The tender chicken was hand shredded into strips, which created a nice contrast of textures when coupled with the crunchy jellyfish. The fish was dowsed in a fragrant sesame dressing, with a bed of shredded cucumbers for extra freshness.

排骨先以細火炸至七成熟,再用猛火逼出油份,營造出外脆內嫩嘅口感🔥每塊肉都被一層以鎮江醋熬製嘅醬汁包覆著,酸中帶甜嘅味道開胃怡人,令人回味無窮🤤
The pork was fried to create a crispy skin, encased around the soft and juicy pork. The black vinegar was aromatic yet not over-pronounced. It made the dish quite appetising.

呢個喺佢地即將推出嘅滷水系列之一,性價比相當高👍🏼 滷汁調製得恰到好處,香醇濃郁又唔會過鹹,保留到鵝肉原本嘅鮮香♨️ 厚薄適中嘅肉塊細嫩多汁而且非常入味,啖啖都充滿鹹香嘅滋味😙
This is one of the items in their upcoming new “Braised” menu. The goose was marinated thoroughly, so each bite of the delicate meat was equally delicious.

外層嘅粉漿整得夠薄,炸到金黃酥脆💥 裏面嘅茄子經過油炸變得柔軟多汁,釋放出鮮甜嘅香味🍆 配上鹹鹹甜甜嘅燒汁解膩一流、整體食落層次感豐富💯
The mellow and silky eggplants were covered in a golden fried batter, covered in a sweet and savoury teriyaki sauce. This was a dish full of depth in terms of both flavours and textures.
