很久沒發文雖然餐廳座位少,但唔難訂位,可能因為要deposit 吧,online booking每位按金HKD 500大廈位於威靈頓街,有三部電梯只有一部可以上倒一樓餐廳,半開放式廚房,大廳及一間VIP房,侍應人手充足,招待技巧成熟,呢度無提供tap water , 可選蒸餾水or sparkling , 電子menu , lunch 4個course HKD888 或5個courses 1088, 其中caldoso rice 係已指定菜式,所以如果點4個course 只需選三款。不在menu 的三個餐前小食,上菜時配上生果籃介紹,用上三個白色器皿方便擺拍,第一款是火龍果,第二款用脆片承托住生果,第三款係一個粟米撻上面再配上Parma Ham麵包做倒外脆內軟,配上2種橄欖油Starter 我揀咗 Saba fish crudo, 黃色及紅色車厘茄都好甜,魚有煙燻過,個汁酸酸地好開胃另一款我地要 Balfego tuna(加HKD380), 擺魚子醬嘅過程都幾賞心悅目,不過食落感覺就有啲HeavyMain course 加270要咗angus beef 牛配上本地南瓜👍另一個點咗羊配自

大多米芝蓮餐廳食材都係用澳洲同埋日本,Ando 有部份食材係嚟自阿根廷,比較少見

ANDO 是我到目前為止到訪過裡用餐體驗裡感覺最好的🥰🥰餐廳為每桌客人送上以魚子醬為主的小食 之後才正式開始用餐之旅✨✨每次上菜前經理都會介紹菜式的背後主故事和主廚的靈感來源 這是和小遊戲有關的 我就不劇透了 🤭每道菜所使用的食材 醬汁 香料配搭都出人意表 味道也非常多元化 看得出來主廚師有心思的👍👍服務也非常好 談話有禮 也會開玩笑 氣氛非常自在職員們也會留意客人的用餐情況 自動加水加酒 客人中途需離坐時也會自覺幫忙調整椅子和把餐巾整齊摺好👍🏿👍🏿最後職員也準備了兩個蛋糕 在餐廳門口等我們離開時送上 十分驚喜🤩😍整個用餐歷時四個小時,沒有丁點不愉快 更有賓至如歸的感覺 絕對可以再有下一次🥳

During a recent visit to Ando, we were treated to an impressive lineup starting with scallops and a selection of raw seafood. The scallops were notably fresh, perfectly seared to bring out their natural sweetness. During a recent visit to Ando, we were treated to an impressive lineup starting with scallops and a selection of raw seafood. The scallops were notably fresh, perfectly seared to bring out their natural sweetness.


The raw seafood assortment was equally fresh, each piece skillfully seasoned to showcase its distinctive flavors🍣


Moving to the main courses, the line-caught Lisa was a standout. The fish was flaky and tender, paired thoughtfully with salicornia and parsnip which added crisp textures and subtle earthy tones to the plate.


The Argentinian beef was another highlight of our meal—tender, juicy, and rich in flavor, beautifully complemented by aromatic signature rice.

準時在七點抵達,看到了來自阿根廷的總廚Augustin

Balbi帶領著他的團隊忙碌的畫面。餐廳座位數量有限,但每一張桌子都提供了充分的隱私空間,這次被安排坐到廚房斜方的位置,可以清楚看到主廚對每一道準備出餐的菜品加以最後點綴和調整。

★★甜品方面沒有太大驚喜,整晚有一位女侍應態度表現都十分牽強,上餐具時多次碰到我們的衣物及電話,
在我們進食的時候,更感受到她直勾勾的望著我們,感覺十分不舒服。
所以愈來愈後的菜式,基本上也很難抱著歡愉的心情全情享受,為是晚的一個小敗筆。

This is my second visit to Ando since 2020, came here to celebrate my anniversary with my partner whom is here for the first time.

The whole experience was rather unmemorable for us, the food is solid but lacks excitement, a meal that you wouldn't really remember a few days later.

We were sat on the far corner of the dining hall, which I believe was just right in front of some private staff corner, and I constantly felt that due to the lack of space/distance to the corner, there's constantly someone behind me chatting, which was rather uncomfortable.

The pacing of the meal was very rushed given it's fine dining - we were already on the last course of the savoury dishes 45 minutes into our dinner. It's as if they really wanted us to get the check and leave, which wasn't really a problem since the environment wasn't the most comfortable anyway. The photos I took lack effort as I was really only documenting what I've been eating.

All in all, I thought my first experience with Ando was quite good 3 years ago, but I guess I won't return given the choice.
