To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依年幾黎過3次,每次都keep到水準,除左好食,環境都坐得舒服,假日晚餐時間7點左右walk in到食完8點左右都無人排隊,我覺得係有點貴,不過耐唔耐一次半次都ok,食好東西心情都會開心啲👍🏻👍🏻基本上我同男朋友黎親都係叫二人餐,$838兩位連茶水加一埋單$977。當中既和牛buff同埋一口牛係我最鍾意,個buff好鬆軟,和牛味道一流,配搭非常好,好開胃,另外一口牛配wasabi都幾得意,牛肉好軟屬,口感非常好。個二人餐係好夠飽,反而食剩左🥹😵‍💫如果茄子少緊幾條再平啲就perfect,茶水會keep住幫你加,員工們又好nice,好好既用餐體驗♥️ continue reading

今日夥計就嚟到呢間歎返個Dim Sum Set,畀我講,每樣野食得都特別嘅滿足感!首先嘅擔擔湯包,一啖咬落去就係湯汁四溢,個濃濃嘅花生味伴隨微微辣意,真係過癮!再嚟個黑松露蝦餃,個皮薄得嚟,彈性又足,每一啖都有松露嘅香氣夾帶鮮蝦嘅彈牙,嗲呀!噏到珍珠太子餃,真係得意,望落好繽紛,咬開一嚐,直頭係鮮甜滋味喺口腔散開。接住試哂脆炸酥點心,黑椒和牛酥同椒蜆蜂巢芋角,兩者都保持到外脆內軟嘅口感,黑椒嗆鼻,和牛唔俗,芋頭入面又軟又唔膩,個人真係超愛。嚟緊嘅,係茶樹菇醬蘆筍炒日本元貝同石燒大澳燒蝦醬唐生菜,茶樹菇同元貝有種自然而然嘅鮮味,嗲到噴火,唔夠班?唐生菜食落又脆又入味,蝦醬嘅香濃令人回味。當然,少唔得嘅就係我揀咗嘅鹹魚帶子炒飯,又香又炒得金黃爽口,每一粒飯都獨立分明,唔得嘅!最後幕收腰果奶凍,又滑又冰凉,甜度啱啱好,收尾都完美。話唔多講,今日嘅饗宴,真係由頭飯到尾甜,都係咁嘅正!系一個『靚仔』過程!🍽️🥢👍 continue reading
