呢間火鍋店長期都座無虛席,如果唔想等位嘅話,可以去OpenRice預早book定位,㩒幾個制就得㗎啦👍佢呢間主打不同部位嘅牛肉火鍋,牛有牛味,肉味香濃。每個部位都想試吓睇吓佢有咩分別。唔想食嗰啲垃圾火鍋放題,呢間會係一個好好嘅選擇❤️

牛上肋:油脂分佈好平均,好軟好有牛味
安格斯橫隔肌:少油脂都柔軟
西班牙雪花胸肋:偏向多油脂,但淥完就唔油膩
澳洲和牛內裙肉
澳洲五花趾
美國天然肩胛翼板:正常打邊爐牛肉
牛鴕峰:最濃牛味但質感偏鞋


除左牛之外,都有其他配料嗌既,例如水魷、手打墨魚滑。我個人覺得無咩特別,所以屋企打邊爐的話可以自己配其他野。

這家是專吃牛肉的專門店🐄
不但提供不同部位的牛肉,
每碟更奉上紙仔方便分清各部位👍
平板電腦也有各個部位的介紹~~
很貼心,也方便不太懂吃牛肉的朋友🥰
嘗試各款牛肉後,發現真的有分別耶!
