我小時候是住在佐敦的,但已經搬離這區很多很多年,最近因為病了要到佐敦看醫生,所以又想起再到澳洲牛奶吃東西。這是我小時候爸爸常常帶我下午茶的地方,那些年真的沒有人在門口排隊。前幾天來吃了一個蛋牛肉通粉,湯依然不是一般茶餐廳的味精湯,是用心的湯底,蛋一樣的香及煎得剛剛好,但是湯底就比之前的太多油了,所有通粉也沾滿了油,比之前差了。今天吃了腿蛋治烘底加熱燉奶,蛋依然那麼的滑及好味,但是蛋比從前少了。麵包也沒有之前那麼鬆軟。但是也比很多茶餐廳做得好。熱燉奶很滑,很香奶味但是就偏甜,吃到後來甜味已蓋過了奶味。這裏的伙計是十分快速的但並不是沒有禮貌,我慢慢的吃也沒有人催趕。同樣的美食總是小時候的好,真的不知道是回憶美好還是食品的質素真的下降了。 continue reading
