跟朋友經過西灣河見到小巷有一印度餐廳🍴,朋友話呢間好食,咁就要試吓喇全餐廳都係印度人,應該好正宗掛,再睇睇餐牌又真係好抵食喎是日餐湯:點完餐就送兩碗湯過來,味道與質感似我哋食豬扒飯那個汁……沒什麼味但杰撻撻咁,唔係我杯茶咖喱牛脷:咖喱唔辣、唔夠香但有點咸,牛脷好淋咖喱羊仔腩:兩個咖喱汁應該一樣,羊肉有點騷,不過正常㗎烤餅Nash:烤餅好正宗,脆脆的我鍾意,用來點咖喱汁剛剛好。而且呢度最抵係跟餐嘅烤餅係無限任食,睇你食得幾多,男士可以食到飽飽千層餅:有點油,不過唔夠油又發唔起,所以又正常嘅,如果再烤久一點會更好吃凍檸茶都只是加$2,抵呀。走的時候都有人等位,應該是區內居民選擇之一,不過不失街坊菜 continue reading

今日放假同朋友行完山就黎左呢間餐廳食印度咖哩。之前食過一次覺得都幾抵食就帶朋友黎試下。咖哩可以配飯或者配烤餅, 而佢最抵既地方就係原味烤餅可以無限refill食印度咖哩梗係食埋佢既烤餅, 因為唔係度度都有得食。揀左原味&薯仔烤餅。咖哩可能就番香港人既口味, 唔會辣到入唔到口。咖哩香濃, 雞肉滑, 牛夠冧, 烤餅軟身, 吸收左咖哩汁既烤餅食落口感豐富。同朋友都叫多左一份烤餅, 食哂D咖哩汁, 唔好哂。 continue reading

好耐冇去過重慶大廈及屯門咖哩屋食印度嘢啦, 癮起但又想近近地, 之前睇過呢間食評似乎幾好, 又講咗要試好耐啦, 咁就今日去啦!叫咗兩個set dinner, 分別係烤雞件及烤羊脾配印度咖哩汁,跟烤餅。 再加碟炒雜菜。由第一碟餐前小食Papadum開始就知唔掂,應脆唔脆,應辣唔辣😒。印度烤雞件一般應該係橙色而且好入味嘅,但佢係同我地中式嘅一樣普通肉色亦唔多夠味,唔多夠香口。烤羊脾係最好食㗎啦,夠香口夠濃味,咁先係印度嘢嘅精髓😋。咖哩汁睇個顏色以為好夠味, 但都係強差人意😞。 而烤餅就正正常常啦!反而個炒雜菜有啲驚喜😅綜合以上種種, 以後要食印度嘢都係行多步去遠少少好啲😂 continue reading
