大細眼行過此處,有happy hr ,所有酒買一送一,約星期五歡輰,無得訂枱,要walk in. 我例牌遲,到達時大家已開始,红白酒只有一種@98,,果香,dry,已正在溶解雞軟骨$58,咯咯聲,咸香,脆骨,好正雞除味;枝豆$38,外皮咸咸地,咇出玉豆,飽滿,清甜;再來烤宫崎豬腩片$38,8小片,烤香焦甜,酒肉交纏! 我揀威士忌,高大南亞男侍應(廣東話正)推介果味,但無酒味,好似飲西柚汁,第二杯揀回三得利梳打威士忌,有翻酒意趣。 來到要主餐宫崎牛肉鍋$179,點解牛肉的甜,不是肉甜,係日本豉油咸甜,因湯都係這樣味,令牛肉,無牛味,也令到其他蔬菜配料一樣味。 另一道就是炙燒北海道帶子海鲜丼$138,好正,魚子咸鮮,帶子及三文魚鲜,賣相跟相片差不多,炙燒味有但感覺不是即燒上枱,凍咗,焦香氣揮發咗些! 炸蓮藕片,廚師送,叫試菜比評語,將會推出,香脆及薄過薯片,不咸,如加南乳,會否更惹味?要杯黑啤陪陪佢,Suntory draft black,甘香甜,啤酒苦澀味,無波打酒濃,奶滑,咁就完美這裡比銅鑼灣好多日本餐廳寬敞,潔亮。 continue reading

去左呢間炙燒餐廳叫左個特上日本豚肉飯,豬肉標榜係日本入口。單品加$15就可以有湯有沙津。overall ok ge, 唔會un,同埋重點個燒汁係好塔既。d飯都係日本米粒粒分明。日本野一灌本色,味道口感無得輸,但只係分量剛剛好,唔好期望食飽。 continue reading

平日中午灣仔搵食艱難,好多食肆都要排隊等位,等咗15 分鐘先有位,都算快。月見豬腩肉丼,燒焦了的豬腩肉,肉質好淋好香口,好像是半肥瘦豬腩肉,但又吃不都肥豬肉,可能已經將肥膏燒焦咗。他們的燒汁味道極好,加上生雞蛋,撈飯食一流。大愛❤️這個一般這個芝麻黑咖喱再加芝士,味道特別,但咖喱味道唔重,唔夠辣,吉列豬扒香脆可口,有水準。總結:這間食肆主打食豚肉,食物特別,餐牌選擇多,地方簡潔,侍應服務態度良好。有機會會再幫襯。 continue reading

同朋友嚟利東待見到呢間新開嘅餐廳,主打炙燒,不論燒肉,拉麵叉燒,魚生,通通都炙燒午餐餐牌同散叫其實一樣,只係多咗個沙律同湯,所以我就散叫咗櫻花蝦叉燒拉麵($88)整體味道正常,但櫻花蝦只是額外加上的裝飾品,湯底無櫻花蝦味道,即使櫻花蝦本身味道亦唔突出,叉燒值得一讚,調味適中,肉質嫩且有肉味濃郁朋友叫嘅火炙三文魚定食($78),朋友覺得份量都幾大,三文魚亦都厚切,不錯,但炙燒部分唔明顯,表面仍然係冰凍,如果可以燒耐少少會更好 continue reading

今日在灣仔開餐,行來行去吾知食乜好,見到喜帖街一角有行日式丼飯店,一於試試。店內環境整潔舒適,枱面有冷水瓶。打開餐牌,主推丼飯,但也有冷麵、拉麵、烏冬和一些小食。餐牌第一牌的豚丼,標示為名物,當然要試吓。叫了套餐,除了飯外,還有味噌湯和沙律。豚丼來到,樣子與餐牌上圖片一樣。一直擔心豚肉乾「鞋」,怎料拿起一咬,完全沒難度,好「林」。薄薄五塊,配合個飯也剛好。肉和飯上有汁,味道剛好,不會太咸,不過如果下多些會更好味。飯相信是珍珠米,但個人覺得如果再「林」少許更好。整體來說,這豚丼是值得推介。價錢合理,$78,套餐+$15,另加一。如果男士食,份量可能略小。 continue reading
