今次行過Agnes b cafe，係商場中央咁明顯位，真係吸引到我嚟一探究竟👀。我揀咗經典嘅Mélanie蛋糕同Mille-feuille拿破崙，兩款蛋糕食落去口感同味道都絕妙到不得了。Mélanie嘅朱古力蛋糕超級滑溜，朱古力味夠箍，creamy得嚟完全唔膩口，仲有啲意外驚喜係加入嘅raspberry醬，轉化咗朱古力嘅richness，加埋啲啲酸酸哋嘅口感，食一啖又一啖，實在係停唔到口😋。再嚟個Mille-feuille拿破崙真係高質感滿分，層層酥脆嘅餅皮交織埋濃郁嘅榛子忌廉，既唔會過甜，又維持咗拿破崙應有嘅脆悠悠，成個口感層次分明，食落去真係有種幸福感湧上心頭。食完仲覺得意猶未盡，下次記得一定要再嚟試埋其他款喇🍰！係呢度食蛋糕，感覺就好似享受緊藝術品咁，每一款都精雕細琢，唔止賞心悅目，而且味道悠然，可以話係呢一刻嘅小確幸呀！🥳🥰🤤…Read More
