經過商場見呢間食潮州菜為主,有得訂盤菜我影低Banner,到時有需要都可以參考,就係中秋節左右日子,我諗起呢間,星期日朝早我嘗試打電話問可唔可以即日晚上要,阿姐好好人,話幫我問師父,跟住居然OK,但我見盆菜只有三個價錢,冇一個價錢係啱我四人份量,所以我就多口問有冇300至900嘅中間價錢,佢就話冇,咁我突然間想不如要兩個細嘅,將兩個放埋一個盤,佢話可以,仲可以即日三點拎走,簡直係啱晒我哋突然間諗起就做嘅人好入味有一碗汁可以食食下添加花膠好林,仲好大塊有一碟羅漢齋及炸雲吞送我屋企人認為呢間盆菜仲好食過太興,價錢又合理$796四人份量,重點佢啲食材好入味⋯⋯ continue reading

原本係買滷水嘅餐廳, 但因為滷水鵝貴,改左只賣燒味。去過幾次,頭三次叫燒味飯外賣覺得OK。一開始問佢哋有冇湯, 兩次去都話賣晒。一次係12:30pm 一次係1:30pm今次叫蠔仔泡飯,食到最後發理洗蠔仔既雜質。同第一個職員,講佢無視我哋。第二個強調佢哋有洗乾淨D蠔仔,話送返個湯俾我地。我問佢D湯唔係話賣哂?佢立刻話我個餐唔包湯佢係怯怯地咁再話咁換過其他食野俾你地?食到最後已經食飽哂,所以無要。有排都唔會想幫襯,唔老實既餐廳,衛生又差。 continue reading

成日經過一直以黎都好想試下佢個水煮魚,終於搵日得閒去試~~ 個水煮魚嚟到發現係港式水煮魚嘅煮法,唔係正宗可以話冇咁辣冇咁香,一般一般,可以話完全唔辣,要不停加檯面上嘅辣椒油,但加咗又唔同味,重點係佢個辣椒油都唔辣魚肉係黑魚片,冇估錯應該係急凍個隻,好薄身~我雪櫃都有包😂😂入面嘅配料唔係話好多,有幾塊筍同幾條牙菜就無了, 連薯粉都冇~另外叫多咗個小食 麻醬筍我覺得切片應該會好食好多,佢切到勁大塊啲麻醬上唔到個筍身 continue reading

一個靜雞雞既商場二樓,有幾間野食,其中一間係阿公,見佢無咩人咪入去食,當支持下小店囉。 點知一到12點半會爆場,而且限聚令都尾聲啦。午餐55蚊起,係同區來講算係貴啦,但依家可能大家都習慣左呢啲價位,所以見啲人都食得喜,即係食得幾開心甘,但我覺得就一般般啦。 話晒個廚房都係做小菜既,炒出來應該都要有返咁上下先見得下人架。飯就硬既,凍檸水叫做正常,碟牛就小菜甘啦,但份量偏小,55蚊俾多塊或者搵啲野伴下碟會好啲囉例湯可以唔飲,一碗有油既清水甘。 continue reading

偶爾經過得寶見到這餐廳 見到有潮洲菜相約與朋友一試先叫了燒味燒乳豬併叉燒一流!乳豬皮薄脆鬆化 絕對對得起化皮乳豬這名稱叉燒肥瘦適中 蜜味濃而不膩我打電話訂座時 接線員問我要不要預留凍食烏頭  就要一條我和朋友皆為好魚之人朋友覺得肉不夠實但我幾喜歡軟身的魚肉另外小食叫左涼拌苦瓜甘口清甜 不錯但不推介手撕雞  除非你想練牙力小菜叫左個粉絲蝦煲色香俱全 ......就是無味 .....百思不得其解拎左碟豉油淋完 都係無味  .........下次會再來但應該只會叫潮洲菜和燒味   continue reading
