至於鹿兒島和牛朴葉燒,和牛軟滑有牛味,醬汁香濃。不過燒了一會后,醬汁變得過咸,有點可惜。


最后上的菜是和風櫻花蝦炒飯,這個炒飯不過不失,香味不夠濃,賣相及味道ok。甜品是雪糕,味道唔錯。整體而言,它的魚生及壽司較為出色好味,下次來,我要試它的燒物。

近來上班太忙碌,下班約埋朋友去 happy hour,輕鬆一下。決定去尖沙咀嵐山日本料理,貪其有bar枱之餘,還可以坐餐檯慢慢嘆。赤身、金目鯛、喜之次,三款刺身新鮮之餘,真不能與一般放題級數對比。火灸帆立貝,吃到海鮮味,爽口大大件。蔥花吞拿魚蓉壽司,蔥花帶出吞拿魚的甜。食完生冷東西,來個燒羊架,腍軟沒有羶。熟食還有魷魚軟骨串,香口特別,煙肉廣島蠔,味道好夾,廣島蠔厚身。送啤酒最啱一口芝士,外脆內軟,芝士味濃。感覺肚仔唔夠飽,最後點了牛肉生薑燒,口感清爽香甜。泡菜黑豚肉石頭鍋烏冬,熱哄哄,烏冬配泡菜,好惹味。我們早來,愈坐愈多人,大家都好開心,食好野兼食氣氛。

食物水準質素好高,不過服務零蛋。我叫左個258蚊嘅Rosy Brass 丼飯。以呢個價位黎講真係無得頂。魚肉係厚切,甜蝦鮮甜,飯係微暖。而Sea Brass 喺有火輕輕燒過,所以有焦香味。不過,服務就完全唔掂。點解?侍應意外收左我個口罩(因為我用紙巾包住,我肯定佢唔想)。我好有禮貌咁問老細可唔可以賣個口罩比我,佢拒絕左我。我出左去搵咗15分鐘都搵唔到,無奈返去求佢地。起初女侍應話幫我問下,老細(男)出現就諗住Sa走我。不停回答話佢嘅野係客人櫈底,所以拎唔到。擾攘咗一輪,佢哋去附近問人拎左個口罩比我。我話比返錢佢哋,佢哋話唔洗 我拎個口罩上手一睇,薄過張紙,如果我有咩事,我一定會搵你地負責。

隔咗幾年今次再嚟幫襯呢間餐廳侍應安排左我哋坐吧枱太好了正合我心意每次食日本野都好鍾意睇住啲師傅整嘢食你間餐廳個Menu好大本用個iPad睇咗好耐都睇唔晒個Menu首先我地點左幾款刺身沙甸魚刺身好少餐廳有得食味道好濃郁 夠晒特別半條池魚刺身一食落去就知道係好新鮮 配上酸汁酸酸甜甜 零舍開胃油甘魚超級大塊 呢個真係非常好食下次來一定會再點😍呢度嘅壽司都非常出色另外我哋重點左啲串燒串燒有活鰻 冬菇 大蔥煙肉廣島蠔等等配上啤酒 一流的享受煎沖繩餃子 最後加左手打安格斯牛肉石鍋烏冬烏冬入面有好多材料 有各種各樣嘅蔬菜十分之豐富 而且份量好多一個人肯定食唔晒下次會再嚟試埋其他嘢👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Hadn’t been for a number of years so forgot how good the food is. Everything is grilled to perfection from thick cuts of meat to more delicate items such as whole squid. Tough items such as thick cut tongue and kidney are also cooked just right, retaining their natural chewy bite without becoming too tough. Will not be waiting as long as last time for another visit!

我剛剛有個朋友從加拿大返黎,帶佢行下尖沙咀一帶,行到K11附近,大家都開始有些肚餓,朋友又話想食日本菜,就去附近揾吓,行到綿登徑見到有間食日本菜的餐廳,一望就見到有塊落地玻璃,而且見到D師傅係入面切魚生,又見到放了幾條魚,見食材咁新鲜,就決定今晚食這間。壽司叫了池鱼皇,金目鯛同左口魚壽司,刺身好新鲜,而且舊壽司飯,好特別,飯是有色的,是調了味。串燒鮑魚,鮑鱼燒得剛剛好。燒銀杏及黑豚盧筍,個黑豚盧筍有疏菜又有肉,味道好夾。日式炸雞,内脆外軟,又多肉汁。海膽炒飯,好足料,海膽好多,飯又炒得乾身。
