今日同朋友去咗筲箕灣新開的嘅皇子印度餐廳食飯本身有食過西灣河分店,性價比很高,由印度人開設的,所以非常道地。今日三個女生所以叫咗兩個一人套餐,和一個小食。因為餐廳有個特色,只要你叫套餐,薄餅就可以任食。一人套餐: 咖喱羊仔腩+千層餅+餐湯+凍檸茶$88咖喱嘅辣度有跟據香港人嘅口味嘅調整左,所以好啱香港人口味,唔會太辣,但係非常香。羊仔腩嘅軟硬程度非常之適中,唔會太老,配合咖喱超好味!烤餅之中,千層底係最好味的!必選!好味指數:7/10一人套餐:炭燒無骨魚(6件)+咖喱汁+烤餅+餐飲+餐湯$98炭燒無骨魚非常之有驚喜,炭燒完後以為會好硬好乾,但入面嘅魚肉非滑,而且調味調得剛剛好。呢個真係no.1必食好味指數:10/10 香炸雞柳$68 我哋叫多咗一個小食,呢個雞柳亦都非常之好味!但係我諗唔係印度嘅一個特別菜式,只是迎合返香港人嘅口味。但係配上咖喱汁,又會非常之好啊!總括來講,皇子印度餐廳,由正宗印度人經營嘅小店,非常之有心機經營,煮嘢食都非常之有水準同用心!最重要烤餅可以仼食,而且連咖喱汁都可以在encore,真係抵讚抵讚! continue reading

早2年去過呢間餐廳食都覺得唔錯最近在筲箕灣開左分店 (因為openrice未有分店資料唯有係呢到打食評😂)分店位置就係之前金記(唔知仲有冇人記得呢)個位一入到去,d員工都係印度人可以用簡單英語溝通 (body language最緊要😂)我比較早到,一入到未叫就有野食😜有少少淋左不過味道幾滋味加上薄荷汁幾清新之後就黎碗餐湯 酸酸地幾開胃是終於人齊 可以點菜喇呢到既一大特色就係Naan同千層酥餅任食呀(逢叫套餐)但呢到既Naan較淋身 左邊Garlic Naan沒有蒜蓉味且甜右邊係千層酥餅味道好過Naan呢個真係極力推介用好多既香料去醃雞 之後炸到脆卜卜d雞肉仲好嫩口 味道好香又不會太咸呢個都極力推介一上到烽煙四起 香噴噴同上一道菜一樣用香料醃過 不會覺得腥呢個菜最欣賞之處係用鐵板上“渣”完之後鱸魚都係咁嫩口加上咖哩汁又另一番風味 (仲可以refill😂)呢個比較上較遜色 肉質有d“鞋”口痴牙 而汁較少總括來說,真係抵食的印度餐人均消費: 大約100位 (我3個人食左$296)p.s.個到既員工真係好nice 有個叔叔(腳有d拐下)見到有人係門口望就會9秒9拎住傳單衝過去👍好勤力附上晚餐套餐餐牌🍛🍲🍗 continue reading

食物好好味,Tikka chicken 燒得好香,有好香嘅炭燒但又唔亁,最怕食到舊鷄燒到乾晒。當然要食至愛羊,d羊膏有小小羊羶香味,滿口羊肉的香味,正!最後一定要喝杯瑪莎拉茶,香料十足,未上枱已經聞到茶香。次次都要喝呢杯茶先至走。每次黎都食到飽飽同好開心,因為佢地嘅細心招待,會問味道如何,要加naanbread嗎等等。 continue reading

無咁易餓瓜-瓜佬瓜嫂印式早午餐之選:瓜佬係懶惰鬼通常放假十點鐘放先起身,而瓜嫂有早食早餐既習慣,成日會有一個夾唔到啱份量午餐既問題,而呢間皇子印度餐廳就解決左呢個問題。咖喱牛腩配薯仔薄餅 $53辣度適中,牛腩ok唔會多渣,薯仔薄餅上枱仲熱辣辣,以50多元價錢算是性價比高,而且值得一提是普通薄餅任食,瓜佬覺得當早午餐食十分超值。Beef Flank curry with potato nan. The level of spiciness is just fine. Beef Flank is ok. The potato nan were served hot! It’s great value for HKD50 . There’s also unlimited all you can eat regular nan ! 瑪莎拉燴雞拼蒜子雞件配千層餅麵包 $78瑪莎拉雞出色,但千層餅就比較普通,瓜嫂形容等級和超市產品相約,以為78元食午餐屬於偏貴,但眼看其他客人都有點special set lunch,看來都可接受。The masala chicken curry taste outstanding but the paratha taste like frozen paratha that you could get from supermarket! (Disappointed). Mr Melon felt its a bit expensive for 78 dollars set.和大部份印度餐廳一樣是非華裔員工,但都可用廣東話溝通是加分的,雖然店面較細座得有點窄,但我地約十二點半入座時已接近滿座,直至用餐完畢都有人等緊位,十分旺場。 continue reading

早兩日係昵到睇到d食評講到甘唔錯,今晚冒著大雨都決定黎試一試佢。睇左餐牌一陣,以前通常都係叫紅色個隻鐵板雞,今次就叫左個鐵板蒜鳮試試佢,昧道還可以,只是蒜味可以重一些就更正,但個鮮茄咖哩汁算幾特別,又可揀辣度,而且服務比一般垃圾茶記好。起碼佢識走黎問我食物如何,值得一讚!個人真心推介這家印度菜,價錢又公道,係東區呢邊都算係一個唔錯的晚餐選擇! continue reading
