今晚約了好耐無見的好好朋友到銅鑼灣食野加傾談。我們約到這間openrice幾多好評的西餐廳。在世貿中心附近, 都幾靚幾高的大廈3樓,我們第一次來這,咁就試一試這間餐廳!好特別的餐廳,bar table同dining table是分開的,dining table每張枱都用高高的椅背格著,好有私人空間!顏色及設計都配搭得好好,雖然有點窄,但總括都好舒適服務員好友善好有禮貌,因為好朋友未放工,所以在等待的過程,服務員好親切咁問候又提供飲用水(有檸檬的)好好服務態度及好親切!更詳細講解菜餚的做法及特色推介,好細心又了解細緻1. Pincho (Anchovy)一層一層的不同食材!醬汁是用牛油果打成的,加上西班牙特製咸魚,咸咸香香,有少少油份,口感一流!好香好特別麵包香脆,配上醬汁的香及青椒的爽脆和咸魚,好特別又香濃2. Spanish garlic prawns蝦好爽口又鮮味,蝦殻去剩尾部幾易咬,這個是用Oliver Oil加上蒜片及紅椒,慢慢煎香那些蝦,所有精華落在Oliver Oil中,好香加上微微紅椒的香辣及蒜片的濃郁味道!將麵包點上這個Oliver Oil,吸收了這些味道,超級香口又美味,我喜歡將蒜片放在麵包上一齊食,更香更正。 (吸引了精華的麵包片)3. Seafood Paella (for one person)細細碟好精緻,好香賣相又靚其實細細碟都幾好,可以試多幾樣唔同菜餚!材料豐富,有:番茄、西班牙火腿、青椒、鷹豆、魷魚、蝦粒等等,配上特色醬汁,好香好滑;飯的口感似意大利飯,有咬口是比較傳統西班牙式的,我好朋友愛這個味道及口感!4. 朋友心情唔好,約我傾心事,唔想去人多擠的地方,所以來了銅鑼灣Tower 535裡面的一間Bar。這裡環境優美又舒適,坐幾耐都無人趕。侍應哥好好笑容,好nice。睇唔明啲西班文餐牌,佢都會慢慢講解,仲講解埋個菜式、飲品是如何做,好專業。【Cocktail $98】呢杯係以Gin酒做base,加啲薄荷汁、加啲青瓜汁,混為一體。飲落好清新,好fresh。一黃、一綠的西班牙小食上到來,好養眼。【Pardon Pepper $64】綠色的是Pardon Pepper。碟子小小,但都載有廿幾顆小青椒。小青椒是炸過的,去除咗青草腥 (鼎爺教煮餸時都有提過呢種處理方法),然後就加咗蜜糖。食落一點都唔辣,有爽脆感,甜甜地,細細粒,送酒唔錯。【Seafood Paella $128】黃色的是Seafood Paella。雖然係細細份,但用料都講究。有西班牙火腿和海鮮。好多汁,食落一啲都唔乾,味道又夠惹味。【Beef Tenderloin $188】這份牛柳牛味濃郁,口感富豐。上面加了特製辣椒醬,味道好有層次感。不得不提的是薯蓉,好幼滑,可以比美食雪糕一樣。【Sake Poached Pear $68】這個甜品好特別,透明啫喱是特製的,而雪梨是用了日本清酒浸過,所以充滿 Sake酒香。一小條白色的東西亦都好特別,似食到汽水餅的感覺。雪糕是提子雪糕,都好滑,好味!其實,又好嘢食,朋友就會心情好,下次佢想再吐露心事,都可以再來這裡。 continue reading

Absolutely love their lunch options at Appendix. Personally think that food is way better than coffee tho. Interesting space with quiet atmosphere. Definitely will come again. Set includes mushroom soup plus coffee or you can add $5 for matcha latte /chocolate or others. We ordered 3 lunch sets including Wild Mushroom Truffle Risotto $128, Carbonara $115 and Honey Roasted Spring Chicken (Half) $158Jazz up your mid-week meals with this lush and creamy wild mushroom truffle risotto. The rice is tender and not soggy. The Truffle matches superbly with the wild mushrooms yet rich with a handful of grated Parmesan. A simple but elegant dish with wonderful flavours. The carbonara has creamy but yet subtle texture, it’s nice that they put 63 degree poached egg and all you need to do just mix them up. The egg yolks and cream coat the pasta with silky richness. The parmesan cheese also ensures a smooth and luscious taste. Crispy bacon adds texture and salty flavour. Honey Roasted Spring Chicken (Half) $158 - this dish surely impresses you a lot. Juicy and flavorful roasted chicken served with grilled potatoes & veggies. The chicken is incredibly tender and perfectly glazed with honey. Just a comforting dish! The grilled potatoes on side are also very addicting. 如果要尋找一間私隱度高嘅咖啡室,我絕對推介喺銅鑼灣Tower 535呢一度有一間唔係廣為人知嘅咖啡西餐廳。一見到佢個門面都幾隱藏下,其實好難發現佢就係Appendix Coffee and Bar,Appendix 嘅意思係解附錄,亦可以解作附加嘅意思。佢裏面嘅美食好明顯唔係主菜或者主流,所帶出嘅意思係一啲點綴物同額外物。每個座位嘅凳pan都好高,變成一塊保護嘅牆,唔會比對外嘅人輕易見到你坐喺度做緊乜嘢。我哋好快趣係餐牌上面發掘到自己想食嘅嘢!令我最好奇嘅大部份好多都係西班牙文,並唔係一般睇得明嘅英文。試咗佢嘅Pincho,Pincho是一種小吃,通常在酒吧裡吃,在西班牙北部是傳統來的。佢嘅配搭好新奇,我一共試左三款,有青椒放在提魚上面,感覺好特別,青椒又唔係辣嘅,魚唔多骨,十分白滑,連埋魚皮食落去幾清新,青椒帶有啲草青味。另外食咗個巴馬火腿配番茄碎醬,蕃茄好清新,整成茸又有不同嘅口感,巴馬火腿鹹鹹地仲有粒橄欖,一齊咬落去,鹹酸苦甜,盡在心頭。每款都只係$18,不錯的開胃好選擇。接著下來講下主食方面,食咗個西班牙海鮮大鍋飯,又釋作炖飯,源于西班牙巴倫西亞,在當地語言是“鍋”的意思,而呢種食品喺當地來講,只會喺耶火節嘅時候食到,可以話係大小適中,完全適合三至四個人食都得,呢邊用上濃厚嘅茄膏,配埋青口,仲有幾塊風乾左嘅火腿乾,食落去脆卜卜。最後我哋都試咗幾款甜品先走,可以話係圓滿嘅一天。 continue reading

湖水綠一直係我最愛既顔色。今日係銅鑼灣行街上左去Tower535睇下有冇廁所去,無意中發現呢間特別既西餐廳。首先,吧抬對住open space,而且非常大。第二,吧枱同進餐地方自成一角。第三,餐廳色調以湖水綠為主,從未見過餐廳採用湖水綠作為主色實在太激動啦我!被餐廳既設計同顔色吸引既我不知不覺就坐低左。進餐地方方面,餐廳全採全梳化,而且係custom made,營造出一個私隱高既環境,每一個梳化既顔色pattern 都唔同,非常有心思。枱下方有插頭位,啱曬我呢嗰出親街電話都秒速無電既人,非常貼心。另外,餐廳既器具同椅子屬於金色,更顯高貴。環境裝修一流,食物同樣有水準。我地叫左兩款lunch set。第一款係海鮮扁意粉配自家製蕃茄醬。賣相相當精緻,蝦新鮮大大隻之餘,肉質示彈牙厚實。另外,蜆肉非常鮮甜,番茄醬唔會過酸,所有食材煮都恰到好處。對於我呢個大胃王黎講份量可以比較少,但女仔食就完全足夠。另外一款就係香煎三文魚,配上藜麥同烤蔬菜。三文魚肉厚嫩滑,唔會煎到乾身,仍然juicy。藜麥係我人生第一次食。口感煙韌,有咬口,可以中和返三文魚本身既肥膩感。可謂出色配搭。雖然我朋友從不沾酒,但仍無阻我飲酒既決心。我叫左一杯magic circle’s rainmaker。特別之處在於上面嘅泡泡,泡泡都有酒味。整體易入口,偏甜,酒精濃度冇咁高。最後埋單要$360左右,考慮到餐廳嘅高貴環境加上高質素嘅食物,呢個價錢唔算過份。我一定會再encore,令我再次沉醉於湖水綠嘅美好。 continue reading
