Due to the new law, the distance between the tables is quite far, making it quite comfy.Our group of three ordered 3 mains and 3 desserts. The large number of truffles on top made the dish really fragrant. Yet the pasta still shone through with the tagliatelle was perfectly al dente. The amount of sauce was just right, enough to make the dish creamy without soaking the pasta totally.The thickness of the pasta was thin yet it was able hold all the cod inside the ravioli without any problem. The tomato sauce was fresh and brought out the flavor of the seafood of the dish.The catch of the day was salmon. It was seasoned well but I have to say both pasta outshone the entree.All 3 desserts were great.The tiramisu was their signature. The mascarpone layer was thicker than the cake. So depends on which part you like more. I would have preferred the part of the cake more but some like the mascarpone more. The cake was still made beautifully made and was moist just the way it should be.The lemon custard cake was fragrant without being too sweet. Despite of the name lemon curd, it is not as sour as it seems and was a very refreshing dessert to enjoy.This traditional dessert usually consists of the nougat and chocolate sauce but here they added the raspberry and and raspberry sorbet. It balanced the sweetness of this traditional dessert with the tartness of the fruit, making it my favorite dessert of the night. continue reading

友人曾經說這裏好味豐盛,值得,终於等到hkb card restaurant week.食物名子夠長及好豐富,高質,實質有距離。麵包只有2款,長手指脆脆及三角形密孔軟包,曾在港島龍蝦吧晚膳,有4,5款包,有薄片,有硬,有軟。頭盆: 藍鯨吞拿魚魚生牛仔肉薄片水瓜柳醬,牛仔肉片蓋吞拿魚粒,的士4粒,細到提子乾,食唔出咩味,只覺凍凍啫哩,嘟就吞咗,牛仔肉無牛味,嫩。生帶子伴水牛芝士番茄藜麥,以為好豐富清新,上枱後只是碟上星星,黑色點點味咸,盐或藜麥?帶子夠鮮,配菜可做到似有還無。香煎鱸魚伴青豆薄荷油,一條露荀,魚無油脂,無魚味,皮夠香,上面脆脆無薄荷味。自家制意式扁麵羊肉醬紅酒西汁及菊芋,明明寫扁麵,點解圓身,口感一般,羊粒有騷味,汁煮過無酒味,像紅酒煮牛尾,菊芋可能白色畫花,少,食唔出。意大利餅,朱古力粉佔杯三份一,芝士奶身厚滑,無芝士味,無酒味,勝在不太甜。杏仁曲奇配荷餡餅焦糖巧克力碎,朱古力餅夾vanilla 雪糕,灑焦糖粒,有酒味,雪糕夠滑,出奇好味,有些創意!失望!環境又唔係特別標清, 勝在大圓枱白枱布看海看天,還有最好餐茶,夠香滑。 continue reading

I made my first visit to Angelini last week for lunch and found it was fully booked even during the outbreak of coronavirus. I think Angelini has some sort of magic. I was having vegetarian week, o I pick those veggie dishes from the lunch menu. La Burrata:The appearance of the burrata cheese is extremely appealing. The pouch was already halved and let soft and curd-liked cheese flowing out of the skin. Gracefully seasoned by coarse black salt, sun-dried cherry tomatoes and pesto sauce, the taste was so well-balanced and the burrata is very fresh. It entirely fulfilled the purpose of an appetizer. Literally, this dish turns me into a huge fan of burrata cheese. Tagliolini:The tagliolini was perfectly handmade and cooked with texture just right, which I believe this is an authentic version of tagliolini. The thin-sliced Norcia black truffle fully topped the pasta paired with the thick, creamy white sauce. One of the best in the town. Luscious! Very savory dishes and pleasant decoration For sure I will visit Angelini soon again and continue to exploration of its magic!P.S. 此餐廳在九龍香格里拉大酒店的閣樓,見到餐廳門口之後還要走過長長的走廊才會見到服務員。我被安排坐在一張4人圓枱和枱與枱之間有最少1.5米距離,我和其他食客還夾多張枱的距離,坐得好闊落。坐下後,覺得餐廳好貼心,枱上已經有信封可以放口罩同埋有75%酒精濃度嘅濕紙巾。麵包點菜後,服務員送上一籃麵包、黑醋和橄欖油。麵包口感鬆軟,可惜不是熱的。Burratina水牛芝士勁creamy,最佳配搭永遠是清甜的櫻桃番茄和羅勒香草醬,簡單又美味😋Tagliatelle al ragu d’anatra這碟自家製闊條麵配燴鴨肉,看似很少,但其實鋪得高高的,份量非常多🙀,食到一半已經感覺飽了。闊條麵煮得 al dente,有趙口感,耶路撒冷雅枝竹蓉紅酒汁及香草醬配燴鴨肉很好味呀。Bonet我估係這個甜品的名字,因為其實係服務員送錯了,但因為衛生問題,唔方便送回廚房,不如送俾我食啦。底下係朱古力焦糖餡餅,看似厚實和好膩的感覺,但食一口,朱古力非常濃郁,但一點也不覺膩,反而想食多幾啖。配上杏仁曲奇碎和creamy的雲呢拿雪糕,好好味呀。Angelini's signature Tiramisu這才是我點的甜品,是餐廳的招牌菜之一。碗𥚃有厚厚一層非常creamy嘅mascarpone cheese,底下有一層浸滿咖啡酒的蛋糕,好好味呀~Latte因為我忙著品嚐甜品,同時送上的牛奶咖啡變不太熱了,職員好貼心問我要唔要換過一杯因為放咗好耐我都未飲。我不想嘥嘢,所以沒有換過一杯。是䁔了一些,但味道OK。Petit Four或是應該叫Petit five?四粒不同味道的朱古力和一粒曲奇,我覺得白朱古力最特別因為是薄荷味白朱古力,好少見。食咗這麼多道菜後,一定以為這一餐好貴呢?其實只是HK$388 + 10%服務費 = HK$427。抵食!一定會再嚟😃 continue reading
