要數到浪漫海景晚餐地點呢一間真係當之無愧嘅隱世高級法國餐廳除咗食物質素非常之高服務認真貼心之外呢度嘅無敵大海景亦都係一大賣點餐廳環境清靜有格調燈光偏暗營造浪漫效果晚市套餐價格中等唔算太貴而且食材都幾優質今次就分別試咗兩款肉類菜式頭盤有18個月黑毛豬風乾火腿伴哈蜜瓜配咗黑醋汁味道好開胃哈密瓜清甜 襯托左風乾火腿既鹹香是日前菜另一款係磯煮鮑魚唔講唔知 原來餐廳係日法fusion 鮑魚爽口彈牙 入口好香配左蘋果蓉同南瓜蓉感覺好清新蟹肉龍蝦濃湯同埋鮮蠔忌廉湯兩款味道都鮮味突出龍蝦湯有超多蟹肉 極大嘅滿足鮮蠔忌廉湯亦都極具特色到咗主菜 係烤西班牙雪花黑毛豬配蘋果黑醋汁 $498真係一道非常出色嘅菜式首先賣相非常精美黑毛豬煮至七成熟 保持到豬肉嘅鮮嫩度厚度非常適中能夠有效鎖住肉汁每一口都係享受 肉味超級香!扒澳洲M5和牛肉眼扒配紅酒汁 $628和牛充滿油脂 入口甘香無比肉質亦都非常鮮嫩 絕對係上品紅酒汁經過師傅調配 同牛扒味道非常配合更加突顯到肉味 配菜亦都非常多選擇睇得出師傅嘅心思而且牛扒香烤過後有濃濃既炭香味真係令人意猶未盡 最後以精美嘅榛子慕絲蛋糕作結 蛋糕比我想像中冇咁甜 所以唔會感覺太膩去咗酸酸地嘅雜莓 清新又恰到好處絕對係令人非常難忘嘅晚餐! continue reading

早前來到天后的a la umai吃高質法國菜,這裏環境舒適,而且還可以遠眺維港景色。 set dinner menu價錢由$498-$628不等~ 有齊starter, appetizer, soup, main course, dessert。每道course也很有心思,味道也不俗。 Starter-黑毛豬風乾火腿伴哈密瓜餐包Appetizer- 是日的appetizer是香煎北海道帶子。 這道course甚有驚喜!每人有3大隻帶子,帶子新鮮又鮮甜,煎到表面微脆,撒上黑椒調味。 最滿意的還有帶子下的蘋果蓉,酸甜開胃,而且和帶子的味道很夾。Soup- 蟹肉龍蝦濃湯🍲 入口creamy而且龍蝦的鮮味十分濃而且突出,正!! Main Course- 我選了烤西班牙雪花黑毛豬配蘋果黑醋汁。黑毛豬扒很大份,而且比較厚肉。 入面的肉質都算鮮嫩,而且充滿肉汁,配上蘋果黑醋汁,可平衡油膩感。Main Course- 另一個主菜我們則選了1/2波士頓龍蝦黑鱈魚配蟹肉忌廉汁。 龍蝦鮮甜之餘啖啖肉,很滿足呢。而且 黑鱈魚煎得外脆內嫩,魚肉又滑,配上蟹肉忌廉汁味道更加豐富。 Dessert- Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse。 雖然外幣睇落平平無奇,但味道的確很不錯呢!mousse的口感很幼滑,有很香濃的Hazelnut味,配上特濃朱古力,整體甜度也不會太高。整體來説,這間法國餐廳的食物水準挺高,又有無敵景色,很適合情侶前來呢。 continue reading

坐落於天后既A La Umai個名已經好有法國風不過最吸引我都係佢OPENRICE入面既風景相能夠係咁既環境之下食頓大餐真係又滿足視覺又滿足味蕾 如果大家想要最佳景觀一定要BOOK位既時間講埋!!我地就係冇講, 原本餐廳話今日個窗口位已經FULL哂好彩有位食客甩底所以我地就可以坐上窗口位置超級LUCKY同埋多謝餐廳既安排!! 因為夠哂高, 個景真係好開揚, 好有心動既感覺夜景應該會更靚 我地點左兩個餐佢係一個半自助餐既午餐我就叫左安格斯肉眼伴大蝦配洋紫蘇紅酒汁 製作需時, 所以我要點完就馬上去自助吧先拿點前菜吃 自助吧不算大, 但是全部食物都係好吸引!!前菜既種類多不勝數, 有湯有生果有沙律有不同製法的雞蛋連PANMAHAM都有!! 還有蜜瓜伴碟這是我見過最豐富的自助吧 終於等到主菜上場淨係講個擺碟已經係滿分!!牛扒係7成熟, 入面大約5成熟向來吃法國餐都係重質不重量很香既牛味而且無論食材或是餐具都是頂級的 無論食物或是環境都是一級的享受感覺我地更上了天台拍了不少照片哈哈真的是一個不錯的體驗期待下次來的夜景又是一個什麼樣的體驗呢 continue reading

今日同家姐去咗銅鑼灣行街,因為我哋好早就出咗去,鋪頭都未開門所以就去食個晏先!上OpenRice搵咗好耐,搵到有間又有景睇落又好似好好食嘅餐廳,就跟着地圖去搵食啦!上到去頂樓一行入餐廳就會俾個風景震懾一下🤤因為係好靚嘅海景,見到會展個頭!同埋仲見到自助吧😍立下眼已經見到有好多想食嘅嘢!坐低之後店員俾左杯水,放低左個Menu俾我哋睇,我哋揀咗一份帶子意大利粉同埋一份安格斯肉眼扒拼大蝦。跟住就去咗自助吧揀嘢食啦!依個價錢有埋呢個自助吧真係覺得好驚喜👍🏻👍🏻因為淨係自助吧嘅食物已經回晒本,我哋頭一round攞左凍湯同埋雜菌熱湯,另外攞咗沙律、班尼尼、生果、芝士同埋巴拿馬火腿!每一樣食物都好高質👏🏻尤其凍湯,因為好少餐廳會做凍湯,佢個粟米味好濃郁好香,另一個雜菌湯都做得好好👍🏻👍🏻超級濃郁嘅菌類味道散發出黎🤤周圍嘅人都大讚個湯,簡直無得輸。食到7788嘅時候,店員好細心咁問我地係咪可以上主菜,我哋食到有兩分飽所以都急不及待上主菜試吓係咪都咁好味!先來個肉眼扒配配大蝦,我哋叫咗七成熟切開出嚟真係啱啱好仲係粉紅色,入口好嫩滑,大蝦亦都煎得啱啱好肉質彈牙,估唔到連啲伴碟例如薯仔紅蘿蔔都好好味😜完全係用心做過嘅!跟住就到煎珍寶帶子松露意大利飯,一上枱就聞到好香嘅松露味,忍唔住即刻要試,帶子煎得啱啱好,好香中間唔會熟晒,非常之好味鮮甜!真係估唔到呢個lunch令人咁意想不到嘅滿意!途中店主就講到原來呢間餐廳都開咗10年👏🏻但係就近日先開始搞半自助午餐!我哋真係有口福啦咁岩遇到♥😜食飽飽之後準備買單,店員好好提醒我哋仲可以上去天台度睇睇風景影影靚相🏞於是乎我哋就上咗去,雖然嗰日有啲雲但係都無阻呢個靚風景收入眼簾,我哋都影咗15分鐘嘅相😂哈哈!呢個午餐真係令到我哋全日都好開心仲不斷回味好想快啲再去食啊!! continue reading
