年初一中菜一定好爆,所以老公提議去食西餐,應該較容易訂位。上Open Rice 見Alto評語唔錯,特來試試。餐廳裝修時尚雅緻,玫瑰金配藍色,帶出一點高貴的格調,美!尤其是天花板一排排金色圓形的燈,更有氣派。由於位於二十一樓,窗外可看銅鑼灣海景及九龍半島,加上藍天白雲,是另一幅心曠神怡的畫。農曆新年期間餐廳有套餐供應,但因不能食牛,只好單點。我們叫了兩個前菜及三個主菜,一於過肥年。前菜是烤墨魚(Grilled Octopus)($168)。這個前菜名字雖然普通,味道卻不凡。墨魚很新鮮,咬落彈牙有嚼勁。烤得啱啱好,微香而不影響其質感。其自製醬汁,微酸帶點甜,開胃!😋😋😋另一個前菜是特色柚子油甘魚(Ponzu Dressed Hamachi)($128)這個前菜用一雲石花紋碟上,靚。薄薄的油甘魚新鮮,充滿獨有的魚油香味,魚質幼滑中帶有一點爽口,加上鮮甜的柚子,清爽香甜又健康,是十分之好的開胃菜。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻主菜之一是烤春雞(Whole Black Baby Chicken)($238),賣相普通,不算特別。味道方面,因它用了黑胡椒醃味,完全能夠提升雞味。加上肉質幼滑,皮帶少少脆,好味!😋😋炭燒全條鱸魚(Whole Sea Bass)($488)雖然上碟時很有震憾力,因為頗大條。味道方面卻不算特出,它用鹽略醃,不會過淡。但因只有檸檬及 Tartar 醬,無疑可以食到魚肉本身味道,但因鱸魚本身不是很重魚味,所以這個菜味道普通,可以不叫。另一個主菜是松露意粉(Truffle Spaghetti)($178),它有大量的茹菌,食落爽口。它的醬汁是自家調教,不是傳統的Carbonara ,食落微酸而帶有多重味道。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 意粉煮得啱啱好,很彈牙,表面灑上黑松露及洋芫茜,更能提味。Yummy! 由於食了三個主菜,已經很飽,所以沒有再叫甜品或咖啡。牛年開始,算是肚皮大豐收。😄 continue reading

地點方便,頂樓靚海景,優質服務,品味西餐,3-Course Set Lunch $188是十分合理的,加上在OpenRice網上訂位更可以$168便能享用3-course,真心推介。👍😊.我是慶祝媽咪生日,所以訂枱時有註明,令我驚喜和印象深刻的是每個侍應都知道,我們不論去到餐廳任何角落,例如入座、去廁所、埋單走等,所有經過的侍應都會同我媽咪說happy birthday 🎉🎊👍🎈..Starter - Beetroot, Feta, Pecan, Agave⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.這個前菜勝在賣相靚,影相一流,味道略為酸酸地,感覺清新。.Starter - Spicy Smoked Steak Tartare (crispy tortilla chips)⭐️⭐️.Steak Tartare 是生的免治牛肉加一些洋蔥粒、喼汁等配料,配以生雞蛋黃,如果不喜歡生的朋友這個絕對不適合。我覺得這味一般般,如果我可重新選擇一次前菜的話,我較喜歡上面那個紅菜頭沙律。這碟 Steak Tartare 我反為更喜歡那兩塊 tortilla chips, 是粟米脆片,香脆又味道不錯。.Main course - Hot Smoked Salmon, Wilted Greens, Sesame Miso⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.這個三文魚煮得剛剛好,不會over過熟了,所以肉質嫩滑👍 伴菜亦新鮮,而且有幾棵,不像平時一般餐廳只有幾塊綠葉。..三文魚肉身厚及肥美😋.Main course - Australian Valley Sirloin 300g, served with chips (Add $158) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️西冷牛扒300克,我媽咪要了八成熟,我個人更建議七成。而這塊扒好處是有的的肥,這樣那陣淡淡的油香更美味😊..澳洲西冷牛扒要另加 $158, 包薯條。.Chips 薯條有意外驚喜,外皮好脆而又不會太乾太硬。佳品👍.Desserts - White Chocolate, Penna Cotta raspberry and blueberry⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.這個甜品甜度適中,加上有幾個raspberry 同藍莓,頗清新的感覺。.Desserts - Sticky Toffee Pudding⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.我是很喜歡rice pudding的,這個真做得很好,有榛子粒,更有𡁻頭和口感,亦能調合一下甜味。這pudding甜度比上面的 Penna Cotta 多,不太嗜甜的朋友可能會比較適合上面的那款甜品,這款亦會比較飽肚。..這個是意外驚喜,除了兩個午餐的甜品外,餐廳送了一小塊生日蛋糕🎂給我媽媽,還寫了字樣,亦為她唱了生日歌,好用心,多謝晒餐廳的安排。👍😊.總結:✅頂樓靚海景✅地點方便在銅鑼灣中心旺區✅食物味道好、賣相精緻✅餐廳服務專業✅可網上訂位方便,而且有優惠.推介👍💖 continue reading

都好多年沒來過這裡吃飯對上一次是個自座式午餐這次要看著靚景好好享受一下先給我們選個餐包有松露 蜂蜜 和 忘了因為感覺很小見到蜂蜜所以就選了它好香啊 😍來一份Scrambled egg w Smoked Salmon $138蛋是有小小甜的 哈還以為會是咸的不過跟微咸的煙三文魚和那塊焗香脆了的包一起吃就顯得柔和美味Scallops $168有時總是期待連縠同上的帆立貝這個沒縠的也擺設得別緻非常還有它的汁汁輕輕地調味貌似山芋口感的幾條東西在下好喜歡啊三片仔份量也剛剛好Buffalo Chicken Fillets $128賣相可愛的雞件一粒一粒一口一口充實的雞肉和清清的草(?)香Rocket Mizuna Salad $38水菜也是在下喜歡之一不過都是吃日式的這次試西式水菜味道感覺沒那麼濃也不失它獨有的香味Sauteed Mushrooms $58在下就是喜歡菇菇不管是味道還是口感好喜歡啊最後還點了一支紅洒由侍應推薦清香順口 很快就飲完了 🤣由12:30吃到人家打样休息謝謝你們的招待最後在下的唯一感覺就是。。要努力溫英文 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ continue reading

復活節最後一日假期,要對自己好啲,特登揀咗Alto 這餐廳,為位31樓,觀景一流,能夠欣賞海景,而且非常開掦亮猛,怕曬黑嘅,可能要帶太陽眼鏡及先用防曬🤪。室內裝修美輪美奐,不是金碧輝煌但以用黃銅融合在設計成份當中,使整體感覺絕不俗氣,反而既高尚又不失時代感。之前試過weekday lunch, 性價比高,食物出品相當有水準,所以今次等再來。今日由於是公眾假期所以是a la carte menu.兩個人,每人點了一個side dish 及一個main dish share,可以試多啲。Mizuna salad : 新鮮,乾水的火箭菜及波菜葉,室溫溫度沒有雪水,不是凍冰冰,已經冇得輸,配以芝麻汁,這個side ,清清地,其實可以當appetiser 。Baked cauliflower cheese : super cheesy! 喜歡cheese 的食客,一定要點這個。氾濫的芝士醬汁,椰菜花完全被掩蓋在芝士汁裏面,海量的芝士絕對能夠芝士控的慾望。你會在想order薯條或者白飯,撈埋啲芝士汁!Smoked salmon fillet: 上菜時已經有驚喜,顏色擺碟都很吸睛。通常主菜點魚,你不會有太大期望,因為主要focus 多數會落在肉類,扒類。可是,今次一上菜,我已經感到莫名的興奮,粉紅色的三文魚肉像是少女的嫩肌般吸引; 在銀灰色的魚皮上的是豐富的奧米加三魚油,在光線下閃爍不停;再配上綠油油的菜心。整個碟…就似是…陽光下,一位年輕的舞者穿著銀色的舞衣在草原上隨心起舞。菜心新鮮,並且爽脆清甜。三文魚油豐富,肉質鮮嫩,小扣分處是魚皮邊有稍稍燻焦,否則這真是100分的菜色。澳洲ribeye, 這個賣相遠不及三文魚好看。伴碟只是一點點車厘茄,加配香草醬。但肉眼扒的肉質鮮嫩,以網燒處理,可以清楚見到網紋,燒至應該有7成熟,但雖然已經差不多全熟,但卻沒有一點靭,肉質仍然能帶一點點"淋"及"柔"的感覺,肉眼扒的處理,算是十分滿意。兩份主菜,份量算大,十分滿足。疫情第二年的復活節假期,就在這餐美食後完結。 continue reading
