Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然今日不是素食日,但個人絕對支持素食主義,北角那區素食的餐廳都很多,今晚我們一家四人初次來到「無肉食」食自助晚餐。今晚是星期五, 每位價錢是$110,用餐時間是18:00至22:00,繁忙時間用餐時間是90分鐘,我們一早已經book 咗位,入座前先付款,其後我們都被安排近buffet 枱的位置,比較方便取食物。,座位枱櫈好似學校的設備一樣,真是有趣,樓底高,空調都好足,環境都好舒適。食物主打素食,有沙律、頭盤、湯水、小炒、主食、 湯水、糕點、生果、純素蛋糕、點心、糖水等......一大埋已經放在取餐區,先介紹下沙律、冷盤先........有雜沙律菜、黎麥、車厘茄、青瓜片、冷麵、芝麻醬秋葵、 凍豆腐》紅菜頭、西瓜、哈蜜瓜等......飲品區有夏桑菊、烏梅茶、檸檬水等....如果想飲花茶,可以試下飲金邊玫瑰花茶,淡淡玫瑰花香,味道清淡。炸物最特別有個拔絲番薯,賣相都已經夠晒吸引,味道香甜,外脆內軟。還有炸春卷、煎堆仔、炸南瓜件等.....煎堆仔主要都是紫薯茸,芝士撻撻皮脆,芝士餡香軟美味又夠熱。乳酪芝士蛋糕都不錯,鬆軟香滑。仲有記得要試下食pizza,店員一放低在取餐區,pizza 都好快就冇,即時烤焗的pizza 的餅身都是薄而香脆,pizza 餡主要有蕃茄粒、秋葵、菠蘿及芝士等.....超好食!!有是日湯水、紅豆沙、白粥、白飯、南瓜西米露、冬瓜盅等.....冬瓜盅夠晒足料,有桂圓、杞子、淮山、意米、蜜棗等.......味道濃郁清甜,再舀起冬瓜肉來食,夠晒滋補。又繼續來到熱食區每個熱爐都有兩款菜式,不過都會定時轉款,有馬蹄糕、炒麵、炒飯、蕃茄炒蛋、各式少菜等.....生菜包剛煮好,端上來時真是香嘖嘖又熱騰騰,生菜新鮮爽脆又鮮甜,素肉碎好香但是都幾辣,有新意焯頭。馬蹄糕、芋頭糕都煎得夠香又軟糯,而炒菜都夠腍身。甜品吃了碗涼粉,加點花奶更加倍感滋味。每位客人都要自行處理碗碟、膠杯,可以放在回收處的膠箱,可以把食剩的食物放在回收廚餘位置,可以建立及提倡環保及惜食意識,不會做大嘥鬼!!眼闊肚窄的我已經吃到滿足,更是滿載而歸。 continue reading

早前,有朋友常常在問:「無肉食幾時有火煱呢❓」千呼萬喚之下,火煱終於再次重遊保壘街,重新駕臨北角無肉食了🎉🎊。(註:記住只限北角店才有火煱,不要去錯左敦或旺角店)「冬日暖曲」Q & A1 可唔可以淨食火煱唔食自助餐?必須在店內享用自助餐,才能加選火煱。一個小提示⚠️,事前訂位,只需加28元💰便有火煱;WALK IN 用餐的火煱要加48元💰💰,所以記得訂位喔 2 如果一班朋友👬👭一起光顧,是否必須全部都「一人一煱」?當然不是🙅‍♂️,全部人都「一人一煱」,大家可能會吃不了太多自助餐美食呢🙈!每位朋友可自行決定是否加選火煱,版主當晚也是二人同行,但只加了一位的火煱。「冬日暖曲」的起奏期待已久的火煱終於出現了👏,乍看之下,份量好像有些少?😲其實食落個陣,就會知道這份量已經很令人🈵️足的了,始終還有自助餐嘛,火煱太豐富的話,大家恐怕便要用很長的時間才能消化了。火煱的用料主要是天然食材:粟米🌽、豆卜、西蘭花🥦、冬菇🍄等等,估不到的地方是竟然會有3塊「新豬肉🐽小肉粒」,而3粒的餃子也是如去年一般吸引,餡料頗充足😋。而另一個意想不到之處,就是在烚下烚下的過程中,竟然發現了有助降血壓的海帶,這頓火煱的「健康指數」頓時提升↗️了一點點呢。在醬料方面,火煱上桌時,是沒有提供醬料的。自助餐區域有沙茶醬,可自行取用。這次火煱美中不足之處,在於火力♨️不夠強,令食物需要較長時間⏳才熟透,而火種也較易熄滅,需要幾次勞煩職員幫忙。面對這情況,點算好呢?透過內心發火💢來增強火煱火力嗎?傻啦,你估而家睇緊科幻小說咩🤣………其實,多走幾轉,多吃些自助餐美食,和朋友談談天💬,分散注意力,便不會太在意火力這小瑕疵了。「冬日戀曲」附章一:「果盡其用」的體驗 吃「牛油果藜麥沙律」🥑時,版主其實只是在想,這款食品也算不錯,有淡淡的牛油果味,但又不會太飽肚,讓肚子仍有空間容納其他食品,其實沒有想起牛油果中間那仿如「盤地」之處,原本是牛油果核的「居所」🏠,只因果核遷離了,一眾藜麥才得以進駐這地方。那麼,牛油果核究竟去了哪兒呢?🤔實在不得不讚店方的「果盡其用」💯,當版主走過飲品區時,看到「牛油果籽茶」的標示,才赫然發現,原來牛油果核已悄悄地融入於飲品中了。版主之前未有機會接觸「牛油果籽茶」,上網一看🔍,發現這飲品挺有益的---含豐富水溶性膳食纖維、降低膽固醇、增強抵抗力 (詳細內容可參考文末連結,附有果籽茶的做法)。飲品味道有少許的澀,不會太難入口。版主這晚也喝了好幾杯🥃的果籽茶,即使不太喜歡澀味的朋友,估計亦能接受,可以一試。「冬日暖曲」附章二:遊走於冷熱之間每次去無肉食,各款的炸物、香口食品都是非吃不可,pizza、春卷、腐皮卷,統統都令人垂涎欲滴🤤。吃過這些可口食物後,記得在冷盤區拿一些有益的食物~~藜麥、秋葵、紅菜頭、雲耳等平衡一下。懂得選擇這些食物,營養師👨‍💼應該會給大家一個讚的。「冬日暖曲」附章三:偶遇惹味的它這晚有2款中式食物,都是挺惹味的。醬爆雞脾菇切得薄薄的,醬汁十分充足。而另一款以豆干為材料的食物,入口竟有一種在吃炒貴刁的感覺,也很不錯。 continue reading

呢一間餐廳係專係食素嘅佢嘅形式係自助形式。佢煮嘅嘢食全部都好健康!而值得最推介嘅就係沙律報因為有拍青瓜、蓮藕片、酸蘿蔔、云耳等等。而佢嘅炒菜都好好味因為小油少鹽。佢嘅炒粉麵飯例如有時會有楊州炒飯,仲有佢嘅甜品最值得推介就是芝士牛乳tart continue reading

Ummm it seems to be a bad idea to be back again so soon. The food has more variety and this time we finally came a bit earlier than usual (at around 7ish) on a Saturday night. There was a lot more variety than before. They even got sushi although the rice was tough and didnt come with much acidity of vinegar. The wasabi was so pungent that both of us cried after trying it.My first plate and his plates. The veggies were a bit oily to be honest. Should have gone for the salad esp the Kale instead.But the deep fried sweet potato balls were to die for — so chewy and gooey! Love it!!That’s why you could see them again and again on my plates. This is plate 2.The cheese tart was on point — rich flavour of cheese. And I love the fried dumpling — I mean, who doesnt? That pseudo- chicken was actually fried cauliflower! Love the sweet sour sauce. If I were not that full, I could have taken more!The bean curd roll was crispy as well!See — the sweet potato balls again and the deep fried banana and dumpling with a pathetic looking dragon fruit which was my feeble attempt to look healthier. But let’s face it— the deep fried food is more appealling than the cooked one. They are both oily anyways. Then, why not take the ones I love? continue reading

呀媽生日,佢要求食素,最後搵到一間素食自助餐。人生第一次食素自助餐,真係冇諗過咁好食,而且又底食。真心話,要經營一個素食自助餐困難唔比一般肉食自助餐少,單講素食多元化已經唔易,加上要煮得好味真係好考功夫。不過有一點希望餐廳改善,就係食物夾好難夾,唔知係咪有得耐,開始變型。冷盤熱食炒粉、炒飯(有蛋)食左一陣、部分食物換左素肉用椰菜花做。因為已經食到好飽,所以夾好少。 continue reading
