太太生日,但由於疫情關係,晚市做到六點。唯有食晏慶祝。記得某日睇過YouTube,介紹THE ICON嘅天外天中菜廳,睇落幾吸引,一於去試試。約兩點到達,客人不多,地方景觀一流。二人叫了廚師推介午市套餐。頭盤係水晶肴片、安格斯脆腩片及青瓜雲耳。水晶肴片不過不失,腩片內軟外脆,口感不俗。青瓜雲耳味道濃烈,青瓜脆、雲耳爽,非常好。再上生拆蟹肉菜苗羹及菜膽冬菇竹笙湯。前者蟹肉非常多,味道鮮甜,水準之上。後者味道清香,加上淡淡冬菇味,亦不俗。主菜係三蔥豆豉雞球及古法蒸石斑。石斑蒸得剛剛好,非常嫩滑,配合蒸魚豉油,很好。豆豉雞球則沒有什麼特別。最後係櫻花蝦帶子蟹肉炒飯,飯粒非常乾身,沒有半點油膩感,蟹肉份量非常慷慨,加埋脆身嘅櫻花蝦,非常香口。呢碗炒飯水準非常高。最後奉上果皮紅豆沙,水準合格有餘。以食物及酒店服務來說,以每人約$500嘅價錢,加上美麗景色,這餐性價比很不俗。

很久沒去過天外天吃其中菜, 難得有機會在尖沙咀附近吃午飯, 就來這裏吃它的點心, 今次依然沒有點Set Lunch, 純粹想看看其新式而複雜的點心手功, 有沒有進步或退步. 魚子龍蝦餃是我每次也會來點的, 除了用料Luxurious外, 其海鮮味的澎湃比起其他點心無出其右; 龍蝦湯帶子酥盒是中西合璧的新派點心, 將西式的龍蝦湯放在茶壺上, 倒上去炸得酥香而沒有油膉味的帶子酥盒, 是傳統上湯炸粉果的強化版, 無論是用料的矜貴度和味道的層次上; 鵪鶉蛋燒賣在做法上和傳統的分別, 除了是將前者放入餡內而非放在餡上, 還有將蛋蒸至糖心, 蛋漿在豬肉餡上令其更鮮更黏, 膽固醇過高這問題暫時就拋諸腦後. 除了以上三款點心比較特別, 傳統的如蝦餃和腸粉也處理得不錯, 皮薄餡鮮味夠精粹, 比起香宮價錢較相宜, 再加上高層海景, 這次我還是相當滿意.

個炒飯嘅帶子同蟹肉切得比較碎,似作為點綴多啲,主要出味嘅都係靠櫻花蝦。

🥭楊枝甘露好重奶味,正正常常。

🌼桂花糕好重桂花味,食落都係正常魚膠嘅質地,我覺得桂花糕就無咩特別,唔太襯佢其他菜式。

🍪合桃酥,反而有驚喜,好香牛油味,特別係質地好酥脆

總括嚟講,係好好食嘅,值得一試!佢嘅食材都唔算係好貴價嘅食材,但每一道菜都係食緊廚師嘅功夫同配搭🤤

為慶祝先生生日,今午一家三口到天外天。每次到Hotel Icon 都是到The Market 食自助餐。對Hotel Icon 的食物水準有信心。但今日到天外天,無論食物質素,服務及衛生環境也欠佳。絕對不會再去。我們叫了午市套餐,有點心、小菜,伊麵及甜品,$298每位。食物沒特色,有點咸及好像下了味精😣。份量很少,小菜份量只有平日的六分一😞。希望安排蛋糕為先生慶生,但侍應也沒誠意安排,最終放棄了☹️☹️在環境衛生方面,希望天外天小心分開收回的剩餘食物碗筷及準備上菜的新鮮食物,以免污染食物。

有個中長髮及肩既女waitress服務態度好,有道菜灌湯餃好耐無上菜,她有解釋下因為係即叫即做,而且會幫一路跟單。來這間店主要係沖住海景坐位而黎,不過太遲來,坐唔到靠近海景位。點心質素其實生煎包牙,春卷牙都夠熱,口感夠脆又唔錯不過覺得有個類似鼓油皇炒麵就好一般,總體黎講開頭仲覺得叫得太少野食,但最後我地一行3個人食都食到好飽。環境都幾安靜,目測其他枱既客人講野好細聲,個氣氛好安靜好岩d商務傾生意所以就睇下你鐘唔鐘意安靜啦,而我自己就覺得會拘謹左。

環境都幾安靜,目測其他枱既客人講野好細聲,個氣氛好安靜好岩d商務傾生意所以就睇下你鐘唔鐘意安靜啦,而我自己就覺得會拘謹左。

餐廳的服務很好,職員態度殷切, 亦會細心為顧客介紹唔同嘅菜式,同大概份量以供參考。碰巧餐廳剛推出秋季新菜式,菜式新穎,清新可口。 食物整體而言,唔會感覺太油膩,太滯。長腳蟹肉丸伴香芒柚子沙律芒果併柚子做沙律好夾。 蟹肉丸脆口彈牙,帶有淡淡蟹肉香味, 加上芒果柚子沙律一起吃,感覺清新, 係一個唔錯嘅開胃菜。無花果鮮淮山炒黃牛耳無花果入饌,感覺清新美味。 和牛本身味香,鬆軟,再加上新鮮淮山一起炒, 整體感覺唔會覺太heavy。港式片皮鴨皮脆,但整體而言,唔算太有驚喜。荷香豉味雪魚蒸釀豆腐鱈魚豆腐本身淡口,加上豉汁,即刻變得清淡得嚟又惹味。金盞玉如意由多款素菜菌類合併嚟炒,係一道健康清淡嘅菜式。

蟹肉都係食唔到鮮甜,入面有啲一舊舊既蟹肉唔知撈埋啲咩,好散收收既食落。
其實唔明點解會無鮮味,係街市是但買啲海蟹蒸熟拆肉都鮮味架。
