朋夏推薦沙嗲湯底,於是點左沙嗲拼清湯,同單點沙嗲一樣價錢,清湯入面有兩件粟米、蘿蔔、牛骨,好清架,冇乜味,不過粟米勁甜,蘿蔔又係,完全無渣。沙嗲湯底值得一讚,果然冇介紹錯

牛朴肉係今晚點嘅比較瘦,肉質有嚼勁,都有肉香。而美國肩胛翼板就比較似係平時打邊爐嘅牛肉,脂肪好平均,肉亦都好嫩。
另外仲點左牛駝峰,呢隻肉幾正,有少少脂肪,但都仲係好嫩
最後食埋脖仁,脖仁係較稀有部位,所以價錢貴D,但都值嘅。

能夠吃到多種不同類型的牛肉,而且每一種也好吃,真的很開心很過癮,特別是店家附有牛肉汁,用來代替醬油,更加提升牛肉的味道。很是貼心。



開開心心的牛肉晚餐,令人難忘。淥一淥,再淥一淥,真的欲罷不能。我又上癮了。
