這是我第二次光顧這間餃子店了,因為之前叫了一款大眾餃子,覺得好普通,所以今次特意叫了其他店都很少做的薺菜鮮肉餃,味道就較新鮮了!說真的,我未吃過薺菜,起初有些擔心會有一陣怪味,因為本人不喜歡芫荽,最討厭那種味道,但吃下的味道就沒有怪味,好似普通菜一樣,餃子的肉汁多,餃皮是不同於平常的餃皮,應該是人手搓出來。不過48元10隻普通大小的餃子🥟,如果是一個大男人,是絕對吃不飽,我也只是剛剛好!我覺得性價比低! continue reading

我一直都好鍾意食餃子,所以就想試吓依間有好多正評嘅餃子店🤤叫咗韭菜豬肉餃同茴香豬肉餃,餃子不過不失。成餐飯令我最有驚喜係拔絲地瓜,之前食開嘅拔絲地瓜有好多又高嘅拔絲喺上面,雖然呢個拔絲唔算多但係每個地瓜都均勻地鋪上糖漿,味道唔太甜食多幾舊都唔覺膩👍🏾唯一可改善係地瓜可以再林啲。 continue reading

又在太子工程,沒想到可吃甚麼,恐防金X据扒太飽滯,又來了山東酸辣湯,味道聞落挺酸的,亦沒有試。薺菜茴香餃子,味道香而特別,內裏亦有汁,也是味道不錯。手撕雞湯麵,次次都會叫,湯底普通,但雞味道夠香。雖然通常都有些雞胸,但都會有一隻雞翼,亦不錯。孜然羊肉炒,反而,羊肉味不算特別羶香,但炒得挺有鑊氣。羊肉份量不多,但可配合辣椒油以為桌上一盒的生蒜粒,加添滋味。看見阿姐在吃長形包,但細問下原來那非餐牌上的菜式,只是她們的山東自家包點食品 continue reading

兩口子放工又再嚟太子食餃子,今次打算去試下山東魯菜同烏捽捽嘅墨汁餃。餐廳有唔同款式嘅小食同粉麵選擇,有大路嘅餃子麵同炸醬麵,亦都有比較少見嘅窩窩頭。📍酸辣湯(小) $15類似我地食開嘅碗仔翅,不過味道以酸甜為主,辣味唔重。材料見到有肉絲同雲耳絲等,質感厚身較稠,飯前飲一碗十分開胃。📍雞絲粉皮 ($28)幾鍾意粉皮嘅口感,滑得嚟夠彈牙,麻醬好香而且食落唔膩,只是份量略嫌少左啲。📍墨汁餃子($48/8隻)黑色的餃子外皮包着的卻是雪白的鮮墨魚肉,薄薄的外皮口感軟腍,餃子包得比較鬆散唔夠結實。墨魚肉尚算新鮮,不過調味唔多夠,食落比較淡味。📍 山東炸醬麵 ($40)麵質有咬口,肉碎帶陣陣咸香,撈埋一齊食好惹味。 continue reading

已經幾年無寫過評語,今次實在不能忍受!白菜豬肉餃及羊肉餡餅,都是同一個味道,羊肉豬肉都是䶢脢無肉味,肉餡應該是不新鮮及過份餣製,時間過長,作為餃子控,這是近十年內最難吃的餃子!食剩一半便已經放棄,食完只得成囗䶢味,好口乾!此店是標榜餃子,暮名而去,帶著期望,但徹底失望,餃子不是不好吃,而是難食。落單也混亂,要追單!不明白何以要等位,可能其他山東菜好味,店舖名稱應該更改,刪除餃子兩字!絕對不會再去! continue reading
