星期日夜晚都好多人嘅居酒屋,位於銅鑼灣站D2出口2分鐘路程。晚市而家做緊優惠,啤酒買一送一、某啲酒類都有50% Off。食物種類選擇都好多,而且環境好舒服,座位分隔有私隱。刺身拼盤七點盛 $380刺身非常厚切,而且幾乎全部都係時令海鮮,分別有池魚、間白、伊佐木、拖羅、赤貝、真雕同赤身。特別嘅位係佢特定嘅刺身配有少少調味,令到口感更加有層次。超濃厚雞湯烏冬 $98食好多串燒同比較乾嘅食物,都想嚟返一個有湯嘅餐點。烏冬叫咗超濃厚雞湯,果然好似佢個名咁雞味好濃,而且烏冬質感亦都好好。燒銀鱈魚乾片 $68作為餐前開胃小食,呢一份魚片煎得好香。明太子煎蛋卷 $88之前見到好多人介紹佢哋呢一個明太子煎蛋卷,果然好有驚喜。因為係新鮮滾熱辣即刻整出嚟,所以出到嚟仲噴緊煙,而且蛋味好濃,冇加特別調味,更加食得出明太子嘅香。三文魚三文魚子燒飯團 $78三文魚子配三文魚肉呢一個配搭,令到成個飯團三文魚味好濃,配埋燒飯團嘅飯焦,非常惹味。串燒:雞肝 $36 自家製免治雞肉串 $36 豚肉金菇卷 $36雞胸軟骨 $36 鹽燒牛舌 $78牛舌係厚切,隔離有好爽口嘅椰菜,口感好爽口,不過個人比較鍾意配鹽粒,如果佢哋有埋就完美🥳。燒羊扒 $88燒羊架相比上面幾道菜,就比較平淡,不過肉質都幾軟腍,而且加埋檸檬汁同佢提供嘅醬汁都幾惹味。High Ball $75沖繩香檸Mojito $68想讚一讚佢呢一杯調酒好清爽,可以一試。 continue reading

去完日本食唔夠日本野,搵到呢間Google4.6分,比得上日本嘅居酒屋!仲要夠曬隱世冇咩人介紹過。今次黎胃口好,同男朋友兩個人叫左16樣野食😂所有唔逐一介紹,淨介紹印象深刻嘅👇🏻$148鹽燒帆立貝呢個一上枱就嘩左聲,係香港好少見咁樣嘅方式燒帆立貝,上枱到食緊都仲有啲火,靚到男朋友都拎手機影相。口感佢唔係話完全爽口,但鮮味好足,個醬係唔會搶走佢味。$380刺生7點拼盤菜單冇列明有咩魚生,見有少係香港有嘅間八魚同赤貝係有啲驚喜嘅。魚生厚切唔腥就正常發揮,不過就唔太建議點咁多豉油,因為偏鹹會蓋過鮮味。自己好鐘意食魚生個啲蘿蔔絲,見佢有咁多,同男朋友好開心😂$78鹽燒牛舌同日本食嘅真係比得過,甚至好食過之前係日本食嘅某幾間。本身都已經好厚,仲要好爽口(片尾就係食緊佢)又有6大舊,條數即抵返。$88明太子雞蛋卷食居酒屋一定要試呢個,越簡單嘅野越難整得好食,佢好食嘅話咁間居酒屋質素都唔錯。佢呢間嘅明太子就唔錯,同福岡食過嘅差唔多,一切就爆曬出黎。建議改名做爆醬明太子蛋卷$38雞蛋布甸一上枱佢就已經係咁震🤣勁滑勁綿,好香蛋味。不過略嫌焦糖苦左少少,甜返啲會仲好味。食左其他都唔錯,好似月見免治雞肉串、雞皮串燒等,so far都冇伏。值得去幫襯 continue reading

一行6人,慶祝生日。提前電話預訂,需要比$500 deposit,響用餐當日可抵銷番。(如果訂位日期7日前取消可全數退)餐廳坐位不多,晚市都幾full。本身係衝著鹽燒牛舌去呢間餐廳的,果然無令人失望,真係好好食。燒得好香,而且中間好嫩,好彈牙,厚度同大小都適中。另一驚喜之作係牛油果大蝦沙律,好新鮮好味喎!同埋我都好鍾意佢個明太子玉子燒,熱辣辣,一切開有滿滿明太子漏出黎🥰 雞蛋布丁都正,一啖入口好滿足啊!不過食到最尾有啲飽,建議可以share黎食(雖然唔係大份🤣)其他食物都唔錯~服務都ok~會再黎食過🥰 continue reading
