🔸HIGH TEA SET 下午茶 $438 / 兩位用可加$68升級至玫瑰香檳氣酒一杯。一向下午茶都以兩三層蛋糕架上菜黎吸引食客打卡。ATUM偏偏唔用普遍做法,相反用一隻大長碟「哂冷」!雖然得一層,但視藝上都好打卡able!就好似藝術品咁展示出黎,好靚。絕對襯返K11依個咁Artistic既商場。糕點以4 x 6整齊排列,總共24件。全部都係一口Size,精緻又可愛!餐廳採用食物為時令食材,有機會隨季節轉變。如果係生日/周年紀念,可以要求餐廳係碟邊寫字。雖然係Weekday下午,眼見都有6-8枱食緊Tea Set,不只旺場,仲有好多人都係黎慶生,大家黎之前一定要訂位。下午茶有跟沙律、糕點同咖啡茶。整體黎講:鹹點同甜點味道都唔錯。唔似出面酒店死版咁一式兩件,部分食物就算同款,都會俾兩隻味。甜點方面甜度控制適中,唔會食一兩件就滯左。建議飲品揀返花茶可以消下滯,清清喉嚨繼續食!我地揀左🔸玫瑰蒿麥茶 同埋 🔸有機雜莓果茶。一大壺上,有漏斗焗3分鐘可以倒落細杯仔到飲。蒿麥茶煎烘味濃郁,未飲都聞到好香,有和風感覺。雜莓果茶就西式少少,帶甜味,無前者咁解膩。兩個人埋單$480,以依個價錢食HIGH TEA,相對酒店黎講係幾實惠,餐廳環境還好。唯一座位與座位距離比較近,靠窗位置有陽光打入黎影相都幾靚。有興趣既朋友都值得考慮!環境: 7.5/10味道: 8/10 continue reading

我係好怕麻煩嘅人 所以真係好少寫食評但呢個真心唔得囉叫左個紅菜三文魚 茴香沙律三文魚重雪藏味明顯冇好好解凍就放紅菜頭汁甜品 雪糕係”不”完擺過夜放左喺室溫10分鐘都吉唔入茶 叫左2次先有人加水 明明企喺度發夢冇book 位 Walk in 去食 預左要等位/還枱14:20去 成個字先等到個menu 叫三樣野 沙律快 甜品要催先有兩份甜品15:07先到雪糕又”不”唔到所以都食得幾急咖最後放棄 15:25前離開你話好忙可以揀唔接枱客但唔代表忙就可以hea 做囉呢啲餐廳唔洗錢都冇下次 continue reading

睇到咁多好評,諗住啲嘢好食實無死就去試下啦,當預祝聖誕節。一上菜嗰下,見到啲食物份量真係勁mini...睇相以為大件啲,錯曬!唔知點解啲人會話食完覺得飽...諗住聖誕節,叫左聖誔theme tea set, 貴普通set$20...黎到只係換上左兩件仔用meringue 焗既蛋白糖,呻笨講真24件嘢入面淨係鴨肝,蟹肉青瓜,煙三文魚,芒果蝦肉既味道正常之外,三文治嗰行同甜品係無一舊覺得好食。。。(利申,我工作係做甜品既)件紫薯tart係完全唔夠紫薯味...pistachio macaron 係假杏霜味...caramel macaron 死甜...唯一係綠色脆皮 puff 可取小小。最慘係嘢飲都難飲果下先死,叫左血橙果粒茶同蘋果薑粒茶。前者完全唔係血橙味,有啲似洛神花既酸味咁。蘋果薑粒茶好淡無乜果味同薑味,兩杯都唔好飲除非你真係為左打卡,如果唔係以埋單$500呢個價錢,呢個份量。。喺商場入面其他餅店散買8件蛋糕返屋企食,一定會開心好多。 continue reading

疫情下餐廳六點停止營業,今年只好轉食聖誕下午茶。上網見好多人話呢間餐廳係打咭勝地,果然不負所望。甜點咸點各12件,包沙律一客和飲品一杯。整體而言咸點比較出色:煙三文魚不太咸,蟹肉有點鮮味甜點賣相精美,有肥版雪人和簡單裝飾聖誕樹,用糖漿高溫燒成有趣外型。馬卡龍,朱古力餅和其他咸點味道中規中矩。花茶飲品有點特色:玫瑰花蕎麥茶應該加了糖漿,味道香濃帶甜。洛神花香茅茶就只有洛神花味,一強一弱,建議可換清淡一點的茶配以香茅。 continue reading
