📌 黯然燒魂 - 大坑施弼街4號地舖🗓(9/4) 星期二 ⏰ 晚上6點左右 💈特式:今日係北角收工,經朋友介紹去左大坑食串燒,佢雖然係串燒店,但估唔到最出色竟然係海鮮砂鍋粥。🥩🍔🌭🌮🥗🥯🥘🍲🍝🍣🥟🍤🍱食物:餐廳主打食串燒同燒物,種類超過70款,仲有推介嘅招牌海鮮砂鍋粥,而家等我同大家講下🍢味道先。🍲日式海鮮砂鍋粥 $1️⃣0️⃣8️⃣ - 呢個砂鍋粥係落單即做,所以需要等一陣,上枱十分之熱,份量大約有4~5碗,粥面灑左少少海苔粉。粥底綿滑有米香,仲吸收左不同海鮮嘅鮮甜味,材料有蜆肉/帶子/鮑魚等,仲有少少好甘香嘅蟹膏。🐥雞六盛 $1️⃣8️⃣8️⃣ - 雞六盛包左有6️⃣款不同雞部位的串燒,有香蔥雞肉串/明太子雞肉串/火雞腎串/免治雞肉棒各1️⃣串,雞軟骨串/雞皮串各2️⃣串,總共8️⃣串。每款唔同味道嘅雞肉串入面嘅雞肉都好juicy,雞皮香脆,雞腎就爽口而且一d都唔韌,但我最鐘意都係配日本蛋嘅免治雞肉棒,同我係日本食到嘅有得揮。🍄爆醬芝士大啡菇 $6️⃣8️⃣ - 燒啡菇我最鐘意嘅燒烤食物之一,而且佢仲係即叫即燒,一份有兩隻,隻菇好厚肉,食落好juicy,簡簡單單加芝士焗已經好好味,又唔會搶左啡菇嘅香濃味道。🐔❤️日本雞心串 $2️⃣8️⃣ - 仲叫左串我最鐘意食嘅雞心串,雖然朋友唔食內臟所以唔識欣賞,但影響唔到雞心串係我心目中串燒之王嘅地位,佢地加左蜜糖去燒,帶有甜甜的口味。🐮👅安格斯汁燒牛舌 $4️⃣8️⃣ - 牛舌又係串燒必點之一,牛舌極之厚身,質地爽口又有牛脂香味,加埋自家製燒汁,味道更加惹味。🐷五花腩串 $2️⃣8️⃣ - 最後再叫多左個五花腩串,個五花腩串做法都幾獨特,唔係成舊五花腩,而係係切左薄片再卷住嚟燒,口感比一般做法為好,加埋上面舖左蔥蒜,勁香口。☕️🍵🥤🧋🍺🍷🥃🍹🧉🍾🍶🥛飲品 : 因為朋友唔飲酒,而餐廳又有茶水提供,所以就無再特別叫到飲品。🍽環境:餐廳坐位唔算好多,但環境都唔錯,比一般串燒店乾淨同無乜油煙味,坐得都幾舒適。🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:職員態度好親切,上食物時會同客人介紹返每款串燒,落單時亦有提醒客人有咩食物需要多d時間處理。💰💸價錢:係香港食串燒一向都係偏貴,但呢間質素幾好,而價錢都只係正常價位,叫左咁多野埋單計加一都只係$5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣蚊,價錢都算抵食。🐲💬總結:我同朋友都好鐘意食串燒,而且亦都成日去食,呢間算係香港串燒店嚟講係高質個班。推薦指數:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ continue reading
