成日見好多人介紹呢間,其實都bookmark咗好耐,前幾日終於得閒嚟食下啦。夜晚黎到發現全場爆滿咁濟,好彩仲有張檯仔可以比我地坐下,唔洗白行一趟。🐮Roast Beef Topped Japanese Rice $150見差唔多每個人都黎食呢個,可能係招牌菜,於是我第一時間就揀左呢個先。賣相好靚,表面有隻蛋,牛肉好平均咁分佈喺白飯上面,仲配有Apple Ginger Sauce可以自己決定要加幾多。個人覺得個sauce比較濃味,唔洗一次過落曬,逐少逐少咁慢慢加落去會比較好。牛肉份量都唔少,有好多片。每片牛肉都唔肥,但食落滑嫩。飯比較淋身,將蛋汁同牛肉同埋白飯撈埋,食落感受到簡單嘅幸福。🍝Truffle Tagliolini $190黑松露意粉平時成日都食到,但今次都仲揀呢個嘅原因係因為見到佢寫住topped with shaved truffle,覺得比較少見,所以想試下。意粉上面嘅shaved truffle份量毫不吝嗇,原來食落嘅口感有啲似一片片嘅菜,但就有松露香嘅,都幾特別。意粉口感比較爽口,黑松露味幾濃,係好食嘅,如果可以少油啲就健康少少。🍰Tiramisu $88以tiramisu黎講,呢到嘅價錢都唔平,不過Menu上面寫呢個係Michele‘s secret recipe,講到咁威,所以點都叫黎試下。呢個tiramisu係裝喺玻璃杯入面嘅,份量唔多,但食落都夠食。 Tiramisu嘅芝士同cream口感細滑,甜度適中,咖啡味同酒味香濃,同時又唔會掩蓋芝士味,味道平衡得好好,值得一試。對我呢個窮學生黎講,呢到價錢唔算平,但佢喺呢區黎講就應該算抵,所以都見到好多外國人食。 continue reading

放工去咗蘇豪搵朋友食晚飯,佢次次都帶我食好西,今次就幫襯咗🇮🇹意大利餐廳「Acquasala」,佢話食過午餐覺得幾正,先帶我嚟食。本身我心入面第一下諗呢餐會唔會好貴呢,又中環又意大利嘢,加上我朋友平日閒閒哋都食開四五百蚊一餐🙈。幸好,餐廳定價好OK喎,大部份主菜賣$140,而前菜小食沙律嗰啲就$100樓下有交易。Scallop Carpaccio ($98),前菜我哋要咗鮮帶子刺身片,帶子排得好整齊,面頭再加啲沙律菜,賣相唔錯。調味用上柑橘汁Kumquat🍊,味道酸酸哋幾開胃,但又唔會蓋過帶子嘅鮮味。Roasted Beef Topped Japanese Rice ($150),呢個係餐廳嘅招牌菜,沒有之一,因為我見枱枱都有嗌。🐮牛肉飯造型好吸引,半熟燒牛肉片鋪滿飯面,多到一粒飯都見唔到,而最上面仲有一隻流心蛋黃🍳。底層嘅飯用上日本珍珠米,飯粒分明,軟硬適中。不過有少少挑剔嘅地方就係醬汁唔太夠撈飯,你知啦,越惹味嘅汁就越想食更多🤤,Apple Ginger蘋果薑汁甜甜哋,但又唔會重口味🍎。Rigatoni Nduja ($140),齋睇菜名我唔知係乜嚟,要靠Google大神🤣,原來係茄醬長通粉。呢道菜式好有驚喜喎,無論醬汁定通粉都處理得好好。🍝長通粉煮得好彈牙兼有嚼勁,空心嘅設計令到每啖粉都食到個醬汁,🍅蕃茄蓉配合埋香草芝士粉好好食啊。呢碟Pasta嘅味道比起所謂專門店嘅出品有過之而無不及👍。Tiramisu ($88),作為提拉米蘇專員嘅我,當然唔會錯過任何一個食Tiramisu嘅機會。意大利餐廳嘅製作果然有返咁上下水準,Tiramisu用上正宗Mascarpone Cheese,口感細滑;而手指餅就索滿汁,夠哂濕,正啊!味道方面,佢唔會太甜,☕咖啡濃度亦啱啱好,不過酒味就爭少少。由於佢好好食,所以略嫌份量比較少。總括嚟講,呢晚雖然唔係食咗好多嘢,但我相信我哋嗌嘅都係招牌菜🍽,我哋真係識揀。學阿嬌話齋,個個都嗌招牌菜,唔通個個都想嗌招牌菜咩😎。餐廳嘅酒水價錢亦好相宜,不過第日仲要返工,就無飲到。坐喺吧枱位嘅我哋,望正廚房,將廚師嘅煮食過程一覽無遺,唔知佢哋會唔會尷尬呢,哈哈。 continue reading

呢間餐廳同之前介紹個間一樣位於SOHO區嘅斜坡🤣,環境超靚,以外國店員為主,好似似去左旅行咁,chill爆🥂: -1️⃣「Roast Beef Topped Japanese Rice🥩($150)」-上枱個時廚師細心話唔好一開始就落哂所有sauce👩🏻‍🍳,(食完就知係因為個apple ginger sauce太鹹😂),薄切慢煮牛呈現好靚嘅粉紅色,唔會好嫩但好香🥩,蛋黃同醬汁包裹珍珠米好正🤪,但唔會好大驚喜🙈~ w/ apple ginger sauce and cured yolk👍🏻-2️⃣「Rigatoni ‘Nduja🍅($140)」-呢個見好多好評,食到尾都係熱辣辣🔥,蕃茄紅醬酸甜開胃🍅,Rigatoni 係有紋嘅意大利長通粉🇮🇹 ,有咬口又掛汁👅~w/ tomato and herbs🌿 -3️⃣「Gratin Tomino Cheese🧀🥖($98)」-芝士控必食!芝士超軟心,配Parma ham嘅鹹香係perfect match😚,toast好香脆~👍🏻4️⃣「Tiramisu☕️($88)」-呢個價位超進取😂💸,但真係超正😭❤️,食落creamy軟滑,唔甜,手指餅充滿香濃嘅espresso味!~ 👍🏻- continue reading
