I’m pleasantly surprised by the high quality food/service, and the reasonable price tag given it’s location and sea view. They serve japanese French cuisine made of seasonal ingredients from Japan. Beautiful presentation with their desserts made by ete, a very well know dessert brand in Tokyo. We love all the dishes and especially the warm salad with poached oyster and the fish dish. Their lunch came with 3 options, $290/$580/$880. We ordered the $580 menu and added $120 for the signature mango dessert by ete. Highly recommend this restaurant and we’ll be back again! continue reading

本身好期待呢餐日式法國菜,但係由打電話book台到食完感覺都麻麻地,而且lunch都唔平,要880加一。感覺不外如是,早知去返酒店lunch, 原因如下: 聽電話的職員感覺好唔專業,講左姓名最後又問多兩次本人姓咩⋯⋯而且聽漏曬啲野。去到坐低由頭到尾無人比過menu我睇,我連價錢都唔知,男職員只問我揀5個定8個course, 我答左之後就上菜。餐廳啲位都好闊好舒服,但當日太曬,我話好曬職員答:等一下,曬一陣就無架喇。我無奈樣然後自己坐去另一張凳。女職員有點不滿咁幫我重新擺餐具。問佢拎tissue, 問左兩次都唔記得。仲比我見到有個男職員係bar台位面對住客人自己試酒⋯其實話曬都高級餐廳,點解職員好像無training的普通餐廳侍應,同酒店的完全無得比。本人覺得收得呢個價又自稱fine dining, 最起碼都train下員工。講返食物,質素唔差但心情影響了小小味覺。頭盤三點個海膽都算新鮮,但同日本比真心有距離。之後個日本蠔非常美味,一啖食曬!個湯濃味得黎但係個清湯咁既樣,好好味。最好食係個烤魚,塊皮同魚鱗煎到薯片咁脆,好想食多一份。和牛都很不錯,但沒有入口即溶的口感。海鮮雜繪就一般般,因為我唔食雞,係師傅特別整比我食既。之前職員係訂位時介紹左好多次佢個signature mango cake, 電話中好像逼人食咁,講到非常特別唔食就錯過,好啦我加左$120去食個cake. 最後!啲芒果又無味又唔甜,有幾片酸,好失望,早知食返跟set甜品。呢個價錢我寧願去隔離半島basement 食法國菜。最後成餐飯食左3個鐘,感受到日本師傅的用心,如果其他員工都有進步就更加可以稱得上是fine dining, 這間就名過其實了。 continue reading

久仰日式法國料理過江龍 a nu retrouvez-vous 大名,週五剛好是和太太的慶祝日,便約她到這裏午餐。這裏有三個Menu選擇,分別是三道菜的Express Menu和五或七道菜的Full Course。如果比較趕時間,可能要選三道菜,因為大約一小時完成,其他兩個選擇則需要兩個小時多一點。日式簡約風格的設計枱椅,配上維港景色,裝修景觀俱可說一流,感覺亦十分舒服。日本總店貴為米芝蓮一星,並以集懷石料理和法國菜精髓而聞名。這裏的菜式,尤其是前菜的外觀擺盤也不負眾望地非常優雅精緻,個人最喜歡是生蠔和金鯛魚,味道就如餐廳名字的意思 - Just as it is 一樣,精細調味下依然保留食材的原本鮮味。因為太太不吃牛,所以我們主菜分別是 Wagyu Cheek和Iberico Pork。兩道菜味道都十分出色,我個人更偏好牛面頰,很多時就算是出色的餐廳,牛類主菜也很難令人留下深刻印象。但是這裏的牛面頰調味出色不在話下,真的是十分嫩滑卻不失牛肉的質感,非常好吃。壓軸戲肉當然是這裏的Signature玫瑰芒果蛋糕,瑰麗外表不在話下,味道亦十分出色。芒果酸甜合度,配上軟滑法式忌廉除餅,可說是一道完美的甜品,為這慶祝午餐畫上完美句號。 continue reading

à nu retrouvez-vous是來自東京的新派法日料理,2011年起連續七年獲🌟米芝蓮一星🌟殊榮,2017年來港時是海外第一家分店。1️⃣ Amuse Bouche (Veal loin with tuna sauce , Coconut and green beans jelly with beef consommé,Hokkaido Uni with Katsuo jelly)Deep fried Spaach root with chopped black truffle and artichoke purée三款唯一比較突出便是那個北海道海膽配真鯛魚啫喱,皆因海膽夠鮮甜美味😝。Fillet Wagyu with green pepper sauceA4和牛配上炸牛蒡及青椒汁,和牛肉香嫩多汁十分軟腍🤩,這個部位的肉質本來這不會太肥太膩,配上濃郁青椒汁更添惹味👅。2️⃣ Iwate oyster served with ponzu jelly and seasonal vegetables蠔肉鮮甜富海水味,與ponzu jelly一起吃更提升鮮味及清新度,不錯。👌🏻3️⃣ Foie Gras and Daikon with Perigord sauce and Yuze sake foam鵝肝煎得香氣四溢,油脂豐脥🤤。配上柚子清酒泡泡中和膩氣👍🏻。4️⃣ Ayoika (Squid) with butter sauce and black truffle 魷魚爽彈鮮嫩,加上新鮮黑松露令菜式更為精緻😍。5️⃣ Kue(Japanese groupa) served with beurre blanc sauce 煎香了的日本石斑魚肉質鮮嫩,淋上濃厚芬芳的beurre blanc sauce,這個sauce與海鮮配搭就最適合不過✔️!6️⃣ Fillet Wagyu with green pepper sauceA4和牛配上炸牛蒡及青椒汁,和牛肉香嫩多汁十分軟腍🤩,這個部位的肉質本來這不會太肥太膩,配上濃郁青椒汁更添惹味👅。7️⃣ Été dessert mango rose with diploma cream and sable cookies在東京大熱的人氣甜品店Fleur d’ été純手工製作每個$800起的法式甜品,每天產量有限,預訂需等3個月以上😱,來這裡晚餐不用等加一點錢便可吃到。以一片片新鮮宮崎芒果拼砌成精緻玫瑰花形狀,餅底、忌廉均無添加防腐劑,芒果清甜軟熟,襯上軟滑法式忌廉及脆餅雖是不錯,但可能我期望過高卻沒有任何wow factor😭。📝整頓飯並沒有任何驚喜之作,水準合格但對我來說,拜訪一次便夠。 continue reading

尖沙咀海洋大廈 OTE 嗰邊越來越多好嘢食,首先係環境一流,每間餐廳皆可飽覽無敵維港景,再加上穿插不斷的小輪及偶而碰上的遊輪,無論日與夜的景緻真的優美,不要說近日更有聖誕燈飾! 地下至三樓的新派中西餐廳早已見識過,留下難忘印象,今日尋幽探秘,發現4樓更是臥虎藏龍,神神秘秘躲在停車場出入口旁,有家閉門的 ete 甜點店及門面隱蔽的法日料理店 à nu retrouvez-vous,後者在東京的本店,連續六年獲得米之蓮一星之殊榮,來頭真不少! 寧靜型格的門面,有點非誠勿擾之感,進店如走入隧道,出口見光明,郵輪就泊在旁,藍天白雲,繡布窗簾下,非常渡假的感覺!今天正是我的假期呢! 如此氣氛,怎可不先來一杯香檳慶賀,餐廳自動送上。Copenhagen Sparking Tea 未嚐先嗅到濃濃的芬芳,媲美香水,看清楚,原來這是一支泡泡茶 sparking tea,英國及瑞典硏發成功的市場新產品,利用熱壓及冷壓技術,泡出三款花茶之香氣,極之宜神美妙,令我一試愛上! 餐廳本身佈置優雅,一絲不苟,實木設計師桌子,抽象的銅製畫像,就是筷子刀叉都是自己品牌。$580 五道菜的午餐,充滿驚喜。 餐前麵包 賣相討好,熱辣辣的、寧捨不同,配備紫菜牛油及忌廉醬相當特別。 餐前小吃三款 起初以為開孔的白色小碟只是設計,原來有實際用途,三款餐前小吃,底端是支圓柱,客人可以隨意插在碟上之洞孔內,做出不同的擺盤,真是有趣富心思! 小吃三小碗連同前菜,拼成非常漂亮的圖畫,味蕾未動,視覺已經大享受! 餐前小吃天天不同,以時令新鮮為主,今天有北海道毛蟹薯餅配番茄醬,鰤魚配三文魚子,椰子青豆泡沫配牛肉清湯啫喱。 依照小砵顏色作次序,由淺至深,先吃的毛蟹薯餅炸得好,味道豐富又實在,尤其配上酸甜番茄醬,口感對比討好,我認為是最好不過的配搭。 接下來的刺身鮮甜,啫喱輕盈可口,組合特別。 前菜:炸日本蓮藕根配風乾火腿 我亦非常欣賞這個如迷你花叢的前菜,插入的金菇看來非常有跳躍的動感。 炸過的日本蓮藕一點也不膩,質感堅挺;風乾火腿向來配多士、沙律、蜜瓜或釀入丸子,今次配炸蓮藕及法式磨菇醬的組合亦夾,別富新鮮感,味道不錯。 香煎甘鯛魚 窩心地原個陶瓷煲上菜,確保魚溫。 甘鯛魚打扮得有色彩,煎得香,肉嫩滑,配法式雜菌酸汁添潤澤,輕酸提味。 法國黑腳雞配阿爾比費拉汁 慢煮雞胸,選用來自法國的黑腳雞,起初還擔心會嚡,想不到香嫩有雞味,配上帶果甜杏桃汁,非常滋味! été芒果玫瑰花(加$80升級) 最後的甜品,出場嘩然,新鮮芒果卷成玫瑰花般漂亮,清晰的花瓣層疊交錯而又沒有弄破,可見細緻的手工! 玫瑰花下有輕輕的忌廉,令整個蛋糕吃起來可口但一點也不滯膩,非常適合我們愛吃甜、但不願胖的一族,無懈可擊! 透明碟子值得一提,裡面藏着水滴造型精緻,令甜點的賣相昇華。 最後的咖啡茶也不麻呼,共九款日本及西茶的選擇,一般餐廳少有提供熟成煎茶及玉露之選擇。 不愧為東京米芝蓮星級日法料理店的姊妹餐廳,從踏進餐廳開始,已令我覺得自己品味提升,每個細節皆兼顧到,特別欣賞餐前小吃先來少少互動,簡單的為自己食物擺盤,好玩醒神,提醒我要認真品嚐接下來的美食,食物造型非常漂亮,味道恰到好處,期待的甜品亦沒有令人失望,欣賞芒果卷成玫瑰花瓣的手工及吃起來一點都不膩,最有驚喜是認識了新出的 sparkling tea,增長市場新產品知識。 七百幾蚊的午餐,閒坐兩個幾鐘,物有所值! continue reading
