這晚好朋友幫我慶生,他知我鍾意西餐,就帶我來Angelini,還特意預訂了窗邊的位置,可以望到維港夜景❤香港的夜景真是百看不厭麵包籃:有三款,暖暖地,外脆內軟,可以沾橄欖油吃 (如果有奶油就更正)餐前小吃:cheese mouse & parmesan cheese 脆脆,mouse 透著淡淡的芝士香氣,吃完令人心情大好!前菜:煎帶子配藜麥,上枱後侍應為每粒帶子淋上牛肝菌湯,帶子鮮嫩有彈性,不知不覺間就完成了三粒😋,剩下少少湯汁用來沾麵包也不錯朋友的主菜:香煎鴨胸,下單時要五成熟,有點overcooked,但仍是夠腍的,簡單少少鹽調味都夠味了我點了special menu上了 Gnocchi 薯餃,看上去比見過的薯餃細粒,急不及待嘗了兩粒,怎麼如此的軟?薯餃應該是煙韌有口的,這個薯餃未免軟得過份!朋友幫忙試了兩粒都是如此,他很生氣,馬上告訴侍應,侍應說這是薯仔成份很高的薯餃所以較軟,朋友不敢苟同,侍應去請示經理後,向我們表達了歉意,並表示可以換個pasta給我們,拿來了menu讓我重新挑選,他推薦黑松露意粉,是餐廳其中一個signature,好,再比多次機會這家餐廳。意粉第二round:羊奶芝士黑松露意粉,手工意粉均勻地沾上芝士醬汁,加上香氣迫人的黑松露,這個才是意大利餐廳應有的水準吧!一掃剛才吃薯餃的空虛!我的甜品:雜莓千層酥,配有一球gelato,賣相都幾賞心悅目,味道酸酸地幾清新,我都吃得幾開心!朋友點的黑松露雪糕,配炸野米,賣相不太討好,但味道有有驚喜!野米好脆好脆,黑松露雪糕又香,兩者好夾,朋友好喜歡,邊吃邊讚!👍🏻最後還來了兩碟sweet treats: biscotti, chocolates & macaron,貪得意scan了macaron 上的 chocolate QR code,原來是用餐 survey,頗有趣!總結:盡管今晚的薯餃令人大失所望,其他菜式的質素都過關,服務也週到,老牌酒店的餐廳還是有水準的 continue reading

因為友人係香格里拉既會員,所以今次試下入面餐廳既質素(聽聞甜品係特別出名),順便可以儲酒店積分餐廳環境:環境非常優雅,近窗位亦睇到維港夜景,配得起係五星級酒店既名譽服務質素:餐廳服務員主要係外籍,以英文為主,服務態度非常好,會細心介紹每個course ,亦會預先詢問是否有食物敏感。食物:正宗Fine Dining, 每個course 份量唔多,但勝在夠精緻,食得出係廚師用心烹調。最出色係甜品,如果係名符其實整體而言出色,係會再回頭既餐廳 continue reading

復活節將至,我要吃大餐,所以就來了 Angelini. 一到餐廳已經很有格調,我們坐下就有麵包 之後點了:Zucchine Ravioli (自家製意大利青瓜,鼠尾草及巴馬臣芝士雲吞) - 意大利意粉菜,我較喜歡吃 Ravioli, 因為看似細少,但有不同配料包含在裏面,而這個很有芝士味 Capesante (香煎帶子伴藜麥配牛肝菌清湯) - 超級厚切帶子,配上清湯,口感鮮嫩Agnello Profumato (燴羊膝配薰衣草蜜糖汁) - 這個羊一點都不羶,很嫩Pinot Noir - 每日飲少少紅酒,聽說對身體都蠻好喔 Tiramisu - 我最愛,這個好得意,是用柸的,分量很多,入口即溶,很香的咖啡味!但配上了我不喜歡的杏霜味雪糕 😱 (純粹個人喜好)Ciliegino Bruciato (Cherry Tomato Crème Brûlée) - 好特別的 Crème Brûlée, 用了櫻桃,味道特別,但我就比較喜歡傳統的了Dessert - 這個是免費的,有不同口味的巧克力,又有我最愛的 Macaron,上面還有 QR code, 一掃之下原來是請你填一下問卷。今餐真係好滿意,亦都滿足了我吃大餐的願望! continue reading

I thought the restaurant only serves brunch menu at $408 on weekends, it’s happy knowing that they also serve $328 set lunch on Saturday, both are with same main dishes.We pick the semi buffet and both of us chose fish as main course. Their cold cuts and appetisers like ham, clams, prawns, and various vegetables are very fresh and not over marinated. My sea bass was nicely packed in a cooking paper like a gift box, the tomato sauce perfectly matched the fish. We also love the dessert bar a lot, cakes and mousse cups were much better than what we had in lobby lounge at the same hotel. continue reading

好久沒在平日下午來到Angelini,剛好遇上好天氣,陽光透進落地大玻璃窗,簡約雅緻的環境令心情大好,胃口也大增,一口氣點了好多想吃的菜式。意大利西西里紅蝦刺身伴牛油果、青蘋果及乳酪汁。上次來opening已經品嚐過,雖然只得一口大小,但對這道菜念念不忘,心想再來一定要再點,結果今次可一人獨享一碟了。西西里紅蝦刺身鮮美甘甜,它的鮮甜跟牛油果的味道出奇地夾,兩者簡直是絕配。辣味鵝肝凍批伴白醋野莓。辣味鵝肝入口甘香幼滑,一絲羶味也沒有。吃著感到在鹹與甜之中滲透著淡淡的辣味,伴以藍莓、士多啤梨和紅莓等帶酸的生果,剛好可中和鵝肝的油膩。自家製意大利黑白幼麵伴帶子、大蝦及紅蝦。這菜式擺盤獨特,大廚用白紙接成方型盒,煮好的意粉放進去後可將其香味鎖住,再在客人面打開,這樣在上餐的過程中香氣便不會流失。自家製的幼麵條黑白雙色交錯兼口感彈牙,加上鮮味的海鮮配料,視覺與味覺都十分滿足。雖然已經夠飽,但甜品部分還是不想錯過,就要了消滯效果較好的青檸雪葩和熱情果雪葩,雪葩入口滑溜之中,也帶不錯的清新酸香。環顧各菜式不難察覺大廚的擺盤相當精美,特別是頭盤部分,不但令人賞心悅目,味道也是一流。飯後跟大廚交談一會,聽著他對於新菜式的構思,真切感受到他對烹飪的熱誠,令人相當期待下輪的新菜式呢~ continue reading
