自從個多月前試過洞天的四川菜,嗜辣的我簡直如著魔一樣,一邊吃一邊流汗,認真過癮呢 !!而今次再來洞天,喜見新江南菜的Menu,原來這兒大約兩個月就會轉新菜式,真是最適合我這類愛新鮮感的食客呢!首先頭盤是"江南三小碟"分別有:土豆絲,冷菠菜及椒麻粉皮,本人比較喜歡粉皮,愛其爽口及味道比較香濃。之後來一客蘿蔔鯽魚湯,這個湯實在很清甜,就連最怕魚腥味的朋友都喝了2碗呢 !到了主菜,有萬三紅燒肉及鄉土唐芹炆鴨,紅燒肉肥瘦適中,非常惹味。另外唐芹炆鴨亦非常出色,鴨件炆得好入味,而且肉質嫩滑,真的很好吃啊 !另一味老手乾扁四季豆就不過不失。原來江南菜亦有湯年糕,像這個西湖湯年糕就比較特別,湯底用上蝦,魚,豆腐等鲜味的材料,令到平平無奇的年糕頓變成一美味食物。其實吃完兩道主菜已經有八九成飽,但這個湯年糕又確實味美,所以再飽亦要淺嚐一下呢! 最後又到我最喜歡的甜品時間, 燉蛋我吃得多,但洞天這款花雕燉蛋我真是從未試過,一吃之下實在難以想像花雕加上雞蛋竟然是如此匹配,簡直是我吃過最好味的燉蛋。估不到每次來洞天食飯都有驚喜,今次的江南菜實在非常出色,而且價錢亦很超值,二佰多元便可以品嚐到一頓既有特色又好味的私房菜,真是很滿足啊! continue reading

原來wine dating 可以咁正。朋友收到邀請出席Alcove搞嘅Wine Dating,之前以為又係嗰D單身Club搞嘅花臣,於是打探完先知其實同D Wine做dating,差Dmiss咗chance。當晚7pm開始,位於洞天功房天台的確比人好relax嘅feeling,開揚又寧靜加上帶點中國裝飾,我班friend即時佔據一角好privacy。Wine dating由兩位wine experts 主持,可品嚐六款不同地區及品種嘅wine仲準備咗tasting note派比我哋,真係好專業呀!首先由Sparkling開始,Rose、White、Red & Sweet,每款都由expert講解history、serving skill同配甚麽食物,場內更提供小食十分窩心。更值得讚service好貼心,酒一飲完已問refill同suggest試其他,唔會好似外面試酒會咁比嗰少少,超抵!個function雖然話到9pm,但好多人仲留低繼續,可想言之氣氛非常之超好,老闆仲大方到比大家飲到夠為止,好多謝你呀!歡樂氣氛就咁去到11pmD人先陸續散去,我班friends帶着醉意及滿意離開。下個星期三又搞喇,有興趣嘅朋友記得快D報名,名額有限! continue reading

只可以用「非常失望」來形容。帶著一點點期望的心情試菜,結果是沒有一道菜值得回味,很後悔光顧了此飯店,蹧噠了好好的一頓晚飯。試過不少四川菜,這兒可說是十分失準。麻辣的,只得獨孤一味的「辣」,那種「辣」,是後期加工的,放進不少辣粉胡亂調較出來,並非精心計算烹調時間及食材浸淫出來,只吃了一口,已不能再吃下去。什麼水煮牛肉,除了是很濃的辣粉味和不嫩滑的牛肉外,再沒有其他回憶。還記的得,是位位四百元左右。我從不上網寫食評,今次首度執筆,只因為感覺實在太差,滿肚氣,不吐不快。 continue reading

去年慶祝生日同家人(共八人)去洞天食飯,到依家都覺得好回味。雖然話私房菜套餐菜式定咗,但果次真係令我好深刻感動!!事原我好鍾意食海鮮同燉湯,於是訂位時當然問吓師傅做唔做到啦!負責人仲比咗D意見我点煮添。當日師傅真係冇令我失望,燉湯火喉足用料靚,滋陰竹絲雞湯就比我一飲而盡,媽咪都讚係心機之作。另外四川汁青島對蝦更令我窩心,大蝦有成隻手掌長,啖啖肉又彈牙配合個汁雖有D辣但仍感到鮮味、惹味集一身,好滿意其他菜式都好特別及係水準之作,埋單係就係貴D,正所謂一分錢一分貨不過都物超所值。私房菜可以做到度身定做真係值得學習,當然唔係叫你改晒D菜式啦咁同酒樓寫菜又冇區別噃。前陣子知道佢開咗姊妹店,就約D老死去開餐,洞天功房一橦三層,一樓食飯區果張梳化床真係古式古香,細問之下原來真係古董,另外果D枱櫈有興趣可買走添,二樓是開放廚房,身份仲係廚藝班教室、冬天又可打邊爐,真係佩服老闆有頭腦,上到天台感覺又唔同晒,中央設有蓋餐區可作燒烤用途,中秋將至不少客人都訂天台賞月添。嗜辣的我當晚訂左四川餐食物水準依然keep住,值得一讚係果隻招牌富貴雞,出場時嚇了一跳,成隻比D泥包住仲要用槌仔扑開,打開後別有洞天,裡面用荷葉包住,雞並釀有豬腩肉及其他香料但食落就極之嫩滑而又香氣四溢,一D都唔似烤左五個鐘以上,好鬼好味 continue reading

Expensive and not very tasty. The presentation is interested but the food taste is just not there. Dishes were pretty bland except chicken which was quite good. Fish/beef and dumplings were so-so, nothing special.Dessert was quite bad. continue reading
