今個週末跟朋友來到這間位於中環蘭桂芳附近的日本餐廳,他們星期六日有提供任食放題,另外亦可以單點!餐廳有不少卡位,坐得舒適!精選刺身七款,精選刺身包括了三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦、帶子、海膽和北寄貝,刺身全部都好新鮮而且厚切,海膽的份量好多,而且好鮮甜,加上紫菜和三文魚籽食,口感更豐富!Amazake卷,這款卷物中間有蟹柳、青瓜和玉子,卷物上面有吞拿魚蓉、三文魚籽和海膽,整件卷物除了外表好靚,食落口感亦好豐富!油甘魚海膽松露醬卷,這款卷物外層有一塊厚切的油甘魚包住,上面有海膽和黑松露醬作點綴,內裡有拖羅蓉作為餡料,食落啖啖肉,魚味同黑松露味都好濃郁,好有層次!雜錦天婦羅,這裡的雜錦天婦羅包括有蝦、魚、南瓜、蕃薯、青椒仔、冬菇、茄子、秋葵,當中炸蝦外層脆口,蝦肉爽口,南瓜蕃薯都好綿好正!牛舌,牛舌大塊得黎又厚身,整得好腍,加上用上鹽和黑椒調味,味道不錯!雞蔥串,雞肉嫩滑,京蔥鮮甜,加上甜甜的燒汁,非常惹味!鹿兒島豚肉泡菜鍋,這個泡菜鍋非常大鍋,入面有紹菜、菇菌、京蔥、粉絲,當然還有泡菜和豚肉!湯底酸酸辣辣非常惹味,而且亦有大量蔬菜,吸收了湯的味道非常正!而豚肉不會好肥,食落味道好香,冬冰冰的天氣飲返碗十分暖笠笠! continue reading

平安夜同朋友去咗食放題 諗住係中環 應該係好少少既餐廳 唔係普通mk放題點知食完同朋友都好後悔揀咗呢間首先佢出餐慢到爆 以為自己食緊法國菜食完一碟野等好耐先上第二碟而見到枱枱都係咁 啲人等到呆明明鋪頭唔算大 但唔知點解好似做唔切咁然後又漏單錯單 應該係放題通病 而野食質素只係一般 成餐最鍾意食既係個啲即沖麵豉湯 其他野唔係差 但冇令人覺得有非食不可既野臨尾諗住食個烏冬走就實冇死 連烏冬都唔好食所以話就話放題 最尾食唔飽走朋友話下次有人請都唔再黎食 continue reading
