Finally had the chance to meet my friend and we grabbed the chance to celebrate our bday tgt at this resto in Sheung Wan. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Honey Apple & Camembert Cheese with Parma Ham (HKD118)The honey-drizzled apple and the slightly burnt camembert cheese, paired with the parma ham and baguette, created a complex combination. I could taste the sweetness of the honey apple, the savoury flavour of the parma ham and the semi-melted texture of the Camembert cheese all at once. -Seared Foie Gras & Duck Leg Confit with Truffle Mushroom Risotto (HKD238)The truffle risotto was fragrant, with the rice grains absorbing the essence of the truffles and porcini, making it rich and creamy, albeit quite moist. The foie gras was fried to a crispy exterior and a soft interior, which melted in your mouth. The duck legs were slow-cooked to a very tender texture. -Tiramisu (HKD48)It had a strong aroma of coffee and alcohol. The mascarpone cheese soaked into the ladyfingers nicely, resulting into a moist yet very creamy dessert with a great balance of sweetness and bitterness. -Daily Basque Burnt Cheesecake (HKD58)We selected 72 percent Belgian black chocolate flavour. Topped with cocoa powder and cream, the cake was delicious with a toasted crust and a cheesy inner. The strong chocolate flavour added a luxurious touch. Notably, the staff wrote the bday message on the dessert plate using chocolate sauce..Interestingly, we could ask the staff to serve our desserts through scanning the QR code. .The staff was really nice and helpful. They served us patiently even though I kept dropping the tableware on the floor🙈. When my friend wanted to use the toilet, but it was occupied, they were very attentive and informed her as soon as it became available. .The resto has two floors and a small outdoor leisure area which mimics camping site on the ground floor. Its white wallpaper and wooden furniture create a relaxing atmosphere.

假日同友人行下順便食晚飯,友人推介一間以露營為主題的cafe,一於試下。餐廳有兩層,白牆身木枱椅及植物的擺設有著小清新之感,係小巷的露天坐位,加上暖色燈光的配合都幾有feel。假日大約7點的上環多數都靜,餐廳冇乜人,我們二人坐在下層窗邊位,室內街外都好寧靜。手機落單,已有心水選擇。煙肉溫泉蛋櫻花蝦扁意粉,$158,扁意粉軟硬適中口感煙韌,海膽醬份量豐富,味道鮮味濃郁,配上櫻花蝦及煙肉鹹香更美味。香煎鵝肝慢煮鴨腿伴松露蘑菇意大利飯,$238。賣相吸引,好大塊鵝肝,面層焦香脆口,味道甘香油潤,美味!鴨腿外皮脆富油香,肉質軟嫩多汁,輕易折開食得方便,味道鹹香,松露蘑菇意大利飯香氣十足,意大利飯有咬口,醬汁豐富口感creamy,味道不俗。義大利開心果Tiramisu,$58,想食開心果又想食tiramisu,呢個可次過滿足晒,質感軟滑細膩,有閞心果味,唔算好濃郁但OK,同時亦有淡淡的咖啡味,tiramisu口感開心果的味道,個組合都不俗。食物味道不俗,環境舒適自在。

餐廳環境舒服 設計幾有心機🫶🏻 有一半係室外沙發位 有少少去camping的感覺 如果放假過來 天氣唔係好日 應該好chill 好舒服!🌞夜晚最好預約 預約有分兩節 分別係1800 同埋2000 但係餐廳好好 如果無人等都唔畀我哋坐耐d傾計!蒜香白酒煮蜆 配 脆多士🍞 ($108) 性價比好高 新鮮蜆肉 蜆肉份量都不錯 全部都煮的剛好 每隻都有開殼😋 白酒味道剛好 仲有大量洋蔥🧅/蒜蓉🧄 點埋麵包好滿足!💯鹹蛋黃忌廉醬蝦球貓耳朵粉🍳 ($148) 我幾鐘意呢個 貓耳朵好彈牙又有嚼勁 每一粒都沾滿沙沙哋的鹹蛋黃醬 忌廉味偏淡唔會蓋過鹹蛋黃味👍🏻 蝦的份量都不錯 淡淡肉都幾大舊🦐!煙肉溫泉蛋櫻花蝦海膽醬扁意粉🍝 ($158) 一份用了linguine 唔會煮得過熟 每條麵都好掛汁😍 個汁偏重煙肉/溫泉蛋蛋汁 同埋櫻花蝦味 我諗應該都有落到少少vodka/酒吊下味 味道豐富反而有少少蓋過左海膽味 但論味道依然高質!蜂蜜伯爵茶豆腐Tiramisu🍮 ($48) 見到咁多甜品真係太幸福了😚 搞到我有少少選擇困難!呢種配搭幾新榮 有別於傳統tiramisu的咖啡/rum酒味 佢個蛋糕味道同埋質感都有偏近一舊滑豆腐 再加左大量伯爵茶茶葉 食到中/後段就會有淡淡的蜂蜜味🍯流心比利時黑朱古力撻🍫 ($62) 名副其實個撻真係流心 朱古力唔會好甜 帶有少少黑朱古力味的苦 我幾鍾意😆 撻皮唔會太硬 都唔會太heavy~抹茶鮮奶🍵 ($56):抹茶高質 顏色鮮豔 唔會好苦 味道平衡得不錯味道:🩷🩷🩷🩷.5/5 📍Aha CAFE & BISTRO (上環)地址:上環蘇杭街126號地下C號舖

📍 Aha Cafe & Bistro📍 上環 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗮𝗻 • 蘇杭街126號地下C號舖〔 Follow me! ♥︎ 〕-餐廳滿布上環大街小巷,其中很多是用心小店,反而連鎖店佔少數要找「隱世」好西,來這區就蠻適合~在蘇杭街、近上環街市這邊,就有一家《Aha Cafe & Bistro》地方小小、裝潢簡約,感覺卻十分溫馨,門口外有露營風座椅、室內則有兩層-在menu看見他們在長沙灣都有店,才發現我之前已經有支持過他們🤣但這邊的菜式選擇好像更多!意粉、主食少不了;輕食就有沙律、keto friendly的椰菜花飯;也有多款小食、前菜、甜品、飲品,配搭也十分豐富和新鮮~=// Pasta //✿ 鹹蛋黃忌廉醬蝦球貓耳朵粉 ($148)看到「鹹蛋黃」就忍不住點了🤣蝦球肉厚、蠻爽口🍤貓耳朵意粉有嚼勁,質地好掛汁金黃邪惡的醬汁,加入紫菜肉鬆,更為惹味如果鹹蛋黃味再濃一點就更滿足!•// Risotto //✿ 香煎鵝肝慢煮鴨腿伴松露牛肝菌意大利飯 ($238)鵝肝、鴨腿、菌香risotto 這配搭也太豐富!鵝肝厚厚的一件,脂香不算非常濃郁鴨腿外皮香脆,肉質軟腍,一點都不乾柴,啖啖肉,好好吃!最後飯底為松露牛肝菌risotto,口感偏濕潤,飯粒沾滿充滿菇菌香味的醬汁,好好吃~•// Dessert //.✿ 酒香提拉米蘇 ($48)這個好吃捏!酒味、咖啡苦味跟mascarpone cream甜味平衡,質感剛好如果手指餅的份量更多,就更滿足了!.✿ 抹茶栗子修女泡芙 ($68)修女泡芙以一大一小泡芙堆疊而成,打卡一流~泡芙外層脆脆的,裡面有綿滑濃郁的法國栗子蓉兩層泡芙中間擠上山政小山園抹茶忌廉,味道就不算突出~-〔 Follow me! ♥︎ 〕

今年情人節決定支持吓小店,試咗 社交平台 好紅嘅上環露營風cafe$488 一位+ 1 ,5道菜到底值唔值呢?Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche檸檬汁醃北海道帶子 (🌟8/10)Hokkaido Scallop, Tuile, Avocado, Lemon, Radish帶子嫩滑,配上開胃嘅蘿蔔,酸酸甜甜幾夾French Onion Soup法式洋蔥湯 (🌟9/10)色香味俱全,洋蔥香甜,法包吸收晒精華Foie Gras with Truffle Mushroom Risotto香煎鵝肝 伴 松露蘑菇意大利飯 (🌟6.5/10)最期待佢個鵝肝risotto, 但啲飯好水好濕,好似食粥咁,話晒招牌菜,係失手定點…? 有冇人有同樣情況?鵝肝焦糖皮就勁脆,鵝肝入口即融,好食嘅Pan-Seared Halibut with Lemon Dill Sauce香煎比目魚伴檸檬香草汁 (🌟6/10)Halibut, Baby Carrot, Mash Potato, Lemon, Dill之後第二個main 諗住煎比目魚會無事,點知啲鹽落得勁重手,魚皮鹹到揦脷,兩個main 都出事..Honey Lemon Strawberry Religieuse蜂蜜檸檬草莓修女泡芙 (🌟9/10)with House-made Strawberry Custard Cream最後係個修女泡芙加返啲分,外脆內軟,雜莓打成嘅puree 同檸檬醬酸酸甜甜,的確係一個唔甜嘅甜品,好啱香港人口味
