Recently, I dined at Abbraccio in North Point, and it was a memorable experience. Let's start with the soup. We ordered the tomato soup, and it was an absolute winner. The moment it was served, the rich, appetizing aroma of fresh tomatoes filled the air. One sip, and I was in love. It had that perfect balance of sweetness from the tomatoes and a hint of acidity that made it so refreshing. The texture was smooth and creamy, without being too heavy. It was the ideal starter, warming up my palate and building anticipation for the rest of the meal. The Gamberi was a treat for the seafood lovers. The prawns were cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. They were likely seasoned with just the right amount of herbs and spices, which enhanced their natural taste without overpowering them. Each bite was a celebration of the ocean's bounty. The Polpettoni Pasta was another highlight. The meatballs were succulent and full of flavor, nestled in a delicious sauce that clung perfectly to the pasta. The pasta itself was al dente, just the way I like it. It was evident that care was taken in preparing this dish, from the quality of the ingredients to the skillful cooking. To end our meal on a sweet note, we had two scoops of ice cream. It was a simple yet satisfying dessert. The creaminess of the ice cream provided a nice contrast to the more savory dishes we'd had before. The service at Abbraccio was also commendable. Our server, Alvin, was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

老細突然話帶我去食好嘢,原來係一間主打pizza嘅店(佢飛佛🍕),仲要一店兩舖,隔離就係佢哋嘅扒房,佢話今次先🍕下次一定要試埋🥩! 餐湯同麵包已經有驚喜🥣個蕃茄湯一入口係酸嘅,但越飲越香,質地好creamy,唔係一般罐頭湯嘅感覺。🥖酸種麵包外皮乾,但內裡好煙靭,咬落去有質感,點湯食一流。 🥗沙律唔hea做叫咗個雞胸肉沙律,估唔到雞胸可以咁嫩滑,一啲都唔鞋口,仲好juicy。火箭菜嘅獨特香味好出,油醋汁濃得嚟帶甜,仲有洋蔥絲同蘿蔔絲增加口感,成個配搭好平衡。 🥩西冷扒有炭香 老細叫咗個西冷(250g),medium熟度,一上枱就聞到陣炭燒香味。切開見到粉紅色嘅肉,燒得啱啱好,肉質超juicy,完全唔乾,水準之上。 🍕自家製安格斯牛肉丸pizza個pizza餅底厚薄適中,唔會太厚或者太薄,咬落去好有口感。自家製番茄醬汁底好開胃,芝士份量足,拉絲效果滿分。手打牛肉丸好有牛味,唔會死鹹,整體配搭好正。 🍹飲品都唔馬虎勁抵!!🥰$140for 2,叫咗杯Bay breeze:vodka底加上橙汁同小紅莓汁,清新得嚟帶少少酒香,好啱配pizza。另外仲叫咗杯fruit punch,甜度適中,唔會假甜。 🥩🍖隔離扒房好吸引 食完走先發現隔離就係佢哋嘅扒房,仲有大量熟成牛,有唔同部位嘅扒可以揀,睇嚟下次要專程過嚟試吓佢哋嘅牛扒! 成餐飯每一道菜都高質,完全冇伏,老細今次真係帶咗我去咗間好嘢!🤭🤭😍👍🏻
