呢一間Bookmark咗好耐嘅餐廳,終於有機會試一試,成日見到人影好大塊嘅煎餅,輪到我啦🤣🔸原味煎餅Plain Dosa $50嘩,見到實物真係好大個😝我諗大家都係比呢樣嘢吸引左過嚟,見到有印度人都食!煎餅好薄好脆,好香牛油味,我唔客氣就用手食啦,不過呢會食到成手油😂旁邊有四款印度醬汁俾你點,不過我都唔係好識形容係咩味,有款有椰子香、有款就酸酸地,總之就係印度香料味😂煎餅凍咗之後會比較煙韌,唔錯😋🔸蒜蓉烤餅 Garlic Naan $40烤餅同煎餅完全唔同,比較厚身,咬落口感軟熟,不過我覺得蒜蓉味唔夠🙈🔸印度式炸雞$60一上菜覺得啲雞超級紅,究竟落咗啲咩染料呢🤣相信都係香料。雖然呢隻紅色有啲奇怪但係食落又OK喎,熱辣辣,外面夠脆,好食!🔸雞肉瑪沙拉Butter Chicken Masala$110黎印度餐廳點都要叫返一個印度咖喱啦,啱啱好可以俾我哋點烤餅食,味道比較濃郁,雞肉份量好少主要都係咖喱汁,略嫌牛油味唔夠濃,之前喺重慶大廈食過一間Butter Chicken 個人覺得牛油味香啲更加好食😛始終印度野都係比較重香料味,間唔中食一次都OK,如果日日食嘅話我handle唔到🤣不過呢間餐廳都值得一試嘅! continue reading

近排愛上吃印度菜,今次來到這間位於尖沙咀的印度菜餐廳,原來這間餐廳在好多國家都有分店的!這間環境都幾大,而且乾淨。餐牌上有多款不同的食物可以揀選,雖然之前都有食印度菜,但是每次都是食差不多的款式,所以今次一於試試其他!Gobi,第一次食炸椰菜花,味道帶有印度咖喱的香味,有點像食印度炸雞,不過椰菜花爽口和較清新,是一個不錯的前菜!Pudhina chicken tikka,這款雞用上鐵板上,這款雞沒有用上印度咖喱先醃製,而是用上薄荷,所以味道好清新,食的時候再點上薄荷醬,味道更惹味!Chicken Murtabak,第一次食Murtabak,口感有點像平時在家整的蛋角,薄餅入面有雞肉、蛋、蔥碎等材料,味道不會太濃,所以再點上醬汁食會更美味!Butter Dosa ,這款超級大塊的薄餅,脆卜卜,就好像吃咸咸的薯片,好香口!再點上附有既印度醬汁食,特別惹味!Kadaai Chicken ,食印度菜一定要吃咖喱,這款咖喱用上洋蔥、蕃茄、蒜等材料製成,當然還有雞肉,微辣,味道夠香濃!Garlic Naan,食咖喱當然食薄餅去點醬食,Naan次次都會食,蒜蓉味會較香,而且Naan可以吸更多咖喱汁,更能夠細嚐咖喱的味道!Mango Lassi,每次都會飲芒果味奶昔,能夠解辣,而且還可以去走印度香料在口腔內的味道! continue reading

就快到換牙箍嘅日子啦次次換牙箍嘅前幾日, 都要滿足一下大食妹嘅咖喱癮今次大食妹就帶大家食一間大型連鎖印度餐廳-Anjappar<Chicken Lollypop>Anjappar嘅Chicken Lollypop炸到好脆口雖然係炸雞, 但又唔會好油膩<Tandoori Chicken>Tandoori Chicken係放喺鐵板上高嘅上枱嘅時候熱辣辣, 傳出吱吱聲, 好有氣氛<Butter Chicken Masala>Chicken Masala原本係比較酸嘅咖喱, 但加入牛油後中和咗佢原本嘅酸味, 令到咖喱更加順滑<Garlic Naan>Garlic Naan蒜蓉非常多, 聞落好香無論係單獨食定配咖喱食都非常好味<Butter Dosa>Butter Dosa喺香港比較少見, 所以嚟到呢啲正宗嘅印度餐廳就一定要試吓啦Butter Dosa好似pancake, 沾上四款唔同嘅醬汁, 都幾有趣<Bamboo Chicken Briyani>大食妹就極力推介呢一個Bamboo Chicken Briyani呢道主食係類似竹筒飯嘅概念, 混合左多款印度香料, 食落香辣帶甜, 裏面仲有雞肉同雞蛋添<Mango Lassi>飲品方面, 大食妹就大推Mango Lassi呢杯飲品充滿咗芒果嘅香甜, 而且又非常濃郁唔知道用咗幾粒芒果去整呢 continue reading
