❀ Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant #尖沙咀❀❗️全港第一間南印度餐廳超好味夠正宗❗️——————————————————除咗重慶大廈之外其實仲有好多臥虎藏龍嘅印度餐廳,今次嚟到尖沙咀寶勒巷,同樣係印度餐廳嘅聚居地🇮🇳呢度唔會好似重慶大廈咁比好多印度人包圍着sell,但同樣有非常高質嘅印度菜✨今次呢間仲要係全港第一間南印度嚟嘅餐廳,50多年前源自於印度,而家已經係全世界有多達70幾間分店,而且依然保留到南印度菜嘅正宗味道,非常值得一試!.我曾經食過唔少香港嘅印度餐廳,包括唯一喺香港獲得米芝蓮一星嘅印度餐廳 New Punjab,呢一間絕對係心目中數一數二,非常推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!.✷𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊✷☞Chicken lollipop$70先來呢一道炸雞前菜🍗淨係見佢將炸雞排列得整齊,再用洋蔥圈繞住,就已經感受到佢哋嘅誠意(*☻^☻*)炸雞係非常香脆,內裏肉質超級嫩,仲要入晒味,滋味無比。味道: 4.6/5 性價比: 4.4/5.☞Fish tikka🐟$199絕對係我食過最高質🤩店員話佢哋係用上越南運過嚟嘅魚,全香港剩係得呢度先有!真係冇諗過原來擺喺鐵板上都可以嫩得咁誇張,仲要外層香口,整體非常惹味,極之高質。留意相片只係半份。味道: 4.8/5 性價比: 4.4/5.☞Chicken masala $110作為最常見嘅印度咖喱之一🥘喺唔同印度餐廳都會嗌得到,曾經覺得以往食過嘅已經好好味,直至食到呢一間!用上椰汁、牛油等香料製作,特別鍾意佢加咗少許甜味,令到成個味道層次更為豐富,送飯/ naan一流😆內裏仲有少許雞肉,真係超好食。味道: 4.6/5 性價比: 4.4/5.☞Bamboo chicken briyani $110好特別地用上竹筒去裝印度炒飯🍚將所有材料擺落個竹筒到蒸,控制好火候,確保內裏嘅飯粒會吸收到竹筒嘅香氣。內裏仲有多舊雞件同埋雞蛋。嚟到嘅時候店員會用錘仔敲打竹筒,倒啲飯出嚟,非常特別✨不過始終係蒸,所以就冇乜鑊氣,味道唔算太濃郁,雞肉亦有少許鞋,勝在有淡淡的竹筒香,用嚟送其他香濃嘅汁就一流。味道: 3.5/5 性價比: 3.5/5.☞Butter dosa$60超級超級大!呢一款係南印度菜嘅特色,主要用上米、小扁豆製成粉漿,再拎去焗。呢個真係要新鮮食,拎出嚟係非常香脆,擺耐啲就會腍㗎啦🙈再配上四款唔同富有印度特色嘅醬汁,非常高質嘅小食!另外無意中發現將dosa點masala真係超級好味,好似食緊非常香口嘅薯片😋! 味道: 4/5 性價比: 4/5.☞garlic naan $30用嚟點masala真係好好味🥰佢本身有啲香草蒜蓉喺面,再帶有少少甜味,同埋masala嘅味道非常之夾!唯獨係口感比較似厚薄餅底,同一般食到比較鬆化嘅唔同。味道: 3.8/5 性價比: 4/5.整體來講我覺得呢一間印度菜真係非常高質,一路打post一路回味梗😍😍😍所有食物都非常正宗地道,味道夠晒香口惹味,超級值得一試! continue reading

星期四夜晚7點幾到,店入面只有一兩枱客,所以都幾清淨。菜單有幾頁,主要可分為咖哩,飯,烤物同飲品。我同朋友就叫左個set meal(chicken),因為見圖有好多種咖哩,又有飯同餅。另外再叫左一個咖哩魚。講下個set meal先個餐有讀六個小咖哩,一個咖哩雞,一個酸奶同埋一個甜甜地好似魚籽嘅野,後來google勁耐先發現佢係一個甜品,叫 Semolina Fudge~個七個咖哩係完全唔同味,有啲香味重啲,有啲係質感重,有啲係辣啲。每隻咖哩用黎拌飯都超好食,佢啲飲係一粒粒,唔係平時我地平日食果種 會黐埋一嚿 嘅飯,而咖哩雞非常軟滑同入味,超好食咖哩魚都好好食,佢個咖哩就辣過咖哩雞。個魚煎左,所以脆脆地,吸埋啲汁好好味。不過得三舊仔魚,如果佢俾多舊魚就好啦~ continue reading

My friend and I planned to go to the other Indian restaurant, unfortunately it was closed. So we went to this one and surprisingly it was more than good! I don’t like sweet drink, so we just ordered one for my friend but I have a sip! It was way too sweet but it taste good and happened that we saw almost every table order this drink too! Forgot the exact name - but it’s something mango yogurt.I love this appetiser - grilled shrimp - slightly spicy and they are huge!!! I think there were 9 shrimps for just two of us, quite a lot!We also ordered naan and butter chicken - good but a bit too heavy. Perhaps it’s me not so used to these kind of oily food. Overall the dishes are very Indian style - not localise the taste for HK people - and it was full of Indian when we were dining there! And the butter chicken (without naan please) is my favourite dish! continue reading

Went for lunch. Was very clean dining area and servers were nice. Had the garlic naan, chicken tiki marsala, spinach and cheese, rice, and tandoori chicken. The Marsala and Spinach n cheese were very tasty! Would surely go again for lunch. Beer selection was slim. Just 3-4 beer choices. Would like to see a few more. continue reading

Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant其實我好鐘意食naan, 時不時會搵印度菜試. 上網search 左間多好評的Anjappar, 原來佢係國際連鎖餐廳, 全球都有分店Fish Tikka ($120)見有人贊好就試下,魚肉口感好滑無骨.調味加左印度香料, 香味豐富, 上面堆滿左洋蔥增添風味之後上菜時候店員講原來佢地係用左越南魚肉,好少餐廳有用Chicken “65” ($60)印度式炸雞, 外層香脆而驚喜係佢中間肉質嫩滑,完全唔乾鞋外層脆卻唔覺油膩一邊綠色sauce 唔知用咩香料, 帶點乳酪般酸辣味減少左炸物膩度, 好食Chicken Masala($120)主角到場~~ 我最喜歡配Garlic NaanMasala 其實食落有d 似咖哩, 不過香料更多, 香味濃郁中間搭有嫩滑肉餐廳預左naan 會配curry/malasa 食, 所以除左garlic 無其他調味. 所以配埋個curry/malasa 調味岩岩好malasa加即整好熱辣辣帶蒜蓉香naan 真係無得輸Mango Lassi ($35)呢款係最隱陣, 呢度芒果奶昔雖然唔算好濃稠, 不過都飲得出真材實料, 帶芒果天然甜度. 配上微酸乳酪好清新, 食完curry 重口味同辣野飲番啖岩哂Bamboo Biryani 竹筒裝住上場, 當場倒出好震撼. 有d 竹筒飯感覺,原來印度料理都有咁做法好有趣. 飯因為放係竹筒蒸所以更香, 中間夾有雞肉同香料, 香味豐富口感濕潤又唔乾. 喜歡 continue reading
