想過一個悠閒的下午 我會選擇去Atum食物質素有水準 擺設好有藝術感 落地大玻璃自然光透射好舒服好寫意 係度無論係食lunch定tea都好正下午茶Set係$378加一 包兩杯咖啡/茶 同兩碗沙律價錢同出面的差不多 不過咖啡同茶無出面的咁單調 連Special Coffee/Tea都有得揀我地就要左神秘的「Uncertain」係unscheduled coffee 今日係Tiramisu Mocha拉花好靚 但偏甜 始終Tiramisu同Mocha本身都係帶甜的飲品 但焦糖味突出 拉花都好靚不過就建議唔飲得太甜的吃貨可以揀其他甜度相對低的飲品啦平時出面常見的afternoon teaset都係三層高atum就選擇以平面的方式將美食與藝術完美演繹白色的長碟放上二人份量的鹹甜交錯的精美小點鹹點及甜點各有12小件 共24件色彩繽紛多彩的One Bite Foods平躺眼前 好治癒的感覺首先由最右的鹹點食起 紅菜頭三文魚 紅菜頭減低左煙三文魚的鹹味 三文魚好厚肉 配埋下面的餅乾食會無咁膩青瓜蟹肉沙律 真材實料啖啖真蟹肉 青瓜好爽脆清甜之後繼續食鹹點!呢個好似迷你盆栽的係呑拿魚 個盆係無味既 令入面的呑拿魚鹹香味更突出鵝肝凍批 雖然都知鵝肝醬一定係買架啦 不過佢好濃郁好香滑 加左幾粒魚子醬即刻高級晒😂甜點比起鹹點我係更期待 因為始終Atum係以甜點作招牌拿手四粒各有特色的手造朱古力 中間兩粒的有朱古力脆脆係中間 口感特別豐富 旁邊兩粒就係士多啤梨醬夾心同熱情果醬夾心 比起中間個兩粒會相對甜 但酸酸地的果醬刺激味蕾 同外殻的朱古力互相輝映 都好味!紫薯朱古力撻好出色 甜點入面最中意佢入面係滿滿的紫薯蓉 唔會好甜 食到係天然甜味!最後的Macaroons 分別係咖啡 杏仁 熱情果同檸檬味咖啡最好味 唔係得個甜字 咖啡味突出 留係口腔久久不散!檸檬味的酸中和Macaroon的甜 好味!星期六的下午茶時光就該這樣過! continue reading

一個完美的下午茶😌先是簡約開陽的環境 黑白為主的裝飾落地玻璃窗 自然光完全透入幸運地被安排窗邊位置 更為舒適跟傳統下午茶一樣多款式 鹹甜點各半但就非傳統三層的賣相反而更簡單 精緻 的式除了完美賣相 味道不俗之餘亦不覺膩我們真的能吃完整個下午茶set 真是不常見🤪☕️High Tea Set | $378 for 2很喜歡這裡的鹹點 簡單但味道平衡得很好三文魚新鮮 青瓜蟹肉沙津夠refreshingParma ham好有鹹香 薄薄一片配上薄薄麵包如果麵包烘一烘微脆會更好鵝肝醬配薄脆非常搭配 鵝肝味濃但不會過鹹特別喜歡這個吞拿魚杯 又有口感又好味脆杯唔乾亦唔膠甜點沒想像中膩紫薯朱古力撻只是微甜 朱古力撻皮薄而脆全個撻中心都是紫薯蓉 可惜紫薯味不是特別出另外朱古力mousse cake好light朱古力外脆內軟心☺️ 而且粒粒樣子都不一樣帶著不同味道 有紅莓焦糖黑朱古力檸檬味一向不是Macaroon fans的我幾喜歡杏仁味 味道沒那麼甜 淡淡杏仁香吃完仍有quota再戰一款散叫甜品💪🏻🍨綠茶雪糕·紫薯脆片·黑糖·芝麻蛋糕 | $82這個綠茶雪糕真是超讚❗️很久沒嚐到濃味回甘的綠茶味🍵近乎沒有牛奶味 只有純濃烈綠茶 實在滿足😍雪糕有點半sorbet半雪糕的感覺紫薯脆片第一啖並沒有太多味道但吃到二三啖就會嚐到紫薯香至於芝麻蛋糕 其實真係食不出芝麻味佢亦不是一個蛋糕😅 是一粒硬脆 口感幾好另附上棉花糖 軟棉棉剛好與硬脆成對比這個甜品更加為整餐完美作結 continue reading

前排聽朋友仔講 Atum 推出咗一份好靚既下午茶餐,於是就相約來到尖沙嘴 K11 試下。我哋大約四點幾到,餐廳好多人,但興幸坐到我哋想坐既窗邊位!樓底好高,摩登既格調,外邊仲有樹影射入黎添,好舒服呀!餐牌上有好多鹹點同甜品選擇,我哋點個 high tea set for two 就好了!首先上既係一人一份「蔬菜沙律」;以柚子醋調味,好開胃喔!然後就到下午茶,白色長方形碟上放上鹹甜相隔既 finger food,頗整齊而且很有美感!其中最愛鹹點有「紅菜頭三文魚」同「蟹肉沙律」;前者以威化脆餅作底,三文魚油脂很平均,很肥美;後者以青瓜作底,清新而且淡淡蟹肉。第二行有四款可愛既朱古力,然後就係「吞拿魚他他」配粉紅色脆身餅底,「鵝肝凍批」配威化脆餅。再來甜品部分,「紫薯朱古力撻」有食用花作點綴,紫薯蓉不會太甜太膩,好好味喔!仲有兩款以朱古力為主既法式蛋糕…三文治係迷你版既 open sandwiches;其中有烤巴馬火腿配南瓜蓉,忌廉芝士等等。最後,就係馬卡龍啦!分別係朱古力,咖啡,開心果同雲呢拿味,款款都甜度適中呢!下午茶當然要配番杯無酒精既 mocktail 啦!個人推介「菠蘿香茅薑味梳打」,雖然菠蘿味不重,但有我鍾意既香茅香味喔! continue reading
