科技的發達,到底是拉近了,還是阻隔了人與人之間的關係?這問題真不好答;有時在網上不斷看到舊友的更新及動向,覺得似乎很親近,其實已經數年沒見了!前天下午茶後,就約了數年沒見的朋友飯聚,地點就在金鐘 Apinara。 由港麗下來非常方便,中間還順路去了 BEYORG 換禮品,這正是太古廣場的便利。而在物價不菲的商場內,Apinara 算是好吃好坐又不貴的一間餐廳,還可以順便一解「鄉愁」;是的,2015 - 2017 甜魔兩口子都有飛曼谷,就是 2018 實在抽不出檔期,深深掛念啊!@@ 我們六時未夠就入座,那時應該還算是下午茶時段吧,連收費的前菜蝦片都省去了,首先上檯就是我們選點的 大蝦柚子沙律 ($108)。沙律份量很大,所用的金柚十分清甜,四大隻蝦肉鮮爽又彈牙,沒有投訴。 我還飽著下午茶呢,主菜只點了一份香葉豬頸肉咖哩,還特意點了一碗白飯 ($20) 好送咖哩。但店方卻錯上成 燒豬頸肉 ($128),不想浪費,便照吃如也吧! 那蘸醬不夠香辣刺激,豬頸肉也可以再再焦香一些,反而同上的木瓜沙律調味夠香辣,又多蝦米帶來鮮味,水準不錯。白飯我沒吃了,其實早知沒有咖哩的話,反正都是同價,應該改點紫藍色蝶豆花飯的! 昔日大家都是狂熱甜魔,雖然熱度不再,飯後也分享了一份 班蘭班戟拌雲尼拿雪糕 ($88)。很喜歡班戟的鬆軟熱暖質感,配上清甜椰青肉、甜中帶微鹹的椰漿、企身不太甜的椰蓉,以及香甜滿有雲尼拿籽的雪糕,滋味極好,甜魔要來一試啊! 吃完超級飽足了,可還是依依不捨聊多半小時,才真的不得而要離開:雖然上午已經洗好衫,但回家還要拖地、倒垃圾、準備兩兄妹翌日校服及上課用品,還要幫忙哄兩人入睡,沒有工人的生活,就是這樣忙!很感恩這樣的生活已經結束,放監後慢慢分享更多食評吧~ continue reading

Apinara been my favourite Thai restaurant since the last time I had my lunch. It’s a happy 8/3 women fri-yay night💕Me and my bf had a very delightful thai cuisine in Apinara ! The food are well presented, authentic and mostly super yum..We had of course the Thai shrimp 🦐 sashimi as appretizer, they are FRESH well served with lime and chilli source The Tom yum soup with seafood served with beautiful golden mini pot is just so Good !!! Love it ! It truly open up my tummy❤️🥳 The fried pork ball is another delicious dish! Crispy not greasy .. there are few fresh cabbage and cucumbers 🥒on side. continue reading

今晚來到 「Apinara」,將品嚐至愛雞尾酒的權利贈予友人,因為新年前感冒的敏感咳嗽後遺症,仍未理順,只好情不願、心不甘地眼巴巴看著別人的杯中物,心中念著我要快快痊癒、快快痊癒呀! 雖然不能喝雞尾酒,不過在泰菜以外,還有由米、豆類和冬菇研發純素食材的「新豬肉」(OMNIPORK)率先試 ,一向喜歡素食和泰菜的我,在第一次到訪 「Apinara」便有著新來的「新豬肉」迎接,而且是在泰式烹調下的「新豬肉」,因此有著無限的期待! 喉嚨有點乾,幸好立即有膳良肉碎豆腐粉絲湯 (HK$108) 給我滋潤一下! 膳良肉碎豆腐粉絲湯採用了「新豬肉」製成了肉丸,再加入黃芽白和玉子豆腐烹調,整體帶有柔和的 Home Feel。而焦點的肉丸則十分鬆軟,透出細細的香氣,不油不膩,感覺很不錯! 這款是夠 Pork肉碎生菜米紙卷 (HK$108),同樣是「新豬肉」的菜式!將生菜、米粉、鹹蛋、「新豬肉」碎和泰式海鮮醬摺成卷狀,入口層次豐富,從清爽帶出惹味,沒有了日常的豬肉的油脂感,絕對是健康之選! 嘗試「新豬肉」之餘,亦不忘一試「Apinara」的傳統泰菜。泰式生蝦 (HK$138),蘸上誘人的泰式海鮮醬,雖然是最簡單,但也是最鮮味的必吃菜式! 看到冬蔭功 (HK$118),我的水口便如急流般狂湧,儘管咳嗽,也不得不來一小口!小酸小甜小辣,加上各式香草的芬芳,與及新鮮的蝦隻,不是 Mamamia,而是 Aloy Mak Mak,我的家鄉風味返來呀! 還有同樣對上我口味的泰式椰子雞湯 (HK$108),此湯看似純純的味兒,實質是在雞和椰子的溫和中,帶出一點誘人的辣意,份外刺激刺激! 又回到「新豬肉」的懷抱中!味來肉碎炒茄子(HK$108) 和辛豬肉碎炒豆卜(HK$108) 分別以茄子和豆卜相伴,前者有著台式肉燥的感覺、拌飯一流,後者則香口帶微辣,相信各有捧場客! 莫非是我最喜歡的辣肉碎炸蛋飯?原來拋豬引肉碎煎蛋飯(HK$118) 也同出一轍,其所不同之處只是辣度減輕、煎蛋和調味也來得更清怡! 在家鄉用餐,直接食用泰國臭草的機會不多,反而這趟在 「Apinara」有機會一試,這款海鮮沙律伴香菜奄列(HK$128) 看似有點亂作一團,其實是蛋餅內放入泰國的臭草同煎! 入口盡是芬芳的香草氣味,不會過濃,容易接受,加上蛋香,味道還不錯!不過底部沾上酸甜醬汁的蛋餅略為過甜,或可考慮將醬汁另上來解決此問題! 友人最喜歡的黃咖喱軟殼蟹 (HK$238) 終於出場了!炸得脆軟交雜的軟殻蟹與綿香濃厚的咖喱汁,確是難以抗拒的美食,繼而將小小的油酥餅蘸汁享用,簡直是一汁也不能少的滋味! 除了「新豬肉」菜式,大蝦炒木瓜絲(HK$128) 是我當晚最喜歡的菜式之一。將青木瓜絲當作麵條,是富創意兼健康的新煮意,再以花生碎、泰式辣椒粉、海鮮、豆腐乾和芽菜相伴,滋味得很! 爽韌的木瓜絲就如咀嚼青木瓜沙律般過癮,青木瓜沙律粉絲必定一試! 這款泰式鵝肝烤鴨絲飯(HK$148) 也是我的至愛!米飯混入鴨絲同煮,入口飯粒油香軟糯,鴨香滿溢,十分好吃! 雖然每款菜式份量都吃得不多,但足以將我的肚皮填得爆滿!但當看到充滿泰國特色的泰式奶茶班戟伴泰式奶茶雪糕(HK$88) 的一刻,又忍不住不試!班㦸和雪糕已夠邪惡,前面還有一小方體的牛油,邪惡到一個點! 味道不錯,只是甜度有點高,最好不過是能與幾位朋友分享,順便可減輕負擔! 極度邪惡的榴槤雪糕伴榴槤糯米飯(HK$88)是為一位友人點的,據知他是榴槤的超級粉絲,一試方知原來榴槤雪糕和榴槤糯米飯味道也相當一流,做到榴槤的香綿幼滑,真的不錯! 廣東話的新黎新豬肉富有佔平宜的貶意,但用在「Apinara」的「新豬肉」菜式上,我認為它擁有好東西必率先試的含意,您試了沒有?! continue reading

為了迎接新來的豬年好多餐廳都用上新嚟新豬肉來應節!像這夜吃的新派泰菜館也是其中一份子啊! 正是在高檔的太古廣場內但又很划算的Apinara,事隔年多沒來環境依舊舒適仍是令人吃得放鬆自在!! 先來杯Lime Soda$48,好處是可以走甜最合我這個減肥人仕,炸蝦片影張相好了嗚嗚~ 是日來主要是吃Omnipork新豬肉,新豬肉其實以全植物材料造成,主要來自豌豆、非基改大豆、冬菇和米,不是沒吃過但用來烹調泰國菜又挺有新意思,而那麼饞嘴的我當然要來試試吧! 吃前先來客新鮮度超高的泰式生蝦$138,彈牙又鮮味的草蝦沾上生蝦汁那魅力真的20多年不變!尤記得第一次吃時那驚為天人的味道是多麼吸引!! 冬蔭功$118味道挺香辣度溫和,而且好足料足這價位冇得輸吧! 另一款泰式椰子雞湯$108,椰香滿滿看下去純潔無比,其實也帶有少許辣度喔! 先品嚐新豬肉系列先!這客名叫夠Pork肉碎生菜米紙卷$108,以新豬肉碎配上滑溜米粉加生菜,外貌上跟葷食無異! 新豬肉吃下口感極像真豬肉,用上泰式惹味炒製真的挺美味,吃到尾還有幽幽的豆香,吃素的朋友可幸福了! 膳良肉碎豆腐粉絲湯$108,那像真度超高的*肉丸*口感十分良好,有點像吃貢丸的味道當然沒有那札實的口感,而那白雪雪的玉子豆腐香滑又濃味超吸引,加上清甜的湯底我真的十分喜歡這味粉絲湯。 再來兩款惹味小菜!辛豬肉碎炒豆卜和味來肉碎炒茄子。 辛豬肉碎炒豆卜$108,豆卜乾身脆口烹得出色,配上一口*肉碎*惹味誘人! 味來肉碎炒茄子$108,炸過的茄子特別美麗又好吃,不過同時間油亦吸得多我呢吃一件好了!加上像樣的肉碎差點又想找靚仔啊! 最後還有款拋豬引肉碎煎蛋飯$118,看那搖搖欲墜的蛋黃已被引到口水流啦!將之拌勻來吃滋味盡在不然中! 吃過新豬後也點來餐廳一些招牌菜式!先以偽Pad Thai大蝦炒木瓜絲$128打頭陣,將金邊粉換成爽口的木瓜絲邪惡度大大減低,混上香口配料這個我多吃一口也無妨! 繼而邪惡的黃咖喱軟殼蟹$238配薄餅真的天下無敵,我只用少許黃咖喱配了一口蝶豆花炒飯享用已很滿足了! 泰式燒雞扒$108我也吃了一件不過去了皮,減肥也得吃東西不能挨餓哦哈哈!其實冇皮也不差因為雞扒燒得挺合時不會乾爭爭! 這客海鮮沙律伴香菜奄列$128,味道是偏甜的但配香菜奄列又幾盞鬼喎!又鹹又甜的錯綜味道有時都頗可愛吖! 泰式香草蟹肉蝶豆花炒飯$108,光是紫色的賣相已夠吸引我,而味道有淡淡的幽香米飯亦具咬口層次感挺豐富。 最後這個魔鬼之飯即是泰式鵝肝烤鴨絲飯$148,一片肥美油潤的鵝肝,加入味道濃郁的烤鴨絲又怎能不好吃,我只敢吃一口咋!! 到甜品時間選了美味的泰式奶茶班戟伴泰式奶茶雪糕,和邪惡的榴槤雪糕伴榴槤糯米飯,真心想攞我命三千嗎! 榴槤雪糕伴榴槤糯米飯$88,比著平時肯定可橫掃半份,這天小試一口已很滿足矣!榴槤雪糕味道挺濃,還有不少榴槤肉伴煙韌可口的糯米飯,真心超級讚大家來必吃呀知嘛! 而泰式奶茶班戟伴泰式奶茶雪糕$88夠晒大份,有一球泰式奶茶雪糕,三件不薄的奶茶班戟,仲有奶茶糖漿和牛油,究竟是想迫死誰啊! 最後也忍不了吃下一小件,如是奶茶粉絲我好建議大家點來吃,否則還有清香斑蘭味可選呢!真係吃得十分滿足啊!多了新豬肉這個新食材對身體、大自然也未嘗是多個好選擇,而葷、素朋友同檯吃飯亦更為方便了! continue reading

Overrated and overpriced thai food in pacific place. Similar “price” as in Thailand but in different currency unfortunately. a substantial part of the price must have gone to its rent in such a prime location- Pacific Place. We ordered quite a number of food: Assorted Satay Platter, Signature Appetizer Platter, Grilled Pork Neck, Pad Thai, Stir-Fried morning glory. continue reading
