這間小店的位置在小巷,不是在大街上,反而有一種日本小店的味道😊內裏有吧枱亦有二人餐椅,整個色調和氣氛也很像日本的拉麵店。點餐紙可供乘客自行選擇配料、麵條軟硬度等等。猶豫了選擇一鳴還是黑蒜鳴,最終決定是比較特別的黑蒜鳴😍湯麵來到先試一口湯底,既有濃郁的豬骨濃湯味,聞起來也有一陣黑蒜味,不會死咸,湯底出色。麵條我選擇了在其他拉麵店沒有的曲面,吃起來較有靭勁,湯亦掛汁👍🏻乳酸梳打也不錯,酸酸甜甜,如果是夏天喝的話更好更解渴!餃子是最遲來到的,但是十分驚喜,餃子皮很脆,咬下去後,內裏肉汁很多,配上特製醬油,令人不斷想吃下去午餐有套餐可選擇,拉麵配小食和飲品,不用100元,性價比超高👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

在入店前需要客人量度體溫,做足防疫措施,但如果能加設搓手液在門口會更好。店舖環境很像舊式日本的拉麵店,牆上面貼有很多不同的日式海報,很復古的感覺,而且也有吧枱和普通座位枱,枱與枱之間也有隔板做隔離,有做到基本衛生措施。食物的款式也很多,而且價錢也合理,點了秘製地獄醬豬骨湯底,它的麵和叉燒的份量也很足類,也可以自己選擇麵的種類,配菜等,如果能加設自行選擇湯底的濃度會更好,因為湯的濃度很濃,未必每個人都接受得到。另外,也點了芝士粟米玉子燒、鹽酥雞和串燒,而且份量也很多,而且芝士的份量也很足夠。不過提醒大家芝士粟米玉子燒要熱食才好食,因為芝士凍了會變硬,硬了芝士就不好食了。而且他的串燒烤熟的程度也剛剛好,串燒配點鹽酥雞的沙律醬都很好食!!

天氣轉凍,大埔會比其他地區更凍,呢啲時間最啱去食湯面。搵咗呢間試湯拉麵同明太子玉子燒。Lunch Time去,不過等位都要等一陣。一碗芫茜湯底拉麵,配日本叉燒。喺有淡淡香菜清香嘅豬骨湯,對於鍾意食開芫茜的人來說,喺會覺得唔夠勁,可以再加料。建議走辛辣醬/叫少少辣,以免搶去芫荽味。一碗黑蒜湯底拉麵,配日本叉燒。鐘意食開濃湯底的人,呢碗好啱你,入口夠濃味,而且蒜味好香,呢碗抵讚!明太子玉子燒呢個都係即整即上,好夠熱好夠新鮮,想食多份小食,不防一試!拉麵價錢方面真係抵過出面好多,一碗面只係$60-70,不過位置有少少隱蔽,但開GPS就搵到嫁喇。

喺有淡淡香菜清香嘅豬骨湯,對於鍾意食開芫茜的人來說,喺會覺得唔夠勁,可以再加料。建議走辛辣醬/叫少少辣,以免搶去芫荽味。

我同2位朋友去食,叫咗3個麵,再加2個小食,埋單220元,人均消費73元。冇收服務費。我食過呢間餐廳好多次,每次都覺得好好味。食咗都有二年,水準都keep到!呢間店都幾受歡迎,成日排長龍,而且店內位置唔算多,如果大家要食,要畀啲耐性等下位!或者非繁忙時段去食,我上次1點40分到去食,唔使等好耐就入得。
