To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 3月18日揾食肥華同靚媽,行完維園花展,便順道到銅鑼灣,呢間有米芝蓮星,光環照住嘅酒楼,食午饍,有米芝蓮車胎人,加持嘅效應下,此店非常旺埸有九成入座率,而此店各員工,對肥華及靚媽呢對稀客都服務週到,彬彬有禮,若果米芝蓮車胎人啲星,喺頒贈俾比店嘅,楼面前綫,服務員工,揾食肥華絕無異意。至於食品方面,肥華今餐除咗對,嗰味豉油皇鵝腸,感到滿意之外,其他嘅,䓤銀絲生蠔煲,啲蠔唔夠生鮮個芡汁似䊢糊,燒鵝飯碗飯夠唔淋口,啱肥華口味,但主角燒鵝,皮唔脆肉唔厚又淡口,兩個食品都係失敗之作,而個所謂雞絲粉卷,外層粉皮,又厚又嚡内祗見到, 一舊舊雞肉和配料,未見到有任何絲狀物體,咁嘅質素,鷄絲粉卷,更加喺,失敗中嘅失敗,所以此店得到米芝蓮星,應該喺憑,員工待客之道,並非;此店之食品! continue reading

老婆之前要趕Project, 所以晚餐的時間也很晏, 要在港島區晚上10時找到還有營業的晚餐, 還是不容易, 所以營業到深宵的太湖海鮮城是我的選擇, 而且經過我的介紹後, 老婆也不會抗拒. 晚巿孖寳的龍蝦份量不少, 是來自西澳的, 肉爽厚實夠件頭, 以芝士計處理, 和一般不同的的是色水更黃, 芝士味更濃, 配以底面也煎脆的米粉, 比伊麵更脆更健康. 除了海鮮之外, 它也有幾道撚手水菜, 除了之前介紹過的芝麻雞外, 也有這道三弄回味牛肉, 其實就是炆牛肋條, 以甜酸醋汁處理, 牛味更突出之餘也會更腍, 只是有點煮過頭, 肉質有點韌. 二百多元價錢來說, 定價依然相當有競爭力. continue reading

一家去了很多年的酒家,歷史悠久。海鮮小菜長期保持一貫的平穩高水平,而且價錢合理。本人喜歡海鮮,特別推介龍蝦伊面、三弄回味牛肉、金湯蟹皇翅、清蒸魚。特別季節必食清蒸長腳蟹。這里可說是與家人或朋友聚餐的好地方。在疫情期間都會買外賣,小炒都很實際。他們每年都在米芝連推介餐廳之列。員工這麼多年來都保持非常良好的服務態度。今年於周五六日或節日都非常旺,非常有港式酒樓的傳統氣氛。很多旅客都慕名而來,建議提前訂座。 continue reading
