The pork was fried to create a crispy skin, encased around the soft and juicy pork. The black vinegar was aromatic yet not over-pronounced. It made the dish quite appetising.

The mellow and silky eggplants were covered in a golden fried batter, covered in a sweet and savoury teriyaki sauce. This was a dish full of depth in terms of both flavours and textures.

同朋友兩個人在大埔搵食,想食大排檔飲啤酒但又怕冇冷氣同坐得唔舒服。經過阿三就打算試吓。叫了豬手,份量很大(其實不叫其他肉類也可以了)。上枱用鐵板,還要點火。百多元的價錢真的交足貨。豬手皮脆,肉質不乾。但由於最後才上,吃了兩件已飽,吃不完最後打包走了。另外點了豆豉鯪魚油麥菜、串燒羊和串燒豬腩肉。豆豉鯪魚油麥菜份量也是很大,但我略嫌太濕。羊肉串朋友點的我沒有吃,不能評價。豬腩肉很嫩滑,有點肥,夠香口。另加啤酒數字支。

今次同朋友大食麻辣菜:
麻辣皮蛋(小辣);皮蛋香滑,咬落完全唔會有呷味,食落去亦都非常香濃!


燒汁野菌牛柳粒:
牛柳粒本身已經好香,再配上燒汁惹菌一齊炒到成件事更加昇華!野菌亦都非常之香滑,咬落去一啲都唔會有草青味!燒汁味道非常出眾!



紅燒乳鴿:
乳鴿燒得香香脆脆,啖啖都係肉,加上乳鴿配鹽更加香口,皮質燒到脆卜卜好惹味!
再加上乳鴿都大大隻好抵食!


燒汁脆茄子:
真係好正!用炸粉包住黎燒香脆入口嫩滑,食落去好開胃,加上茄子咬落一d都唔乾、炸茄子嚟講,佢都算幾好食!


日豚五花腩串:
五花腩本身已經可以好香滑,加上佢用串燒形式咁樣整,令到五花腩更加好食!完全食到上晒癮!
