上次食 lunch 見裝修、氣氛像日本店,所以今晚專程試下晚餐。成晚只有兩枱客人,共四名食客而已。我地主要食串燒,2串燒冬菇,要 40蚊,大葱串,又要 40蚊,燒雞翼串,58蚊,都幾貴。House sake 大吟嚷居然冇貨,要叫一支不知名的清酒,好失望,300ml 收 $128。環境尚算不錯,但員工多過客人,講嘢唔太方便。下次一定唔會再去。 continue reading

厚厚既木門 隱藏住店入面既風貌 帶有少少既神秘感 - 嵐川串燒我同同事第一次去試食佢既Lunch ~係上環黎講, 唔算貴~午餐 包埋前菜(係魚仔同麻醬蕃茄!), 麵豉湯, 甜品(係迷你雪米糍)同飲品其實計落... 係抵食tim @__@店內環境 暗暗地 掛左好多日式掛牆畫 好有feel...飲完麵豉湯之後 我同事叫既燒雞扒定食就到喇~$70 份量都幾多!! 我都試食左幾件...雞肉有少少"鞋"口, 不過醬汁唔錯~開放式廚房~ 係呢個位望到廚師燒緊我既雞翼串燒*v*雖然等得耐少少 不過食完就覺得好值得!!雞翼丼 $74 (份量:7/10, 味道:8.5/10)雞翼串即燒 熱辣辣脆卜卜*v* 用鹽醃 味道出 唔過咸好味道 <3<3<3最後仲有雪米糍做甜品~ 不過個日唔舒服 冇食到~lunch仲唔使加一!!! 有下次 : ) continue reading

相片又係整唔番直好想食燒物,所以去朋友介紹呢間試試星期五夜晚,條街D舖大多是海味舖,所以關了門,店面又唔係太突出,差D走過頭....店內坐位比想像中要闊街舖做到咁,都好得...一般我都係叫雞翼,豬肉,好少點牛肉而且串燒緊係要飯酒啦雞翼,有點焦,正合我意,只係肉汁少D,但係都要比個Like佢豬肉有豬頸肉,大蔥豬肉串(唔記得係咪黑毛豬),都幾OK點咗個串燒墨魚嘴,加上醬汁,一流我好少食雞軟骨,但係朋友要食。果然冇點錯,我平唔食都覺得正,因為唔太硬,又有D焦,今次食咗唔多,朋友請,所以唔好意思點多下次最好就一大班人,食酒食吓燒物,講吓老細壞話....最主要就係相對比較唔貴呀 continue reading

As I have gone out in search for food quite late during the kunch hour, most places are having lineups so I decided to give this a try (no people waiting outside). Turned out the menu posted at the door is different from the menu I received inside, esp the prices. But there is nothing on the menu that attracts me except for the pork.A while later, the set came with pork, rice, and salad. I became a bit hesitant as I thought the set comes with soup? It took me a bit of time and courage to ask for the soup and the waitress responded with 'oh you didnt drink it yet?!' and gave it to me. The pork tasted alright with lots of onions and soy sauce. In fact, it tasted like something I can make at home. The rice is japanese rice alright and the salad is wirh balsamic vinegar so it's not supposed to fill you up. The miso soup is those instant ones you can get from supermarket and its a bit on the salty side.I notice the service is really quick like a fast food joint rather than a restaurant. The food is nothing special in here and considering the price its more like a take or miss. Weird thing is the customers around me (at least two groups of customers) have complained about the menu change and the portion of the lunch set has gone down etc. They even suspect the owner has changed from previous. Guess their reputation is going down as we speak. Hope they can still make it in rising rent and competition in Central area. continue reading

某天途經上環的蘇杭街時,於街尾之處,見到一間名為嵐川的日本料理,見到門外的午市定食選擇,可有我喜愛的蒲燒鰻魚飯供應,憑著一些食客的獨特的觸覺,相信會在這間餐廳之內,找到一些有趣的物事,可惜那天事忙,惟有記下地埗,於十二月的首個週六,擇日親自前往。有別於其他日本料理,這間小店所供應的,是以各路的日式串燒(即日本人所言的燒鳥Yakitori)為主打,期間可看到掛於牆上的款式菜牌。驟眼所見,亦找不到刺身及壽司這些類別。可能是週六關係的緣故,午市的客人不算甚多,所以即使仍然播上了輕音樂,氣氛上也偏向於寧靜。而站在廚房內的年輕小伙子,其實可是當日的主廚之一。沒有刻意用上日文作歡迎招呼,店員所抱持的態度,就像一般的餐廳侍應,算是不過不失。至於環境設置方面,雖類以日式食堂的格局,就好像以前提及過的萬豚屋一樣,仍然殘留著一股「港式風味」;言歸正傳,既然有備而來,那就不作他選了。點餐後沒有奉上茶碗蒸及和風沙律等物,只送來一碗味噌,淺嚐下還是感受到些許豆香,內裡也有少許豆腐粒及海苔,只略嫌味道淡了一點。等候的時間不多不少,約廿餘分鐘的時間吧,上桌時的賣相可有點特別,因為所呈上的正是一個雜錦錦盒,內裡可分作多格,包括右上角的飯底,份量倒少得有點可憐,主角分別是兩份的燒鰻魚串,合共下亦有四件之數,此外亦有額外的雞肉及茄子串燒,再加上幾條甘筍及青瓜,雖然多上了不少「額外之選」,既然已經呈上,也沒有拒絕進食的理由吧!拍照後不作多想,立時拿起一串鰻魚送入口中,驟眼下的鰻件也算厚身,作為蒲燒之物,只覺肉質於軟熟鬆化之餘,期間也感受到鱔肉的豐胦肥美,單論這點已是對辦有餘;再配合香濃蜜味的燒汁,其底部的的鰻衣更發出脆身的撕裂聲,一切看似感覺良好,卻是面層的飯身有點偏爛,不似日本米飯的粘口之感,加上飯香及份量不足等垢病,拉上補下來個初評,還是失色了一點。錦盒內還有兩串串燒,分別有茄子及雞肉串兩項,試後覺得前者還是較佳,起碼外層來得香口,亦嚐出淡淡的茄香出來,至於雞肉來說,卻是乾身了一點,如作為串燒專門店的話,應不會是這樣的水準吧!還好內裡還有點冷吃的蜆肉,總算是「羅漢拜觀音」,每樣也有一點。陣前配套略見不足,到最後還是奉送了餐飲及甜品,稍為彌補了相關缺憾,隨意點了一杯即磨咖啡,入口下還是偏向於香濃,至於甜品方面,所吃的只是市面隨便購到的雪榚糯米糍,總算是聊勝於無,而且還是我喜歡的荔枝味道。計上貼士後約為九十五元,價錢還是其次,以今餐味道來說,只來得不過不失,確有不少可垢改善的地方,看來今次的食客觸覺,可有點不太靈光了;卻是那兩串烤鰻,也真喜歡到不得了,相信如果晚上再來,來上幾串燒鳥,再配多一杯清酒的話,又會是另一番的氣象。說起來可有點前後矛盾,卻是放落到人生層面之上,確有不少類似的情況發生。陵之微調:平(以全蓋偏)評分(以10分為滿分):味道 6.5 環境 6.5 服務 6 衛生 7 抵食 7用餐於二零一三年十二月七日中午 continue reading
