一間餐廳喺我心目中嘅成功之道,唔係食物好就係服務態度好。就算廚師整得幾好食,但員工態度差的話都唔想再去幫襯,所以澳牛一直係我心目中都係一個奇蹟🤪。有乜理由人們口中一間員工服務差嘅餐廳,會令人愛上,而且一年365日都要排隊。我今次就係第一次去食澳牛,食完之後真係佩服佢嘅。 澳牛當然唔係賣牛奶架啦~澳牛在1950年創立,當時嘅老闆坐船到澳洲,但架船就壞咗。後來返到香港,喺佐敦開茶檔買“本地”牛奶,所以先叫澳洲牛奶公司。而澳牛賣嘅鮮奶只係維記樽仔奶。如果你為咗飲奶而去澳牛的話~咁就... 😂環境食物呢D野都唔洗多講,去到嗰度見到有條長龍的話,已經係常事。大約等10分鐘就會入到去。入到去要聽佢話,坐邊就坐邊。四人搭枱嘅~坐!通風口位~坐!同佢嘈的話...食物的話,早上就食早餐,下午就食快餐/常餐,如果你喺中午時段叫早餐的話...。澳牛的餐叫光速餐,當然叫野食都要光速。坐都未坐定,白衣店員已經問你食乜,你仲諗的話…之前我喺網上聽過員工平日壓力同工作量都好大😲。 蛋治烘底$21 當日唔想食咁多野,就叫咗個蛋治。上菜速度九秒九九都唔洗多提。雖然呢個叫蛋治係較冷門,但兩分鐘都唔洗就上咗枱。朋友叫早餐腿通,唔洗半分鐘就上咗枱😆。炒蛋都有返一定嘅厚度,傳說中嘅炒蛋,果然冇辜負我嘅期望!一入口嬌嫩無比,軟滑油潤,無任何粗粒。當然,佢唔係Gordon Ramsay嗰隻漿糊炒蛋,但又唔係平常港式炒蛋咁。佢半熟留汁/有清晰嘅紋理,食完之後我就會心微笑。人做炒蛋,你做炒蛋,就真係好食過人。除咗佩服之外,都冇野好講👏👏。麵包切得非常之厚,烘得均勻。佢比平常麵包鬆軟,而又有陣麵粉香,唔係平時嘅嘉x麵包,我就好鐘意呢隻🤩。 蛋白燉鮮蛋$30(熱) 淨係食蛋治好似有D悶,所以就叫埋甜品,價錢就有小貴,但就好大碗,好飽肚。質感偏向水性,有少許溶爛,入口品嚐到濃厚而清純嘅奶香,甜度非常之配合。入口即化而充滿滿足感,非常之推介🥰。 我就用咗十五分鐘已經食完所有嘢,其中白衣員工會360度望實你食完未。不過老實講,真係第一次見茶餐廳有咁多夥記。食完之後,店員會即時寫張單比你,但佢哋係知道你食過D咩架喎。最後就要快速交枱埋單,而埋單工作,當然由老闆娘去擔當😆。 continue reading

前排疫情停業,愚人節個日佢宣布8號開返,初初個個都諗緊佢係咪講笑,愚人節快樂呀?🤣知道佢真係開返嗰陣,即刻🐶沖去食。人龍好長,排隊都排左九個字,不過入到去,由坐低叫餐到出餐,前後都唔洗5分鐘,果然係傳聞既光速餐🤣搞到我都好緊張,影相都快手手🥴牛油方包+火腿煎雙蛋+叉燒湯意粉+凍奶茶($54) 個方包入面沾滿牛油👍🏻 煎蛋係太陽蛋,流心既,煎到啱啱好,個蛋底少少金黃色,但冇燶 ,食落都幾滑身;叉燒薄切但有咬口,浸左係湯底所以唔乾;個湯好濃,但係唔似落左味精,飲落都唔錯;意粉都算彈牙☺️而杯凍奶茶,重奶重茶味,落左好多碎冰,所以都幾冰凍🥰牛油多士+火腿炒蛋+火腿通粉+凍檸水 ($54) 蛋落左啲調味料,鹹鹹地,炒得又幾濕潤,幾好味;多士入面沾既牛油都夠多,不過煎得唔夠脆,仲係幾軟身,食落冇乜多士feel🥲火腿通啲湯夠濃,幾好飲,正常通粉同正常薄切嘅火腿;而杯凍檸水應該係用新鮮檸檬整,又多碎冰,飲落好冰涼同fresh☺️熱蛋白燉鮮奶 ($33) 成碗野太甜,啲蛋白味蓋過哂,不過就幾滑溜。👍🏻 continue reading

話說好耐無食過澳牛,就心血來潮去左幫襯。基本野我相信唔洗介紹,炒蛋🍳🍞多士,叉燒意粉。食物質素保持水準,唯一變嘅係服務質素,係變好左。點解咁講呢,以前落左食物單唔可以叫埋飲品,宜家係友善地問你想飲品隨食物上定後上,好窩心。更重要嘅係,食完係唔會趕你走。雖然個餐真係10分鐘可以食哂,但侍應哥哥見你食完水都飲哂會主動加水💧比你,仲會加好幾次,驚你口渴。相比以前,宜家好窩心,好sweet,係幸福的感覺🥰等等先,其實我都係鍾意佢地鬧人嘅態度,是未變態,哈哈。這種態度逐漸褪去,可謂香港茶記嘅味道都慢慢消失了😶‍🌫️ continue reading

7,8年無黎,之前有遊客又要排隊,今日放長假又要排隊,真係勁。入到去睇左幾秒menu, d staff已經係你隔離,不過無左個氣場,嗌完野食,廿秒都無,d野已經到左,太犀利嗌左常餐牛油面包:又厚又軟又多油,正叉燒意粉:正常,唔痴牙炒蛋:又厚又滑又香!想食多底!凍奶茶:奶底香濃,傳統茶餐廳感覺👍🏼食左ard 40mins佢已經收晒桌啲嘢,即係已經享用完依個光速午餐!今次黎同以前個感覺好唔同,以前環境好迫,而家因為疫情,無左搭枱,空間多左! continue reading
