昨天下班後,跟朋友去這餐吃飯,一黎幾鐘情佢地既Cake,反正沒試過晚飯,就一於試試。我們三個人點了: 前菜: 無花果巴馬火腿沙律小吃: 田螺、青口拼薯條主菜: 牛扒、鴨腿、疏菜扁意粉甜品: 焦糖燉蛋、伯爵茶朱古力蛋糕。另外Happy Hour紅白酒買一送一,不妨一試! 但酒款比較少,只有每款兩至三隻,不過都值得一試!老實說,除了青口、甜品比較突出外,其他都一般,以這價錢來吃,應該有更好的選擇!但餐廳燈光,擺設都好適合下班後放鬆一下心情,餐廳座位較疏,所以摸摸酒杯底聊天一流!

午餐時段去了九龍塘又一城,只因為要慶祝太太生日。揀選 agnès b. LE PAIN GRILLÉ 因為它給我的感覺是有少少型格的中檔路線餐廳。餐廳位於 服裝店內,空間不大,座位也不算寬敞,燈光和室內的設計總算配合得宜,有型格但是未至於令我感覺跼束。 黑松露芝士火鍋 ($168), 上枱時用了一塊長方形木製的碟(其實似是一塊砧板), 一共有九樣食材,而小小的碗內有黑松露芝士,下面用了黑色的小火爐,感覺都幾精緻!我先選了露筍試味,芝士有黑松露的香味和有點杰,初吃不會太漏, 但吃到最後就有點兒過份。薯仔,麵包,鵪鶉蛋和露筍一樣,本身都沒有味,所以配合芝士是挺不錯的。火腿粒本來已經頗鹹,再混了芝士就有過鹹的感覺。反而雞肉(可能是火雞肉)先煎熟了,有了香味,再加芝士就有雙得益張的效果。最後,芝士剩了一半,真有點浪費。另一碟鴨腿肉意大利細麵條 ($138),配料有洋蔥冬菇紅椒和波菜,麵質有嚼勁,麵身充滿了醬汁的鹹香味,有意外的驚喜。很喜歡帳單上寫著:Merci et a bientot! 菜式裡的「巴馬火腿伴鵪鶉蛋」

用巴馬火腿包著鵪鶉蛋,底部再配上小蕃茄

跟之前芝士火鍋的鵪鶉蛋食法好唔同!

咸香的巴馬火腿完全搶了鵪鶉蛋的味道,

卻又有小蕃茄清新味道中和了巴馬火腿的咸味,

是一個味道不錯的小食,很有層次感呢。

最後來個「脆薯角」,

還是單吃吧了~最後吃了酸咪咪的「小生果」,

呀!將之前的芝士味一掃而空,完滿結束這道菜!〖法式小點〗嗜吃「薯條」的我,第一時間搶了來吃。

薯條本身沒什麼特別,唯獨那個黑松露沙律醬才是重點!

野味兼好開胃的小食,我吃到不停口啦!菜式裡的「巴馬火腿伴鵪鶉蛋」

用巴馬火腿包著鵪鶉蛋,底部再配上小蕃茄,跟之前芝士火鍋的鵪鶉蛋食法好唔同!

咸香的巴馬火腿完全搶了鵪鶉蛋的味道,卻又有小蕃茄清新味道中和了巴馬火腿的咸味,是一個味道不錯的小食,很有層次感呢。「松露魚子配香煎大蝦」

上面是爽膽的蝦,下面是鬆香的酥皮,內裡還有酸咪咪的酸瓜粒等,是一款開胃小食!這道菜最後要特別推介「無花果鴨肝伴松露農夫包」

成吋厚的鴨肝混入松露,味道香濃帶點咸,我分一半放進口中,也是大大啖的,口感非常滿足!!

無花果甜甜的以及味道清新,同時間中和了鴨肝的濃味,配合農夫包底,口感豐富,是一道我非常喜歡的小食❤因為老公怕吃牛太膩,所以特別叫了魚給我吃❤

嘻嘻,無骨的魚最啱我! 大大啖魚肉〖砵酒黑松露菌汁燴牛面頰〗

再來大愛的LC煲!!!!!橙紅色特別有聖誕氣氛!紅酒醬汁好濃稠,甜甜的好香!配上的牛頰肉,非常腍身,所以亦很容易切開!牛頰肉肉質果然特別嫩滑!!!

咬下去非常之腍!!

而且它的膠質好重,就像吃下了花膠似的,也有點像腍身的牛筋,總言之我愛它非常入味,吃完一口要立刻再吃一口,本身不太愛好牛的我,這次算是吃得最多的一次了,因為實在太好吃。〖血橙奶凍配黑松露菌雪糕〗最期待的甜品登場!!!

說實在之前沒有細看餐牌 XDDDD

一開始以為是雲呢拿雪糕,吃下去才發現有黑松露的味道!

嘩,還是第一次吃黑松露的雪糕。

哈哈,感覺很新奇!另一杯鮮橙色的很漂亮!!!原來是奶凍來的!

看回餐牌才知面層是血橙醬,當時吃覺得味道很酸,配上甜甜的奶凍又覺得好得意!

老公不愛吃,我卻不夠喉呢❤呀!這晚更試了〖特色聖誕蛋糕〗

聖誕點少得甜點呢!!

今次的甜點外型好可愛,造型就像說要讓我過一個白色聖誕❤小鹿子這個有點甜!

質感像Brownies,內裡還有碎朱古力粒跟朱古力醬。這個小蛋糕就像兩棵聖誕樹在雪地之上呢❤它亦是適合嗜甜的姊妹吃!

內裡有濃濃的薑味呀~~~〖栗子藍莓樹頭蛋糕〗

這個是我的推介!

是輕甜的小件蛋糕,有著清甜的粟子慕絲!

慕絲質感好滑,海綿蛋糕底亦很鬆軟,正~嘻嘻,謝謝老公這晚陪我癲,

痛痛快快地吃了一個極之豐富的晚餐!

還說:這樣吃飯要慢一點。。

由於芝士火鍋與併盤內容有點相似,個人認為除非閣下超愛鵝肝醬/薯條(點上黑松露沙律醬的確美味),不然胃口有限的,可以只點松露芝士火鍋,都應該夠吃了。

It was a nice savoury assortment and the foie gras terrine was silky and thick.
The escargot was a surprise because it looked like a real escargot shell but the shell was made of crispy wafer so the whole thing was edible and really nice with strong herbs.

It was just as nice as Beef bourguignon because the sauce was rich and tasty packed with carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms and leek.
The beef cheek was soft and gelatinous while the sauce just matched in heaven with the bread.

隨著九龍塘被內地人佔據,一眾女性密友決定到又一城Agnes b扮下闊太,食個法式晚餐,交換女生心事。由於朋友有買一送一優惠,所以就點左呢度既main course,計返半價都幾抵。Rib eye steak burger ($168)其實呢個價錢單點一個漢堡真係唔算平,理所當然會有較高的期望,但希望愈大失望愈大卻是至理名言。上碟時的幼薯條毫不吸引,感覺同美國餐廳麥當勞的無異,唯一分別大概係呢度的薯條較脆,但食落口都係偏鹹,薯蓉亦唔算多,食一舊薯蓉可能更開心。漢堡包有好香的芝麻味,食落口有粒粒芝麻係幾滿足既,但漢堡就唔夠脆,襯托唔起芝麻的酥香,烘多陣會吸引好多。另外底層漢堡塗上了一層薄薄的牛油,幾香口,亦唔覺得heavy. Rib eye steak就嫌肥膏實在過多,難以同牛扒分離的肥膏部分令同行女友側目,亦令筆者卻步。加上牛扒唔算厚,形狀古怪鬆散,食落口感欠奉。Tiramisu iced chocolate好香朱古力味,但亦都非常甜,所以飲左半杯都無就捨棄左。服務態度:可能我地用the entertainer買一送一關係,侍應態度非常差。落單近乎呼喝語氣,對於人多落單亂的情況亦頻頻面露

服務態度:可能我地用the entertainer買一送一關係,侍應態度非常差。落單近乎呼喝語氣,對於人多落單亂的情況亦頻頻面露不悅。
老實講以團購或優惠券進食的餐廳我地有去過,但係以惡劣態度相對的就第一次感受到,令人對法國餐廳幻夢破碎。
