Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每每觀看烹飪節目, 見廚師烹調牛肉, 總覺得十分滋味, 希望光顧餐廳時, 會遇上美味的出品, 可惜直到今天, 尚未遇上。這間餐廳在大圍算是獲得不少好評的餐廳, 一於試試其出品, 看看是否如評。餐廳有室內位和半室外位, 各有不同風格。半室外位與街只有膠屏相隔, 座位不多, 採自然光。室內位走復古風, 座位寬敞舒適, 燈光較暗, 聽著音樂, 較有氣氛。Roasted Beef Lunch Set $138 + 10%1) 薄切原條加拿大牛肉眼2) 龍蝦濃湯3) 脆炸洋蔥圈4) 熱檸檬茶龍蝦濃湯在我的印象中是有澀味的, 故本身並不喜歡龍蝦湯, 但這個湯無澀味, 感覺不錯。隨湯附上蒜蓉包, 蒜蓉味道濃郁, 但質感十分軟腍, 像是長久浸泡在蒜蓉內, 與外表硬脆的蒜蓉包相比, 還是喜歡硬脆那種口感。脆炸洋蔥圈有5片, 洋蔥味香, 炸衣即使放涼了仍脆口, 沾上蛋黃醬更滋味。薄切原條加拿大牛肉眼有2片, 伴有薯蓉和南瓜, 賣相不俗。南瓜味濃, 入口香甜。薯蓉香滑軟綿, 味淡, 可沾上碟旁的胡椒調味, 但胡椒份量略少。牛肉眼為原條烤焗, 切了2片, 約6寸長半寸厚, 牛味濃郁, 唯質感頗韌, 醬汁亦不夠, 忍不住向店員要求加醬汁和提供胡椒調味。熱檸檬茶伴有少見的鴛鴦方糖, 本身喝檸檬茶會走糖, 見是方糖忍不住加了白糖和黃糖各1粒, 是久違了的甜味檸檬茶, 間中一杯也不錯。整體用餐體驗是失望的, 餐廳冷氣強勁, 上菜速度快, 食物凍得快。Roasted Beef Lunch Set為推介套餐, 連加一需要$150以上, 想必質素會成正比, 但主角牛肉眼如斯韌, 確實令人失望, 性價比頗低。btw, 消費滿$200才可簽咭。

今日同朋友去依間大圍既店食野。店舖坐位都闊落,坐得又舒服。同朋友叫左個牛扒同risotto同Parma ham。炭燒美國黑安格斯西冷牛扒 $328個牛扒有d似酒店buffet切出黎既一片牛扒,唔算太嫩,肥瘦分佈都唔均勻,略嫌有d貴。銀雪魚risotto銀雪魚唔算鮮,個sauce就鮮甜,飯就軟硬適中。Parma Ham & melon $128Parma ham 加上 蜜瓜好perfect match。鹹味同甜既balance,但Parma ham肥瘦分佈更均勻會較好。

同事介紹話呢間餐廳幾好氣氛,今日同👦🏻拍拖諗唔到食咩,就隨心book位一試。可能平日夜晚唔算多人,唔使等就可直接入座,餐廳留咗四人梳化卡位俾我哋,坐得好闊落同舒服!🥰因為想試多幾款嘢食,嗌咗$988二人餐,包餐湯、普通熱飲、生蠔/青口、兩款前菜、兩款主菜同甜品。今日精選生蠔係南非生蠔,個人唔太好蠔,但呢間嘅蠔幾鮮甜,啲醬汁幾夾。乳豬嚟到嘅時候用玻璃蓋蓋住,一開蓋仙氣湧出嚟,賣相好精緻!味道都唔錯,熱騰騰又肥瘦適中~~下次會想單獨叫一碟!(✨✨推介!)👦🏻鍾意食鵝肝,所以加咗$30 try try。雖然張相影得麻麻,但全餐最驚喜係呢碟!自己本身唔太喜歡食鵝肝,諗住連埋多士咬啖就算,多士好脆,點完蘋果醬酸酸甜甜咁,同鵝肝嘅油香味勁夾,食完一啖忍唔住再咬多啖,真心推介!食完前菜就上湯,龍蝦濃湯真係好濃味,都真係食到蟹肉,算足料。可能前菜太出色,主菜反而無咁吸引。威靈頓牛柳酥皮同肉有少少分離,龍蝦米多要加$50,但龍蝦比想像中細,食咗幾啖肉就無嚕~但兩碟嘅配菜都幾好味,啲醬汁調得幾清新,一啲都唔敷衍~~因為好飽,無加錢upgrade甜品,今日基本款精選甜品係brownies,擺盤都幾靚,book枱嘅時候餐廳有問需唔需要order甜品寫字,如果有需要都可提出呀!🥰最後連加一兩個人食咗大約千一,環境同食物都對得起個價錢!但下次就未必食set dinner啦,可能會試下單嗌睇下會唔會抵啲,如果一班friend想chill下傾住計食,呢間都會係個好選擇呀!😆

I have tried the same restaurant in Mong Kok. So bad that no more pizza here!!! Overall the dishes are not hot enough!!! The 2nd Wellington beef in the same week. To be it is still a bit overcooked altbough it is still tender.The mussels are huge in portion. A bit small and not creamy enough! 😝😝😝 Tasmanian one is always better!!! The white wine sauce is great though!!! I finish all sauce for sure. We order one more set of garlic bread for the sauce. The roast pig is not bad. Still crispy.I think the best dish tonight is the spaghetti. The tomato sauce is great and juicy!!!The melting chocolate pudding is not hot enough or melting. The taste is ok.
