受到港遊玩的台灣好友邀約,到尖東的天外天中菜見面吃個晚飯,由於她住於這酒店,所以可以點比較實惠的品味香港菜單。各選了一款菜單,可以比較一下。每人有幾款前菜小食,個人比較喜歡的有:香芒帶子沙律及蜜汁叉燒,帶子夠厚實新鮮,配上沙律醬也充滿中式味道;叉燒烤得脆邊,蜜汁也很清甜。湯品則是燉竹笙及南瓜羹,燉竹笙的高湯濃厚,配料也煮得盡吸湯汁精華,相得益彰;南瓜羹則有松露香氣,清香幼滑。主菜的古法蒸斑件蒸煮時間做得剛好,魚鮮十足;鳳梨咕嚕肉肉塊炸得香脆,甜酸醬汁也很到位。炒飯、甜品也吃得出師傅功架,令人很滿足!

印象中這間中餐廳很難訂枱,所以經常遺忘了它的存在,直至最近有訂枱網經常出现它的名字便試下訂枱吧!不知是否社會事件拖累下,只得幾枱客,侍應也很殷勤招待,自己習惯去到一些級數較高嘅中菜廳就一定要試下他們湯頭,是否味精湯底,如果係靠味精的就早些拜拜,不要浪费金錢;先點了個蟹肉燕窩茸灌湯餃,感覺大厨有用心機去調教這個味道,餡料有松茸,理應湯頭吾應該搶去松茸香味,可惜松茸太少了,揭開蓋一點香氣都嗅不到,不如菜名吾好加上松茸好過,還有一點就是個湯吾夠熱,是暖的,係放了久没人跟單還是什么原因就不得而知了;叉燒包餡料十足,拿出來熱烘烘的叫了個芥茉M6和牛,吾冧有點韌還要有渣,早知食蝦好過;甜品就叫個馬拉糕,未至于好軟熟,都好好味。望住這個景補償一下心靈吧會不會再來,随緣。

早前喺openrice搵食咁啱見到天外天做85折,即刻嗱嗱聲訂枱同屋企人飲茶啦,餐廳都好好,安排到海景位一行四人我點得太多嘢啦,瑤柱蟹肉灌湯餃同黑椒火鴨生煎包係我推介嘅,灌湯餃夠多蟹肉湯又甜,生煎包夠黑椒味我鍾意🤤而阿姨好鍾意肉鬆臘味蘿蔔糕,話佢外脆內軟,我就負責食哂啲肉鬆😂阿媽就鍾意個蜆蚧炸鯪魚球,我本人唔係好鍾意食鯪魚球都覺得係幾好食嘅,夠彈牙。不過呢度啲湯麵只係一人份咁細碗,所以我今次選擇咗叫哂點心唔叫麵填肚啦😌

Splendid view up at the 28th of Hotel Icon.The signature Peking Duck is a disaster. Seriously the portion was a bit small for a one whole duck. The taste of the meat was not juicy nor charcoal, it was just dry and plain.Other matters were so far so good, nothing really special and impressive. Only the fried fish fillets was nice. Hence, all the premium went to the classy settings, if you're looking for good Chinese food, this is not a first priority.

Other matters were so far so good, nothing really special and impressive. Only the fried fish fillets was nice.

Hence, all the premium went to the classy settings, if you're looking for good Chinese food, this is not a first priority.

超水準,有誠意。用上小小的鵪春蛋,單係去殼已經麻煩,難得蛋白光滑無崩,而且內裡仲係流心,以蒸點黎講時間火候非常到家!豬肉調味恰到好處,肉質彈牙,值得推薦。

鮮奶撻:
好奇怪,鮮奶無味似水,甜味也輕薄,撻皮也唔甜,朋友話食到咸味,微甜配咸/輕甜感覺奇怪,唔好試。

不錯,但不算特別

屬於中式fine dining,甫進餐廳感覺很高級,坐的位置也很理想,一張圓枱倚靠維港美景,等待朋友之際細看餐牌,價錢屬中高,但坐下一段時間都未見有侍應上前招待。齊人了,等開茶、點菜又等了好一段時間,不知是否酒店業真的在節流,只見一位侍應來來回回,不斷走動,還要負責「片皮鴨」片皮,人手緊絀問題可想而知。這裏的叉燒很驚喜,我們還encore點了兩碟、片皮鴨一般,面粉皮很厚、蟹肉羹還可以,個人認為素鵝較片皮鴨出色。

男朋友預定了Hotel Icon 28樓的天外天餐廳幫我慶祝生日,我地Order左佢最出名的扁皮鴨套餐。窗邊位數果唔多,以4人枱位主,我地訂位的時候,已經full booking。一坐低,有侍應問我地飲咩茶茶方面,我地叫左一壺 碧螺春。 茶味清香,唔錯。之後侍應就送上一碟琥珀合桃。合桃幾香口,新鮮,帶有少少蜜糖的甜味。 頭盤的3款食物都唔錯。青瓜同海蜇頭非常爽脆,但味道就較為清淡;而個安格斯脆腩片,塊肉外層煎香左,中間的肉較軟,可能凍左,味道一般 ;個鮑魚撻好鬆化,配埋鮑汁,幾好食 到主菜,呢度係半隻鴨的份量,切開大約有9件左右,而麵皮同鴨件的數量都係一樣。個鴨非常香肉味,鮮嫩軟林,不愧係主打菜;但就略嫌少左肉汁。唔知係咪港式的做法關係,個鴨皮比較軟林,切得都比較厚身,比較難包,太大塊。整體可以,好飽肚! 個蟹肉菜苗羹好足料,好多蟹肉,味道清淡一點,但可以消一消頭先扁皮鴨的油膩感。 個櫻花蝦帶子炒飯非常香口,唔算好油。雖然好飽,但佢會令你食完一啖又一啖 呢個乾燒蝦球非常彈牙,而且好大粒。唯一的問題是個汁。佢
