甜魔一家的生日都很近,繼續補記上月尾在九龍香格里拉 Angelini 的意式半自助午餐,環境及食物都很不錯,性價比又高,一家人都吃得滿意。    個人第四次到訪 Angelini 用餐了,距離上一次午餐原來已經4年多,但四道菜的半自助午餐仍維持 $328/位的定價,主菜選擇又有七款之多(其中兩款要加$100),比尖東區另外兩間著名的酒店意大利餐廳優惠。除了優惠定價,Angelini 還有絕對迷人的開揚海景,以及青綠悠然的景致。在午餐到訪又有日間自然光投射,拍照也份外美,也是這裡的一大賣點。每份午餐均配有精選自助頭盤,以及是日餐湯。自助頭盤分為兩個區域,長檯上擺放著半退殻的鮮甜大蝦、煙三文魚、吞拿魚、水牛芝士拌番茄、蛤蜊、南瓜、紅菜頭、椰菜花、倫巴第辣椒、醃洋蔥、粟米、蘑菇、法邊豆、苦白菜等海鮮及前菜。另一張檯則放置意大利香瓜、巴馬火腿、豬面頰火腿、意大利莎樂美腸、意式肉腸、Tuna Carpaccio、Fontina 芝士、Pecorino di Toscana 托斯卡尼羊奶芝士、Scamorza 熏牛乳酪,還有車厘茄、羅馬生菜以及更多自助沙律吧的材料。 肚子好餓好餓,不等玉仔放工過來,早到的甜魔媽媽及甜魔媽媽決定率先開餐!從來都愛吃沙律、海鮮、芝士,這裡的選擇正適合我,一連吃了兩大碟;另外又吃了不少美味麵包,還有是日餐湯的西蘭花忌廉湯,不小心就飽到五成,要留肚給主菜了~    等玉仔也抵達後,三母女就接個人心水選點主菜:很喜歡自家製意大利雲吞配豬肋肉、椰菜及柑橘汁,一口一個甚有口感,好吃!自家製意大利寬扁麵配紅酒燴牛膝味道也不錯,最後一款魔鬼魚伴忌廉粟米蓉及小粟米口味就比較新奇,因為印象中的魔鬼魚都是香燒的!主菜過來,還有自選甜品、特色小甜點(即 Petit Fours)配咖啡或茶,但這天壽星婆婆還有額外的鮮花及來自 Island Gourmet Pop-up store 的美味蛋糕收!好喜歡蛋糕除了面層的大量雜莓,中間也有不少原粒士多啤梨粒,份外清甜好吃~ 另外午餐的 Torta mimosa 意式合金歡花蛋糕配雲尼拿及檸檬吉士醬、Angelini 意大利芝士餅、Gelati e sorbetti 是日精選雪糕(當日為特濃朱古力及開心果,兩款都超好吃!)等甜品也上檯,加上自選咖啡/茶及 Petit Fours(沒拍了...),滿足飽足不得了。多想每年都繼續這樣慶祝,可能嗎? continue reading

這一個週末就試試位於五星級酒店的意大利餐廳- Angellini.餐廳的環境頗為舒適,走輕鬆的跳脫但不失格調路線。由於信用咭推廣Restaurant week , 這一天的午餐,只需$328 per head。而這午餐包括前菜、主菜、甜品和咖啡。麵包是熱呼呼的,沾上橄欖油和黑醋,口感煙韌又鬆化,不錯。前菜:Capaccico di capsante 生帶子薄片配水牛芝士、櫻桃茄、藜麥這帶子薄片切得很薄,口感幼嫩,配上水牛芝士和樱桃茄,是清爽的南意大利風味。Gambero rosso , tartare di pomodoro , mandorle意大利紅蝦伴蕃茄他他及杏仁醬意大利紅蝦口感爽彈,蝦味沒有太濃,淡雅的配上蕃茄他他,酸爽清新,加上杏仁醬的點綴,是輕盈清新的前菜。吃過前菜,送上熱呼呼的扁豆湯,滑溜溜的,又不太膩口,喝罷很舒服。Tortelli di pescato 意大利雲吞配石斑,蜆及西西里檸檬這道菜有點似海鮮雜燴,味道也不過不失,就像意大利雲吞、蜆和石斑加上蕃茄湯汁一樣。意大利雲吞一口一個,而蜆肉和石斑沒有煮得太老,整體食味不差但沒有驚喜。Brazino al piselli menta 香煎鱸魚配青豆、薄荷油這道菜真叫人失望。鱸魚煮得過熟,魚肉有點老和鞋,加上薄荷油和青口的味道亦比較淡,真是大失所望。Tiramisu 這tiramisu 質地豐厚綿滑,入口creamy, 甜味點到即止,還透出淡淡咖啡香氣,不錯。若然口感更為濕潤,可更完滿。最後以cappuccino 和flat White 作結。cappuccino 泡沫豐盈,咖啡味道甘香。Flat white 的奶和咖啡的比例恰宜,不用加糖,更能品味咖啡roast 的味道。這一天的午餐的味道ok, 可惜未有預期的驚喜,一試無妨。 continue reading

This was another promotion by Golden Circle. However, the service was better this time compared to Lobster Bar(my previous review).  The veal went well with tuna, though I wished there would have a bit more.The scallop, having a light flavor, was balanced well with the rich flavored salmon roe.The pasta of the Agnolotti was thinly made and the sauce was just the right amount without making the pasta soggy.The star of the menu would be the perfectly cooked cod. The citrus on top not only made the dish look more beautiful but it went well with the cod.The pineapple and green apple sorbet was very refreshing making the dessert was a perfect ending to this dinner during summer.Besides a better value, I have to say the service here was better than lobster bar(I am comparing these two as I only tried it two days apart and they both are under Shangrila) . It was less rushed despite actually being more busy than lobster bar. Definitely will come back again. continue reading

之前去開其他地方食brunch,今日第一次試呢間italian 半buffet brunch.諗住應該有一定水準,但令人失望。首先buffet部份,頭盤 甜品refill太慢 好多時候 想拎已經冇曬。聽到有人問啲waiter, 佢地也只回覆待會會refill. 第2,這是我最不滿意的部份,上菜速度超級慢.完全不within reasonable time.見到很多人食完頭盤都坐左好耐先有main dish. 好多人也因為咁去拎左甜品食先。食完甜品再食番main dish ,完全扣分。食物方面,tiramisu不錯,其他甜品質素一般。maindish 也不錯,但沒有覺得特別好食的感覺。 continue reading

久仰Angelini大名,這次終於趁Restaurant Week試一試餐包有蕃茄包、橄欖包和餅乾條,麵包真的是外脆內軟,很好吃!而餅乾條亦焗得很乾爽,不會油。不過用來點麵包的橄欖油太過霸道,完全蓋過了黑醋的味道呢。頭盤 Il vitello & il tonno 生牛肉薄片伴藍鰭吞拿魚及水瓜柳醬(Veal tonnato, Balfego sustainable bluefin tuna,  Selargino  caper relish)味道非常清新,牛肉很腍,上面有蛋白和蛋黃碎,而牛肉下面則是藍鰭吞拿魚刺身,很新鮮的,配上酸酸甜甜的水瓜柳醬和車厘茄,是一道非常開胃的頭盤。吃完頭盤後是餐湯,普通蕃茄湯,不太特別。接下來是主菜Branzino ai piselli e menta(Seabass, green pea, mint, chlorophyll oil)鱸魚份量不算多,但很新鮮很滑,帶有陣陣薄荷味,伴菜有薯粒、青豆、蘆筍等,魚配醬有一點點乾的感覺,如果改做汁會不會更好呢?甜品Angelini Style Tiramisu吃完主菜其實還未滿足 (因為份量少呀)幸好有這個tiramisu人份量很多,味道和濕度也適中,而且賣相特別,未見過其他地方用碗裝tiramisu呢。最後有餐飲和朱古力,味道一般。 continue reading
