哋只係等咗唔夠10分鐘就可以入座。而今日我地order咗:🔆 茶餐($52)茶餐預設嘅食物係牛油方包🍞、火腿煎雙蛋🍳同埋叉燒湯意粉,當然亦都可以改做多士、炒蛋或者湯通粉。為咗配合呢度嘅節奏,所以A先生每次落單都係好精準用最簡單嘅字數去落,今次只係:「茶餐要多士、炒蛋、通粉x2。」就完成落單嘅過程。落完單即刻喺褲袋拎個電話📱出嚟,諗住計吓光速餐要幾快可以上到枱。點知拎完電話📱,都未開到個app,侍應就已經送上咗炒蛋多士😱,估計最多十零秒⏱️。當然其中一個原因係我哋坐得近水吧,佔盡地理優勢✌🏻😂。炒蛋多士嘅炒蛋煮得剛好,蛋仍是帶流質的質感,入口嫩滑有蛋香。多士厚切,烘得外脆內軟熟,再塗上牛油🧈,夠晒香口好食。A先生有個習慣,食牛油多士時總會再灑上一點砂糖,令到多士除咗牛油🧈嘅香氣之外,再添加一點甜美同粒粒砂糖嘅口感。叉燒湯通粉嘅叉燒份量都唔少,通粉唔會煮到腍晒亦都唔會黏埋一團,加上夠味又夠熱嘅湯底,收貨了。當你食到七七八八嘅時候,自然就會有侍應問你餐飲想飲咩,我哋就點咗凍檸水🍋同埋茶走☕️。檸水正正常常,檸檬🍋味清新,咁多年來凍飲都係偏細杯嘅,但而家仲有凍飲加$2真係比較少見。茶走茶味夠香濃,配合香甜練奶,入口夠滑身。最後食完起身走人,成個過程由排隊開始到離開唔使30分鐘🙈。🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆❤🙆‍♂️(A先生)整體食評:9/🔟❤🙆‍♀️(為食妙妙)整體食評:8.5/🔟👉🏻 炒蛋🍳同多士🍞一直以來都保持質素,唯一係坐得迫啲同食得急啲A先生車友指數 🚗🛣️ 交通容易指數:🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗(5/5)🅿️ 泊車容易指數:🚗🚗🚗🚗(4/5) 👉🏻 附近幾條街都有唔少錶位🅿️,但泊唔泊到又係睇運氣👉🏻 港鐵🚇佐敦站行過嚟5分鐘之內可達,另外巴士🚌、小巴都可以輕易到達🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆 continue reading

相信大家對呢間都唔陌生,由細食到大,係香港人嘅童年回憶😎 餐廳出名速度快,一坐低店員就問你食咩,然後1分鐘都唔使就到齊,成個氣氛好似打仗咁,但俾人感覺好溫馨~ 另外記得要搵個熟人陪,唔係嘅話都幾驚🤣茶餐包括牛油方包、火腿煎雙蛋、叉燒湯意粉同咖啡/茶,而快餐就有牛油方包、西煎雙蛋同鮮奶,方包可轉多士、蛋亦可以轉炒蛋,鍾意食邊樣就揀嗰樣,老少咸宜,夠晒friendly😌個人最推薦呢度嘅炒蛋,又鮮又嫩又香又滑,質感做得啱啱好,滑但唔膩,鮮但唔醒,而且仲散發住極邪惡嘅牛油香氣,配上鬆軟嘅方包真係好夾😛 最後仲忍唔住encore咗件炒蛋治hehe🙈煎蛋都唔錯,有脆邊而且夠火候~ 飲品方面一定唔少得杯熱鮮奶!香濃滑順,唔單止好飲又有營養,但記得趁熱飲呀,後嚟吹凍咗飲落去硬係覺得爭少少😢 另外加咗個牛肉奄列,整體偏油但試試無妨~ 甜品必點蛋白燉鮮奶,奶味好出,甜而不膩,入口滑溜,下次要試埋杏汁燉雞蛋先🤩 continue reading

佢應該係稱得上香港最有效率,最符合香港人高效率嘅茶餐廳首先我行入去就已經有好明確嘅指示,我要坐邊佢招呼完我大概用咗30秒就可以落單我前前後後,應該用咗1-3 分鐘就已經可以進食總括來講,如果你係自己一個行入去,純粹係解決嘢食嘅話 你係絕對可以15分鐘就已經食完個午餐出返嚟每一次去我都覺得啲夥計嘅態度都好似好左推介嘅菜式 常餐炒蛋係最好的👌🏻配番個靚意粉🍝不過最出色應該就係凍奶茶啦,我覺得好有港味 一定要試見下圖 continue reading

係情意結,那年讀書,常與同學一起去食,同學仔總會提我,快d 叫食咩,呢間有咩好食……回憶就是美好。今日再到,看到伙記們開心交談,又張瑛,又咩台灣人做,講講吓又咩倚天,咩金毛獅王,咩張無忌。聽住都開心,那是集體回憶,香港情... ...當然記住叫茶餐,伙記好心提我,飽要唔要烘底,炒旦,煎旦,心急又帶點緊張地點好餐,開心享受,那味道。叉燒通粉:湯味濃郁,叉燒都有4,5件,通粉夠軟(好怕硬),我鍾意。火腿煎雙蛋配烘底多士:當然最愛厚多士,記住那些年多士冇咁厚,烘底加牛油已好好味,仲有煎旦,嘩!旦汁點包又好,成嗰放入口都好好味,火腿仲有兩片,早排去另一餐廳食嘢,火腿片變火腿絲,sad。熱檸水:係有四片檸檬,唔係所謂的已破碎了俾你的所謂仿檸檬。。。正。蛋白鮮奶:同場加映,熱蛋白鮮奶,那些年必叫,開心的回憶,仲係熱烘烘,甜度剛好。美麗,就是不變,情,常在。 continue reading
