又係一個悠閑嘅週末~天氣超級好就梗係要同朋友一齊去嘆下食好嘢啦 ! 上次試過銅鑼灣呢一個集團嘅甜品之後印象超級好所以今次就黎到佢喺尖沙咀K11裏面嘅呢間餐廳 行左都一段時間先知道原來佢係喺art gallery 再行去入邊啲~~一入到去嘅時候 女士們一定超鐘意! 超靚嘅裝修同埋賣相超一流嘅食物 不得了 姊妹們一定要去呀!!! 人未算好多 侍應就帶咗我哋去近玻璃嘅雙人位坐低 睇睇餐牌佢哋食物係主打西式 星期日係無set 點 咁就散點啦~ 未有野食 店員先奉上牛油同面包 邊食邊等 前菜我哋叫咗: 紅菜頭三文魚• 蜜柑啫喱• 青瓜•蜜桔 $92  睇個名 大家都應該大概碟沙律有咩材料了 三文魚份量足 厚厚既四五片再加埋蜜柑好清新 好開胃! 而且佢無落醬 感覺唔會好肥好啱女仔食跟住主菜就叫咗火焰帶子•紫薑•椰菜花墨魚汁飯$ 168超有驚喜! 先講份量 其實唔多 但材料有誠意 帶子有四大粒 再講味道 本身墨魚汁係偏油膩 creamy 但佢加左紫薑中和咗嗰種油滯感 所以係越食越開胃! 食左兩碟其實我地都經已差不多 呢個時候就梗要點埋佢嘅甜品啦!! 上次試過甜品之後意猶未盡~好想再試埋其他款式,今次我哋梗係要留肚食食埋其他款 ! 我呢就叫左蜜糖雪糕士多啤梨啫喱羅勒香草油 $80  個雪糕真係好有蜜糖味 而且賣相一如以往既精緻 加埋羅勒油感覺係特別但唔怪朋友就叫咗綠茶雪糕紫薯脆片黑糖芝麻蛋糕 $82 雪糕綠茶味極濃 加埋脆片好得意既口感 至於嘢飲我哋就叫左洛神花 血橙汁$ 48  +草莓爆谷茶$48  我地坐左幾個鐘 因為成個感覺實在太舒服 成個人都好懶洋洋 店員會成日幫你refill水 感覺友善 一定會再黎!! continue reading

ATUM的環境舒適,擁天然光。食物除了好吃就是漂亮得像藝術品一樣💁🏻‍♀️先講飲品,朋友點的是接骨木花白桃汁$48,白桃味香甜。而我點的是65%朱古力奶$48,光是外型帶拉花和棉花糖便已經很漂亮了,味道亦不會過甜過澀。餐包該是贈送的,四、五塊麥包,配上原來不是芝士的牛油,味道不俗。紅菜頭三文魚·蜜柑啫喱·青瓜·蜜柑 $92 🐟新鮮肥美的三文魚染上了點點紅菜頭的顏色,配上甜甜酸酸的蜜柑和Q彈的蜜柑啫喱,味道清新🍊但我略嫌青瓜片的草青味太強烈🥒另外我認為如果能加入紅菜頭片於此前菜就更好了🤔火炙帶子·紫薑·椰菜花墨魚汁飯$168🍚吃墨魚汁飯通常只是咸咸的味道,但這個一入口令我非常驚喜!我從沒想到這墨魚汁飯是充滿濃郁的芝士味🧀而四粒煎得香口又新鮮的帶子,以及微酸的紫薑則中和了芝士的膩。實在很久也沒嚐到這樣棒和配搭特別的risotto了😋😋😋紅酒玉桂燴鴨脾·燒鴨胸烤南瓜蓉配焦糖啤梨 $168 🍐鴨脾肉入味,但始終不及厚切的鴨胸肉來得肥美多汁!鴨肉蘸上香甜的南瓜蓉,又是一個特別的配搭。而這道菜式中我最欣賞的是焦糖啤梨,不會過甜,而且爽脆,為這碟肉類添上一點清新👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻總的來說,ATUM的北歐菜式不但賣相精美,而且味美而價錢相宜,實在值得一試! continue reading

1️⃣杏仁奶凍·蜜糖蛋糕·蜜糖脆糖用呢個角度影相應該都係第一次,左揀右揀都係覺得呢一個位置影落去最靚。講真佢哋呢度甜品嘅擺位真係擺得好靚,所以想影張靚相一啲都唔難。小編覺得呢個甜品好符合呢個蜜糖嘅主題,雖然個奶凍係杏仁味而唔係蜜糖味,但買奶凍嘅形狀就十足蜂巢咁嘅樣。杏仁奶凍既杏仁味超重,有少許動L嘅感覺,而且奶凍入口都幾滑下。而佢側邊中有啲蜜糖蛋糕喺度,雖然小編就唔係好食得出有蜜糖味,不過蛋糕本身嘅口感就比較鬆軟同好濕潤,將蛋糕點D花蜜一齊食同樣都好正。另外估唔到甜品上面嘅焦糖脆糖超多啊,小編真係開心到爆炸,因為個人超級鍾意食,焦糖脆糖入口有好香既焦糖味,而且口感仲超級脆添。2️⃣燒八爪魚·墨汁脆片·西班牙辣肉腸·番茄米型粉呢個主菜嘅顏色真係超級搶眼,又紅又黑咁,超型啊!而且大大條嘅八爪魚仲好吸睛添。八爪魚入口雖然比較韌少少,不過見到條八爪魚咁大條其實都預咗,但八爪魚就好入味,因為八爪魚嘅辣味好重呀。另外呢個主菜亦用上咗平時比較少見嘅米型粉,由於小編冇食過,所以都覺得幾特別下,至於番茄味都好突出酸酸甜甜咁,越食越開胃。配埋個墨汁脆片一齊食口感超豐富呀!3️⃣火炙帶子·紫薑·椰菜花墨魚汁飯估唔到店舖比帶子嘅份量都比得幾多下,足足有成四粒啊!而且帶子兩面都有輕微煎過,所以帶子入口帶有輕微脆口,入口仲帶有少許鮮甜添!而個墨魚汁飯入口除咗有好香嘅芝士味,口感仲好creamy添!雖然個飯食得多會有少少膩,不過配上飯裏面嘅紫薑一齊食反而就啱啱好。反而有少少美中不足嘅就係個risotto側邊有少少出水,如果可以有改善就更加好啦。另外喺個risotto上面仲加左啲米紙片喺度,令到食物出嚟嘅構圖就更加靚。整體來講小編覺得都唔錯,因為risotto有配合返香港人嘅口味,而且尼一個飯嘅飽肚感十足。4️⃣接骨木花·白桃汁飲品入口嘅味道好重白桃味,而且夾雜着接骨木花嘅味道,估唔到兩隻味原來有幾夾下喎!出嚟嘅味道甜中帶有少少酸味,感覺好fresh。雖然佢個名冇梳打兩個字,但小編好似飲到有少少氣😂飲品除咗個味道比較特別之外,個賣相仲好靚添,除咗裏面有一小舊白桃喺裏面之外,飲品表面仲有一株迷迭香到添,令飲品係顏色上更加靚。5️⃣鹹檸檬·薄荷梳打杯嘢飲一攞到上枱真係俾佢嚇親,竟然裏面有成個鹹檸檬喺度,梳打入口有好香嘅鹹檸檬味,而且仲帶有少許嘅薄荷味。鹹檸檬同梳打嘅比例調得啱啱好,所以飲品入口唔會過鹹,但又唔會話冇鹹味喎👍6️⃣餐包配黑椒檸檬鹽牛油呢度一袋餐包裏面有兩款唔同嘅麵包,一款係多士麵包,而另一款就係提子合桃麥包。麵包攞上嚟嗰陣仲係微暖架,同隻牛油夾埋一齊食真係好正。呢度嘅牛油上面加左啲黑椒檸檬鹽喺度,所以入口有好香嘅黑椒味,而且亦都帶有清新嘅檸檬味,仲有少少鹹鹹地嘅味道添👍 continue reading

放假嘅時候,真係好鍾意搵一間餐廳,可以望到街景,感受一下陽光,過一個悠閑嘅下午。裝修簡約,自然光透過落地玻璃射入餐廳,又環保,又可以感受街外嘅陽光。今日同朋友嚟到尖沙咀K11 ,ATUM比我嘅第一個印象,就係食甜品,不過由於大家都覺得好肚餓,所以決定先食主菜,再品嚐呢度藝術般嘅甜品。紅酒玉桂燴鴨脾。燒鴨胸烤南瓜蓉及焦糖啤梨$168餐牌上面嘅菜式嘅選擇都幾多,但係由於個人好鍾意食南瓜,所以鴨胸後配南瓜蓉係不二之選。估唔到佢嘅主菜,都有藝術品嘅感覺,係鴨胸中間加插左兩塊墨魚汁脆片,視覺上已經滿分,特別要一讚南瓜,真係超級香甜。好鍾意鴨脾皮有一陣鹹香,除咗鴨脾之外,仲有已起肉嘅鴨肉,份量真係好多。雖然墨汁脆片冇乜墨魚汁,但係令賣相加分不少。燒花腩肉。燒大葱汁。洋薏米及焦糖檸檬$168燒腩仔三層的皮、肉、脂肪都處理得不錯,非常有水準,很不錯!如果覺得花腩脂肪有點肥膩,可以蘸點檸檬汁,立刻減去部份的膩感。薏米多數被用作飲品,第一次吃到洋薏米放在主菜上,其實洋薏米是磨去穀皮的大麥, 有如糙米和白米,所以吃後都覺得飽肚。杏仁奶凍。蜜糖蛋糕。蜜糖脆糖 $80杏仁拉動,味道超級濃郁,安排就好似食緊杏仁豆腐一樣,蜜糖蛋糕,味道不不會太甜,有淡淡的蜂蜜味,和杏仁奶凍一濃一淡,配搭得宜。綠茶雪糕。紫薯脆片。黑糖。芝麻蛋糕 $82綠茶雪糕,除咗有濃郁嘅綠茶味,仲有回甘但係一啲都唔會有苦澀味,好驚喜。只是脆片,令整個甜品增添不少賣相,顏色好靚,可能係由於綠茶味太濃啦,所以紫薯脆片,味道略淡。 continue reading

呢日閨蜜約左我食晏,我地就揀左間有精緻甜品食既餐廳,準備慢慢嘆返個lunch呢度既環境開揚闊落,空間感又夠大,而lunch time有set,價錢都唔算貴啵我地坐低之後就每人揀左一個set,準備share一齊食先黎既係餐包、沙律同餐包,當日既餐湯係茄子忌廉湯,第一次飲以茄子為主既忌廉湯,又幾好飲喎,香滑得黎味道清清地,飲完都唔會漏我地其中一份主菜就要左一份“ 澳洲肉眼扒烤焗蔬菜”HKd$138+10%我地order左4-5成熟,生熟度剛好,無多餘既血水,而牛味都幾重而另一份lunch就要左碟“ 油漬蕃茄蝦意大利粉”HKd$108+10%意粉煮得乾身唔油膩,蝦肉爽彈而份量不少,加上蕃茄既微酸,令整個意粉愈食愈開胃不過我地當日既主要目標其實係呢度既甜品,所以我都食完正餐之後就一口氣咁每人揀返個甜品,準備相機食先再嚐甜朋友揀左“綠茶雪糕.紫薯脆片.黑糖.芝麻蛋糕”HKd$82+10%;而我就要左“咸蛋黃雪糕.香芋蓉.檸檬棉花糖”HKd$82+10%,原來佢地會將兩款甜品放埋一齊,個賣相真係好靚,完全係視覺既享受其實唔單止係視覺既享受,味覺都同樣滿足到朋友所揀既綠茶雪糕味道香濃,質感細滑,當中加入左金寶粒同混合分子元素既脆身芝麻蛋粒,食落既層次感好豐富,而味道亦都好夾而我嗌既咸蛋黃雪糕,食落既質感都係好幼順,而個咸蛋黃味真係好出,加個個味道天然既香芋蓉一齊食都唔會有違和感最後飲埋呢杯香醇順滑而不過甜既65%既熱朱古力做ending就perfect啦啦啦啦 continue reading
