牛上肋:油脂分佈好平均,好軟好有牛味
安格斯橫隔肌:少油脂都柔軟
西班牙雪花胸肋:偏向多油脂,但淥完就唔油膩
澳洲和牛內裙肉
澳洲五花趾
美國天然肩胛翼板:正常打邊爐牛肉
牛鴕峰:最濃牛味但質感偏鞋


除左牛之外,都有其他配料嗌既,例如水魷、手打墨魚滑。我個人覺得無咩特別,所以屋企打邊爐的話可以自己配其他野。

麻辣湯底,様似足重慶大紅鍋,其實係正宗內地麻辣鍋味,辣度對香港人來講也不算太辣!口味也幾重,唔錯啊!牛胸爽,一塊塊奶白色的牛胸爽,食落非常爽脆,入口溶化,牛油味超重,好好味。其實牛胸爽是牛胸部位的兩排肋骨中間的肉,肉質爽口而不油膩,非常喜愛食。手切本地鮮牛頸脊,鮮牛塊,厚切,一塊一塊放落碟內幾靚,肉質帶鮮牛味,牛羔味重,尺寸大細合適。手打墨魚丸,墨魚鮮肉造,手打形式出品,肉質Q彈,丸內有墨魚肉粒,囗感不錯。手打牛丸,鮮甜美咪,彈牙爽口,新鮮肉味。

今日有幸黎到616一嘗牛肉火鍋。聽說這裡有很多不同牛肉的部位可食,於是趕快叫牛。呢度醬汁自取,有一般醬汁外,還有自製牛肉汁。黎到呢度,當然要試試牛雜湯底,但貪心的我們當然黎一個鴛鴦湯底(沙嗲加牛雜)。呢度用ipab點餐都幾方便,自行點餐最好,可以減少不必要既誤會。牛既種類太多。有黃喉胸膀牛心牛舌橫隔膜吊龍伴封門柳牛坑爪等等。但最特別係有自家啤酒,原漿啤酒(水,啤酒花,酵母,麥)。只用最簡單的味道配搭火鍋,實在一流。個人認為如果牛迷一定好喜歡。因為各部位都可一嘗。建議沙爹一定要叫油豆腐串。真係超級好吃。
