20.08.2021嵐山日本料理又係去香港大會堂睇話劇的日子,附近無乜嘢食;因為放假,所以諗住去尖沙咀食日本菜,選擇真係好多,最後在Open Rice訂咗「嵐山日本料理」。地方唔算大,但坐得舒適。用電子餐牌,人手落單。服務不錯,不停加水,仲見職員主動同隔離枱影相;到我哋要合照,唔同角度度各影三張,好細心。嵐剌身盛($658):包括大拖羅2切,時令魚薄切8片,深海池魚2切,油甘魚2切,三文魚2切,帆立貝1隻,赤貝1隻,甘蝦4隻,左口魚海膽卷4件。數量不少,以正常一件都幾十蚊,呢個剌身盛就好抵食;大多都新鮮甜美,除了海膽,我一吃進口明顯變壞了,家人試也發覺變臭了,同職員反映,馬上換過新一碟,天氣太熱,剌身容易變壞,大家小心飲食。壽司盛八點($258):包括赤身,油甘魚,日本直送魚2件,三文魚,帆立貝,甘蝦,拖羅蓉海膽杯;美味又抵食,配上小小赤醋飯,唔會太飽太滯。蒜香火炙鹿兒島和牛沙律($128)四片和牛,好滋味,加上新鮮嘅沙律菜,非常開胃,下次食唔將醬汁分開上,食到底會覺得太濃味。安格斯牛肉眼壽喜燒($168):牛肉眼甜美,加上湯底豐富配菜,最緊要唔會油膩,食完凍剌身/壽司/沙律,最後食熱辣辣嘅壽喜燒,特別滋味!用餐時間1個半小時啱啱好,當然要同朋友詳談就唔夠時間,但享受美食還好。大抵都好滿意,有時間會再來食! continue reading

綿登徑開了一間很火熱的日式居酒屋, 我們忍不住要去試下 7pm 已經有人在門口排隊了, 好彩朋友早到上了去門口都幾有特色, 用了矜貴的鯛魚, 一看就知這間刺身是主打! 拉開門有一個大大的日式酒櫃, 給大家睇定一陣有什麼酒可以飲個人很喜歡佢地樓梯的和式風格, 簡約而型格! 沿途加了一些小鳥壁飾及酒樽, 開掛令人很想飲酒了蒜香火炙鹿兒島和牛沙律 ($128)個人超喜歡這道沙律, A4和牛燒得好靚! 因為和牛本身已經太高質及新鮮, 雪花分佈極為平均, medium-rare 已經好夠, 一入口已經化開 , 配上高級的沙律菜, 中和了油膩及香蒜, 層次豐富很多 半條池魚 ($158)新鮮的池魚刺身一整碟, 這個價錢性價比高 肉質鮮嫩肥美, 用刺身的食法, 食出魚身的油香 主廚更自家磨製甘筍蓉及薑蓉, 可自由加醬油提味 , 也令色彩更鮮艷 兩切三文魚腩刺身 ($58) + 兩切油甘魚刺身 ($68)極厚切的三文魚腩及油甘魚, 真的大滿足哦 ! 超級肥美, 油膩在口中即能化開在舌尖上  特別是油甘魚, 肉厚肥嫩, 魚肉細緻甘甜, 滑嫩多膠質鰻魚玉子卷 ($158)肥厚的蒲燒鰻魚面上有一層木魚絲, 增加了魚肉的鮮味 而醬油飯包裹著香嫩的玉子及爽口的清瓜, 一口咬下去時, 外軟內脆, 口感豐富而不膩 串燒 :鹿兒島黑豚五花腩 ($38)用來做串燒配酒真的一流, 半肥瘦的五花腩肉味甜香, 入口油香四濺, 有點濃邊, 鮮美爽口 薩摩赤雞腎 ($38)來自鹿兒島鬥雞的後代, 這款走地雞的雞肉本來就肉味很濃, 其雞賢肉質結實有彈性, 有別於一般雞腎, 好好味!安格斯牛柳粒 ($68)安格斯牛是用天然穀物進行餵養, 是比較高級的牛, 肉質細嫩, 肉味香濃而且有嚼感, 用來串燒好正 什錦天婦羅湯烏冬 ($138)這個天婦羅湯烏冬以為打錯價, portion 很大, 仲有2 隻大蝦Fusion 了泡菜湯底, 有很多蔬菜, 大脾菇, 感覺很健康, 亦有菜的甜味 ,忍不住飲了很多 continue reading

本身尋晚訂左枱同男朋友慶生,但打風改左今晚,訂左枱7點,黎到果時都已有8成滿座。我地原先都驚打風關係啲食材會唔會唔夠新鮮,點知又無問題喎😋我地叫左個嵐刺身盛,2件生蠔,1客清酒燒蠔,螢光魷魚,原條秋刀魚刺身,大拖羅壽司,燒吞拿魚鮫。首先刺身非常新鮮肥美,尤其係厚切大拖羅刺身,入口即溶👍秋刀魚都非常鮮甜,生蠔就正常不是太特別,而燒吞拿魚鮫唔會燒到好乾,仲好滑好juciy。整體都非常滿意,下次會再黎 continue reading
