Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 過去嘅Christmas Week實在食左太多西餐, 今日我要有飯落肚唔該🍚🍚🍚. Li度2點就有下午茶, 而且目測門口menu唔似得一兩啖嘅淺嚐tea, 試下先🥢>段王爺紅燒肉 (HKD58) 配絲苗白飯張相有啲似東玻肉嘅紅燒肉好似幾吸引, 係啖啖肉嘅紅燒肥美豬🐷. 2019年1月30日。晴。太古。呢間米線舖我想食咗好耐,因為鍾意食米線,而且個名聽落好似好正宗嘅雲南米線咁但每次同行嘅人都想食其他嘢,所以未食過呢日咁啱自己一個要喺附近食晏,於是直衝去呢間餐廳門面都幾堂皇,紅噹噹咁,好喜慶門口有個餐牌,可供參考入到去睇嘅餐牌,價錢同配搭上都會有啲唔同餐廳入面繼續都係貫徹大紅嘅設計風格坐低咗睇下餐牌同餐廳外面嘅餐牌有少少出入,但就喺沓餐牌度睇唔見有外面嗰個餐牌喇睇返原來呢個係套餐,咁都OK啦點完餐之後侍應就攞咗套餐具同埋壼茶過來然後就送餐啦~先嚟咗杯跟餐嘢飲-凍檸茶茶味好淡,另外甜味亦唔夠咁都算喇,因為我嚟都係主要想食個米線啫金牌小鍋米線,$75嗌套餐可以揀兩個配菜,咁我就揀咗麻辣雞柳同埋美味豬扒米線好大碗,米線量同湯量都唔少~米線偏腍,無驚喜湯頭濃郁,酸味好出,辣味就略淡,餐牌上面標示兩隻辣椒,預期會更辣少少麻辣雞柳質感有啲嚡口,只有麻味,一啲都唔辣美味豬扒就真係幾美味下,非常入味,一直畀個湯浸住都唔會話浸到層脆皮變腍或者脫離依然保持酥脆~整體來講,食物質素不過不失,但絶對唔值$75到埋單嘅時候,覺得有件事非常唔合理咁我明白餐廳開得喺太古城收費貴都在所難免但係叫咗套餐嘅我,埋單除咗要畀加一服務費之外(其實無乜服務可以,遞手勁耐都唔會有人理你)仲要我畀茶錢,試問我個餐有杯凍檸茶我仲點解要飲你壼茶呢?就係咁,呢個米線餐加加埋埋係要$86,我要足足畀多咗$11茶錢同服務費收費貴,仲要唔合理,唔會再食! continue reading

今日嘅心情係隨心食, 去開太古城做野, 未夠鐘就隨心地食個大tea, 2點就開始😍. 2019年2月16日 星期六今日放工夜晚同老婆同佢阿妹去咗阿詩瑪餐廳食飯。前菜唔錯我最鍾意食嗰個青瓜。老婆同佢阿妹好鍾意食呢個土豆絲,我自己就鍾意攞啲濃味小小嘅嘢食配返。粉絲炒得唔錯,配蝦都幾fit過橋米線我就覺得一般一般仲叫咗個小籠包唔記得咗影相。小籠包嘅味道都係一般整體而言我覺得呢間餐廳普普通通,上菜速度尚算可以,老婆同阿妹就話好食價錢就中上。 continue reading
